Received the wrong order, and when I called to get it fixed, the delivery driver was rude and dismissive. Management then told me I would need to come pick up the correct order myself, even though I paid for delivery. On top of that, they refused to issue a refund until after the lunch rush, which made it feel like my situation wasn't being taken seriously at all. The mistake was theirs, yet I was expected to spend more time and effort fixing it. Very disappointing customer service from both the driver and management. read more

Visiting from out of town, I've been coming to this Corky's location for breakfast all week. They offer a great "Backyard" breakfast special at an excellent price. I truly enjoyed the Rancho Cucamonga Corky's last night for dinner. First time at this location and found the restaurant very welcoming, cozy, and with an excellent staff. Ordered the turkey dinner and my server, Ann S., was exceptional. She was very pleasant, caring, and regularly checking in to make sure all was good. Even letting me know prior to her break, and seeing if I needed anything, while bringing me my check but letting me know there was no rush to leave. The turkey dinner was very good. A good sized portion that definitely filled me up, while at a very fair price. Prior to this visit I have only visited a different Corky's that is two cities away from my home for breakfast four or five times. That Corky's is also good, but being a newer location doesn't quite have the charm and diner feel as the Rancho Cucamonga location. Next time out in Rancho I hope to stop back into Corky's. I was just at Corky's not even 15 minutes ago, and a lady by the name of Sandra helped me, she was awesome! Excellent customer service, I would recommend this place to everyone. I ordered two slices of cheesecake and two cinnamon rolls and she gave me a cookie so I could try it for free, the lady is absolutely wonderful. I can't say anymore about this facility. I recommend their food cause I go there quite a bit in the morning for their chili Verde omelette, which is out of this world. Corkeys has some great salads. They are hugh and you can usually get two to three meals out of their various entree salads. They really don't skimp. I usually add Alvarado to the ones that don't have it and order ranch dressing. The ambience is down home, country friendly, down to the donated coffee cups which make you feel like you are in grandmas country kitchen. We ordered 2 Turkey dinners for pickup last night from Corkey's RC. One of the dinners had not one, but 2 long dark hairs on and intertwined in the turkey meat and another hair in the dressing! We were so nauseous from this that we would eat either of them. Likely the long dark hair was from their "new" chef. Usually the food has been fairly good from Corky's (although too pricey) , but I don't think we will ever eat from there again. read more

We sat near the kitchen, wasn't a fan. The entire time we were there, we had to listen to a loud gentleman yell orders at the chefs. Three of our four meals were delivered and the fourth was delayed. Never good for a family coming to dine together. Unorganized chaos was what we experienced. The steak melt sandwich is hard to eat. Steak was cut in half and hard to manage between the avocado and tomato, which kept sliding off the roll. Perhaps put cut strips of steak instead of a chunk of meat? Just a thought. It's sparkling clean including everything on table. We ordered one strawberries lemonade: refillable one time kids love it! One waffle combo with scramble eggs and bacon. Corky's clucker: spicy version: comes with pickled jalapeños, more savory and spicy. I like it! Country Benedict comes with sausage, egg, cheese with gravy on top and one biscuit at bottom. Well this time Corky's was a disappointment. Arrived in the late afternoon not very busy. I think there was one other table. Ordered breakfast. The eggs were lukewarm. I don't think they were freshly made. My guest also had cold eggs. The waitress was pleasant and after we told he the eggs were cold she really asked how she could fix the problem. After the eggs were cold not very appetizing. I've been here recently had a breakfast meal and it was hot and delicious. The sausage links were hot but their flavor wasn't a type I was familiar with. I'm sure the food is better when the restaurant is busy. I may go back but not my first choice. read more

I started at Corky's in Montclair and I followed HA, here at Rancho Cucamonga, she is always positive and makes you feel like family. This spot is so charming and I have the pleasure dining here for breakfast and dinner. What I love about this family restaurant of the Inland Empire is that they are like the extended mom n' pop version of Norms, Coco's, Marie Calendars, etc. The servers are also dressed very charming and dapper! For breakfast -- it's very home-sweet-home of them to serve coffee in mugs that are assorted and not one is the same! Anything with eggs here is good. Dinner wise -- their Chicken Pot Pie is scrumptious! Definitely a country style American classic! I recent had their special of Rib Eye on a bed of their mashed potatoes amd asparagus with a topping of a tangy green that I think is parsley...? That is a semi healthy alternative. I had the Pot Roast. Not a fan. But the mashed potatoes with that with the carrots were my highlight of that dish. Like Coco's and Marie Calendars -- they have a bakery side! I haven't had a chance to delve into that side of the menu yet, but can't wait for the day to try their Snickerdoodle cookie and I think they have a Banana Cream Pie? Parking is super easy. This Corky's is a part of a shopping center and spaces are readily available. Bonus is there is a Daiso and Trader Joe's in this center. We go here a couple of times a month. The service is always great and they always check on you. They have a large variety of menu choices, everything I have ordered has always been really good. We meet up with friends and they love their choices too. Their nachos are huge and very tasty. Burgers are great, their portions are very large. We usually get a to go box and take half our dinner home. They also have a large variety of desserts, pies, and cookies. I love their special pancake breakfast. Food was terrible. I picked up my order. I ordered a kids pancake meal, corned beef hash meal, biscuits n gravy and a kid's hamburger meal. The majority of the food I tossed. Biscuits n gravy was tasteless, had a plastic taste, cold. Burger had stale bread n the burger was dry as cardboard. Fries were burnt and old, the few they gave my daughter. The worst was my dish. The corned beef hash plate was soooo bad I tossed it completely. I will never come back or patronize this restaurant again. Kids pancake meal was good. A recent heavy rainstorm while on the 210 forced me to take a short break from the rush hour traffic. It was good to stop and have a bite to eat. I have been to other Corey's Kitchen and Bakeries so I was looking forward to the usual good food. This restaurant is huge compared to the one in my area. I chose the Thai Chicken Salad from their lighter fares menu. There are so many items on their menu in general, it is hard to choose. Since I haven't tried this salad yet, I decided to order it. The salad consists of shredded marinated chicken cooked with onions and red and green bell peppers, served over a cabbage slaw. There were flecks of cilantro here and there and a topping of peanuts and corn. The chicken was served very warm over the cold slaw. A spicy Thai peanut sauce came on the side. Overall, this salad was a huge miss. The flavors in the chicken and the peanut sauce didn't quite go together. The flavor profile of the chicken and the peanut sauce wasn't Thai at all. The peanut sauce did have a lingering spicy heat but didn't have the taste of peanuts. There is a photo of a chicken taco dish on the same lighter fare menu which suspiciously had a filling that looked similar to the chicken on the Thai salad. Maybe the protein was meant to have a Mexican flavor? Anyways, I did not finish this salad. I decided that a slice of coconut cream pie would be a good consolation for the terrible salad. The coconut cream pie was delicious! The filling was fluffy and very light tasting. There was a subtle coconut flavor and it was not too sweet. The toasted coconut flakes added texture and taste. I would order this pie again since it is not heavy at all. Definitely a pie that won't weigh you down after a meal. One of the better coconut cream pies I have ever tasted. Service is friendly and fast. The four star review is for the service and the delicious cream pie. No stars for the nasty tasting salad. read more

Your prices have gone through the roof. When someone orders a breakfast and wants to switch out the potatoes from hashbrowns to country potatoes, you should let them know you will charge $11 to do so instead of just putting it on their bill. And almost 6 dollars for an iced tea? Seriously? You must not realize there are many other restaurants that have just as good of Food for half the price.
