I was very shocked by the service I received at the Tukwila WA location on my last visit. This was back in October and after reviewing my service via email follow up to rate my service as well as through a corporate review I received no follow up and haven't been back since after being probably a once a month regular. This was my third time doing specifically a curbside pickup. On 10.29.22 when I called to let them know I was outside the girl that picked up said she didn't think they do that and asked a coworker. It went silent for a few seconds and then she said "I guess we can bring it out, what order is it?" Then before I could answer she yelled "HELLO?!" I told her I was still here and gave the name on the order. Then she said "okay and what... are you here?" I said yes and that I was pulled up to the curb and she just hung up. When she came out she straight scolded me and said they don't do curbside. I told her their site says they do and says to call in upon arrival and that I have done it before and she said "well I have never heard of it" and just walked away. I went back to look at my order and sure enough it said this: "Please go inside to the Online Order Pickup area OR call the cafe when you arrive to have your order brought out to you." I'm not sure what her name was but she was about 20 years old, tall/thin with think black eyeliner and medium length black hair in two braided pigtails. I understand she could have been newer and truly not known but this was no way to treat a customer regardless. And if curbside pickup truly isn't an option anymore then it should not say it is on their site. It was a seamless experience the two times prior I did a curbside pickup. The food is always great but this experience put a really terrible taste in my mouth and I just haven't got back since. read more

Ordered all three power flats, and they were all delicious. Favorite was the Spinach Avocado Power Flat, followed by the Bacon Flat, and then the Chicken Sausage Flat. Fast, friendly service and not crowded early in the morning. A great option for breakfast! They serve pancakes too, which I'll try next time! I've had the Anaheim Panini at many different corner bakery locations but the one I had at this location wasn't as tasty as I expected it to be. It was pretty tasteless and the bread appear to be old because it was hard. Where do I start?? There were three of us and only one person got what she ordered. I ordered a banana nut muffin and got a pumpkin muffin. My daughter ordered a lemon baby bundt and got a gingerbread bundle. Finally got to try this place for the first time and it was a great experience, despite being busy at 9AM on a Saturday. There was no line when we walked in, so we were immediately greeted by two people in front of the cash registers. One, Jose, was incredibly enthusiastic while the other, Elizabeth, was okay. Elizabeth took our order and processed our transaction, and we were lucky to find an available table. I love how all the drinks are self-served, including the water, so you don't have to worry about getting a refill on your drinks on a busy day. We waited for only 9 minutes until we received our order: an Anaheim Panini @ $5.99 and a Smoked Bacon Cheddar Panini @ $5.29. To be honest, the sandwiches were a bit smaller than I expected, but they were well worth every bite! The bacon were so crispy and all the ingredients were so hot and fresh and altogether it was just the perfect sandwich! We were both surprisingly full from the meal. Good friendly place. The stuff is always really helpful. I've never had an issue with them. The crew is always cheerful and friendly. Large selection of muffins and other pastries which are really yummy. Haven't had the sandwiches. Usually go for the pastas. Personally my wife and I get the two fer specials because they're smaller portions but still good enough as a meal for a decent price. The coffee is average nothing special. They are adhering very well to covet rules and keeping social distancing for everyone in the restaurant. I commend them for that. read more

After a long day, my friend and I were in need of a simple restaurant and this was the perfect spot to go. This place is a more breakfast-oriented Panera, but is just as good! And that's saying a lot because I can eat Panera nearly every day haha. We went during lunch time and were pleased with the options they had! The service was wonderful as well. I had quite a hard time figuring out what to eat and the worker at the cashier was so incredibly patient and helped me find an item I'd be sure to enjoy. This was my first time ever trying this place out. I ordered the cinnamon roll french toast, which I've had at other restaurants and haven't been a fan. I really liked their recipe - not overwhelmingly sweet and thick, but still delicious. Surprisingly, my only qualm is the portions - they only gave you two small rolls, so I wasn't totally full after this. They also don't serve potatoes for some reason? Just eggs and bacon, which I wasn't really feeling. I think if they had a hash brown option it would have been perfect. I also tried a small piece of my friends pancake, and I was not a fan at all. My boyfriend and I woke up at almost 10 in the morning last Sunday and boy, was it hard to get up but we were hungry and craving for a breakfast meal. I even told him that we might have entered the wrong way since there was another entrance which directly takes you to the front counter where you order. It wasn't busy when we got there, which surprised me because usually that's the busiest "breakfast time." Anyhoo, we ordered our food/drinks then just right before we were settling in our food arrived :-). It was fairly quick. Their menu is very basic especially their breakfast items. You can tell right away their food is pre-cooked. Buttermilk Pancakes with Bacon: 7- pancakes were extra buttery a bit but I didn't mind. I'm giving this a 7 because of its bacon, they were so crispy and crunchy just how I like them. Eggs, meh. It was alright. Strawberry Lemon Pancakes: 6- same deal as my description above but except I feel that the flavor wasn't executed right. Hot chocolate: 7- typical drink, nothing much special about it but it does taste better than the other local diners I been to. Absolute worst service I've ever had. I stood at the counter for at least five minutes while employees passed me by multiple times and ignored me not even the decency of saying "I'll be with you in a moment". All of the tables were dirty nothing wiped down so I had to seat myself at the least dirty table and clean the crumbs off of the table from the previous customers. Lastly, when I was done eating I got up with my dishes to bring them to a lady walking around collecting dishes from the tables to try and help and all I got was the meanest glare. So. Rude.
