My husband loves this place as for me I can take it or leave it. The male cook is perfect, the woman cook needs a new job. I understand they are all family but every time we go and it is her cooking she gets the order wrong or the food is burnt. It is time to fire mom...sorry. Even though the burgers were the rave, I tried a breakfast sandwich and ordered a burger to split with my mother. The breakfast sandwich was absolutely delicious. But let me get to this burger. Yummy! The burger was so darn good, I have since returned twice. They have a great variety of burgers and give you your choice on the cooking of your meat. Finally tried this place. Decent burger, reasonably priced, good customer service. I ordered a regular burger with cheese (can't remember the name of the burger). The patty was cooked perfectly and nicely seasoned. It had shredded lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, and I got mayo instead of the thousand island it usually comes with. The bread was toasted. Overall, a pretty good burger. Not the best, but certainly not bad. Definitely better than a fast food restaurant. Now the fries were just terrible. They were shoe string fries, not the crinkle cut fries I saw in photos in other reviews. I live right down the street, and by the time I got home and dug in, they were already cold. They're just too thin to hold any type of heat. It's a small little hole in the wall burger spot with some seating inside and a small outside seating area. I was greeted immediately after I entered, and overall it was a pleasant experience. I would say try it if you happen to be in the neighborhood and want a decent burger. I got the original burger which was bigger than I expected and felt like the perfect mix of unhealthy and greasy but also so fresh. The sweet potato fries were perfection. Just slightly crispy on the outside and warm and freshly cooked on the inside with a slightly sweet seasoning on them. I loved all of it. I like any burger place that asks how you want burger cooked and then cooks it that way. 2 medium rare burgers cooked medium rare were perfect. Fries crunchy with just enough salt. It was on a thin tortilla which I loved because they packed it with egg, avocado, meat and potatoes! Sooooo amazing.... And it was super flavorful! Then we got all of the special sauces and we were glad we did! We especially loved the jalapeño ranch and the Sriracha sauce..... . My boyfriend got the Bleu boy burger with onion rings on the side. Chicken or ground since most places I go I'll see something I like but options t see if i can alter to chicken or turkey are not usually possible.
