This is my fourth cross country move with packers/movers and by far the worst experience. Started Day 1 with the packers arriving three hours late then ending the day early because "they ran out of packing materials" continued with our boxes/items being split into two shipments (not sure why) and the second truck repeatedly re-scheduling when it would deliver, causing us to incur costs related to hotels, rental cars and babysitters. Definitely not worth the $1200 we thought we were saving by going with Corrigan instead of a competing offer. read more

We chose Corrigan because it was $2,000 cheaper than the competitors, and we had a good experience with them long ago. This time we used them to move across the country to Washington. The sales pitch sounded great; the experience has been terrible. The moving truck broke down two times, arriving two weeks after they packed up, leaving us camping in our house and eating out for days on end. The response from the company was that this was "just bad luck." Clearly, their fleet was not in good repair. What is even more deeply frustrating was the state of our possessions when they finally arrived. One of the movers loaded our generator with gas still in it (marking it had been emptied). This tipped over en route, and our entire new house now smells like a garage. The gas fumes are caustic in some parts. Upholstered furniture was supposed to be shrink wrapped; it was not, so these items, including a new sofa, especially soaked up the gasoline smell. A mattress had grease marks on it. Some furniture was scratched and poorly wrapped. My professional file box with all of my work papers apparently was dumped and thrown back together and then taped. A live plant was packed in one of the bathroom boxes. The key was removed from our big tool box but was not included in the parts box. We cannot access it. We are missing two of the four specialty screws necessary to reassemble our bed set, so we are still not sleeping in our own bed. We did not just get the B Team for packers, we got a quick and shoddy F Team (other than the young man who carefully packed our kitchen and china cabinet). We spent over 10K for movers to make our cross-country trek less stressful; they have made it more so. I wish we had gone with any other company than Corrigan, and I advise you to never use them until they step up their game. read more

We had a two story, 4 bedroom, 3400 square foot home in Lake Forest, Illinois with a ton of antiques and pretty much everything you touch is breakable. The garage (my woodshop) was never big enough and was packed full to the gills. My wife and I spent a lot of time boxing, packing, and getting everything ready for moving day, but as you can imagine in a move this complex, you never have enough time.These guys showed up on time, worked super hard, were very professional, laughed at my stupid dad jokes and followed directions to the letter. They got everything that needed disassembling done, packed, everything moved and reassembled in just over a day and a half. They were amazing! After meeting with Rich, we thought Corrigan would be worth the extra money compared to some other quotes we had received. Unfortunately, he isn't the one actually responsible for the packing and moving. Everything went wrong starting with the first hour of the packers and still is 3 months later. Mayflower was delayed 10 days in delivery (huge inconvenience when you move a family of 6 across the country) broke thousands of dollars of items and has remained totally unresponsive for the past 3 months. Corrigan Moving Company was assisting a resident to move into our building. Our initial encounter was as a driver trying to access the building. A visibly drunk worker shouted "drive around asshole". I informed the man that I actually was from the Mangement Office, and he wasn't parked correctly. He said that he didn't give a f#@k. We have many movers helping our residents with moving in and out. This occurrence was the most unnecessary display of unprofessionalism I've ever experienced. read more

From price to professionalism I was very, very happy with Corrigan, who handled our move from Glenview, Illinois, to Phoenix, Az. Brian, the rep who quoted the move, was professional and a really nice guy. And, his quote came in $6k less than our first quote. Lindsey, who was the coordinator, was fantastic! She was proactive, responsive, professional, and upbeat. She even took my calls and checked-in when she was suffering from the flu! Mark, the driver/supervisor, was wonderful; calm, calm, calm during all that was going on; and, he was a really nice guy. This helped so much. We were all tired at the end, and this is a small minus, as the final walk-through was not as good as it should have been; 2 pieces of art were left behind. But, Lindsey handled it immediately with no argument. There was some breakage (only one thing was poorly packed out of 1000s of items) and we'll see how that works out. On the quote, while described as "binding," I was waiting for the "yeah, but..." This never happened; I paid what they quoted. Overall, I've moved before and found the movers less than great. These guys were great. Let's face it, moving SUCKS! But, the Corrigan team, from beginning to the end of the process at drop off, were wonderful to work with. I'm shocked an amazed by the high quality of service we received from Greg, Lindsey, and Steve at Corrigan. These people are professional from start to finish. They were able to schedule me in right away with a tight deadline to do a cross-country move from Illinois. I met with Greg for a consultation, who was friendly and professional, and he sent me a quote the same day. The quote was good and we worked with Lindsey to coordinate the movers, times, etc. This all happened right before the stay in shelter order took effect in IL too. Lindsey always followed up with us to keep us informed during this time. And, Steve who was the lead mover kept us informed of when to expect their arrival. All of our items were delivered intact! We engaged Corrigan to move our household from Lakeview to Ravenswood Manor. Due to exceptionally heavy traffic, they arrived later than predicted; but, they kept us informed as to the revised ETA. Loading onto their truck went without a hitch. They arrived at the new address quickly, and after a lunch break proceeded to unload the truck and deliver our items into the new home exactly where we asked them to put things. (We had packed all the boxes ourselves prior to the move.) They were able to get our extremely heavy bedroom set up the steep stairs to the second floor without a hitch. They reset up the furniture they had dismantled and made sure that it was arranged according to our directions. Overall their team was extremely courteous and worked hard all day. Both properties were left in the same condition as when they started. read more

Wow. If I could give negative stars I would... I am an optimist so I always try and read the best reviews but can I just say if you are in the Chicago area go somewhere else! They basically threw my year old dresser down the stairs but because I wasn't there to witness it being loaded in pieces on my form, in the "Corrigan code", they claimed it was that way when they packed it. Needless to say after holding my things for over 2 weeks my stuff shows up in pieces and one of my favorite vintage piece lamps is nowhere to be found. My move was covered by my employer so I have no idea of the rate but when I moved to Chicago the first time around I found 2 Guys & a Van to be both quicker and more professional. If smoke breaks every hour and taking advantage of your trust is what you're looking for go with Corrigan, otherwise save yourself the money and headache. read more

Corrigan was the first quote I received for my move to New Orleans from Chicago. The representative came to my apartment and assessed my belongings and the quote process took about 15-20 minutes. I received the quote that same evening and it was $3200. Something didn't seem right because I do not have a lot of belongings. I quickly contacted other movers for quotes as well. With identical services as Corrigan, I was able to get a quote for $850, $1200, $1400 which is significantly lower than Corrigan. I e-mailed the Corrigan representative to ask if my quote could be reassessed. She never responded. With that, I do not recommend Corrigan Moving Systems if you are making an out-of-state move. read more

Terrible experience with the pickup of my items for a cross-country move. Date of pickup from central Utah was Tuesday, 7/6, and until that morning they couldn't give us an arrival window of less than 2 hours. The driver arrived almost 2 hours late, claimed he wasn't given the assignment until the night before, and didn't have the delivery address. Then the laborers didn't show up and the driver had to load the entire household into the truck himself. Needless to say, the process took 10 hours; including the lateness of the arrival, my fiance spent an entire day dealing with this mess. Even then the items were not securely packed--lots of stuff was just floating around the back of the truck until he could get to Salt Lake City and find laborers to help. I called my contact at the office to find out what on earth was going on, and she sort of shrugged, apologized, claimed the driver had the assignment, and told me she got back the money (over and above the regular fees) the company had paid to the laborers who never showed. She could not tell me when my items would arrive, but promised to call me on Friday (7/8) to let me know. I never heard from her. The driver called me directly on Sunday night, 7/10, to let me know delivery would be After the items were delivered, I emailed the office again to voice my frustration and ask for some compensation for my experience. They offered me a whole $350 off my $7,000 bill. That's 5%. I said that was ridiculously low and said I didn't think I should pay anything at all for the pickup part which would be $2300 off. Today I got a call from someone else at the office. She heard my story and did a lot of those non-apologies (I'm sorry you're frustrated, I'm sorry you feel that way). She refused to offer more than $350 because she "didn't think anything she offered would make me happy." Such a low offer of compensation doesn't even match the money they "saved" by getting a refund from the no-show laborers. Such a low offer, and the failure to even consider a higher offer, shows just how little they care about the experiences of their customers. I am currently disputing the claim on my credit card (which they charged the day of pickup--what if my things had never arrived?). I will never use Corrigan again. Update: I just got a second invoice from the company looking for an extra $14.03 on top of the $7200 I already paid. Talk about adding insult to injury. They will be automatically charging my credit card on file for this extra charge but I will dispute that as well. read more

As fate would have it I've made a cross country move 3 times in the last 4 years, so I have a little experience. And I'll say up front, working with corrigan is tedious, everything turned out okay but I spent a lot of time on the phone. First the pickup was late, and they outsourced it, but hadn't told these guys we were in a 4th floor walk up. So there was 2 of them instead of 4 and it took them 5 hours to load our stuff. We almost missed our flight out of town. Second, the delivery was a disaster. They had put our stuff in storage for 3 weeks, and I had to call to set up delivery. I called, but couldn't get a hold of my coordinator, so I finally left a detailed message with the date we wanted delivery in LA, my email, my parents phone number, and then left for our honeymoon in Honduras. When we got back I called to confirm our delivery date, only to find out my coordinator no longer worked there, and her last day was two days before the operator transferred me to her voicemail. And, there was a hold on outgoing deliveries so I had to wait another 2 weeks for it even to leave IL. After a lot of phone time, they loaded it into a freight crate, put it on a freight truck, and delivered it only week late. The actual delivery guys were late (because they found out that morning they were doing our delivery), and exceeded our reserved elevator window. Luckily everything got here and nothing so far is damaged. That said, I wouldn't work with them again. P.S. First let me say that no one should ever use this company. It will start out great with the estimate people but onec they have your money and you have to deal with Grorge the manager in Buffalo NY it will all go down hill. I don't know how this person is working for customer service oriented business but let me tell you he has zero management skills and could not problem solve if his life depend on it. When I called to ask about my actual weight of my household goods after I was supposed to have it three days earlier. George did not apologize nor did he offer a solution to correct it. What he did do was raise his voice, attempt to talk over me and give excuses like "one of his office people was out with child care issues". So that was why I was not taken care of as I supposed to be. When I told him that one person being out in and office of 6 plus him as the "manager" it was not an excuse. I know for a fact if the Buffalo Bills were due a weight on a given day come hell or high water the Buffalo Bills would get there weight. Since I'm the average joe they just take your money and get to you when they get to you. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking to move down the street let alone across the country. I used Corrigan for a household move from Illinois to Colorado. From the man who came to my house and quoted, to the office staff who oversaw the logistics and informed me as to when the movers would come, to the people who packed me up (on an icy, slushy day) all the way to the people who delivered my goods (in 6" of fresh snow....), all went 100% smooth, and my expectations were exceeded. Not a thing was lost or broken; packing and unpacking was prompt; there were absolutely no "hidden" or "surprise extra charges; and I was kept informed every step of the way. We hired Corrigan for an Interstate move from St. Charles, IL to Denver, CO. So far, they've picked up our stuff in IL and placed into storage. I'll add to this review when they move all our household goods to CO in October. I can speak to the first portion of services which is loading most of our contents into storage. The movers were on time, early actually and were very attentive to our requests. They were professional in that you could see they took care and precaution when handling items we deemed as fragile or important. They work hard so make sure you offer them some lunch or waters at the least. My expectations were met. They responded to phone calls and emails in a timely manner. read more

Corrigan recently assisted my wife and I with an in town move in Chicago. We could not have been more pleased with the process. Moving is awful, but Corrigan made it as painless as possible. The estimator assigned to our move was fantastic, and kept in touch with us as the move approached to be responsive to our questions & concerns. On the actual move in date, our movers JD and Scotty arrived at 8 a.m. on the dot. Everything was out, and completely in our new apartment by 2 p.m. that day. If you have any other options, don't use Corrigan. The customer service is awful, the rates are high, and they aren't dependable. Initially, a sales rep came to view my apartment to see how much stuff I have. He was over an hour late - which obviously wasn't a good start. He proceeded to estimate my stuff, then told me that I was lucky that Corrigan would take small customers like me, because most moving companies don't deal with small moves. Despite the bad meeting, the price was good, so I booked the move. About 2 weeks before the move was to take place, I was told that "fuel surcharges" would add $300 onto the cost of my move. This increase was 20% of the total cost of the move - not a small increase. I didn't have the time or inclination to find other movers, so I reluctantly agreed. About a week later, I was told via email that there would be an additional $500 charge for a "shuttle" truck to come into the city to load my belongings since they didn't want to bring the full size truck into the city. WTF. So I ended up cancelling, and had to fight with the company to get my money back. I eventually got the money back by complaining about Corrigan's unfair practices with my credit card company. So...I wouldn't even consider using Corrigan again. There are plenty of decent movers out there - and Corrigan isn't one of them! read more

I had a good overall experience with Corrigan. All of my possessions made the local move (within Chicago city limits) intact, but they did ultimately come in 15% over a quote that was initially the highest of four quotes that I'd obtained plenty far in advance. Corrigan is a fair player in an incredibly shady industry. At the end of the day, paying an extra $300 (between the higher quote and then later exceeding it) seemed worth it for the peace of mind that accompanies the professionalism with which the move was generally handled. Corrigan drug-tests its employees, and actually holds them accountable. In the past, I've had movers from other companies use illegal drugs right in front of me, deliberately mishandle valuables for comic effect, grab homeless people off the street in front of my building to handle my move, and a slew of other nightmares. With Corrigan, there was none of that. I do feel that a full hour was wasted while loading the truck at the starting location. One employee of the three did almost nothing, needing constant prodding by the other two to be at all productive. As such, a small one-bedroom apartment that I'd boxed up myself took them three and a half hours to load into a truck. This could have, and in the past has, taken an hour and a half. Still, subsidizing the wasted employee's existence was balanced out by what I felt to be a general trustworthiness. I set a low bar for this industry, a really really low bar, but Corrigan sailed over it with only minor frustration. At the end of the day, your stuff is your stuff, and by my caluculus, the peace of mind that Corrigan rightfully instilled was worth it. read more

I had booked an international shipment (some inherited furniture) from Germany with International Moving Services, and Corrigan was their agent at the receiving end in the San Francisco Bay Area. A couple of days before pick up in Germany IMS called me and said they had to add several hundred dollars to the quote for delivery to my door in San Francisco, so I choose pick up from their warehouse. I prepaid everything to that German company IMS. Corrigan contacted me very timely and several times regarding the arrival of my package and asked me to fill in some custom forms. I always got back to them right away. They emailed me immediately me as well when my packages had arrived at their warehouse. At this point there was an additional X-ray and custom fee. This was roughly $160, to which they added an outlay fee of $80 (50%). Tried to talk to the higher-ups, but they did not got back to me. After I protested (quite massively), I received very friendly phone call from their International VP and a refund of 50% of the 50%. I think this is fair, so this is resolved. We recently used Corrigan for our move from Chicago to Colorado Springs. They were able to work within our budget, which we greatly appreciated. I met with a few moving companies in the area and was unable to find one more trustworthy than Corrigan. Mike J. came to our place to provide an estimate. He was earnest and honest. Although they were about $500 more than another mover who came, I felt I could trust him and that he was willing to work hard to make sure we were comfortable through the moving process. Our moving coordinator was Lindsey J. and she was always available to answer questions. I feel she was detail oriented and supportive throughout the entire process. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. Where do I start. The salesman, office personnel, warehouse guys and all the great guys that moved us couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. The movers arrived right on time, covered all the halls and walls and went right to work. Carefully wrapped and blanketed our furniture. If I could leave zero stars I would. Corrigan recently moved us from the Chicago area to California. Three packers took 2 entire days to pack us, and two full days to load. When we got to California they unpacked for us - DON'T make this mistake. Although the unpacking crew was friendly, the two of us couldn't keep up with the four of them. They piled things knee high in my bathroom - it took a whole day to dig out so we could shower. In the kitchen when they ran out of horizontal surfaces they piled things on the floor. All my bags, blankets, and miscellaneous stuff was piled on the floor next to the bed. I woke up in the middle of the night and tripped and fell on this pile of stuff. Not good for a person who had two knee replacements last year. This is our third cross country move and I've never seen the neglet for my possessions as I did with Corrigan. We have many broken and smashed things. We couldn't keep up putting things away or watch their every move. I have pictures of the piles of stuff. We finally asked them to leave, signed their receipt, and got them out of there with a garage full of boxes still unpacked. Once I put away all the things on the floor I started opening other boxes only to find that things from the bathrooms were packed along with kitchen items, bedroom things packed with fine china from the dining room, and everything they couldn't make up a name for was titled "Craft Room". I still have boxes stacked to the ceiling in that room and it's been 10 days. Horrible, horrible move. If I had paid for this (it was a transfer so the compang paid) I'd be asking for a refund and filing a lawsuit. read more

Do not use this company. I had furniture moved from Chicago to Florida. When the truck arrived it had leaked a lot of water through the back door of the truck. Unfortunately a $6,500. Painting was damaged. They offered to restore the painting, the painting was returned with more damage and covered with dirt. They simply would not take responsibility. This move goes from okay to bad to worse. Tim gave me the estimate, all well and good. I explained I would need storage, and wasn't sure for how long. We agreed to 60 days with the guarantee that if it was for less time, I would be billed for less. The bad started when they sent packers for the first of two days of packing. The driver worked hard and did a great job - the other two clowns they sent hardly did any work, taking multiple breaks. I had a bad feeling about them but didn't say anything until my neighbor told me how she saw them take off in their car smashing into three mailboxes on the street! Prescription medicine was missing - you do the math. I reported this to Corrigan, they were very apologetic and offered to send us out to dinner. The clowns were fired and they sent reliable, well-mannered packers the next day along with the driver. They did a much better job! But the fun continued when I told Corrigan I found a home and was ready for delivery about 40 days into storage. They said sorry, no go, I would have to wait - they were busy. So my stuff sat in storage and I sat in an empty house waiting. When the 60 days were up (all of which was billed), I got my stuff. Item after item was broken. The claims process went pretty well until I submitted my third claim. Lindsay told me I would have to wait for the end of 9 months to be paid on my broken items - what???????????????? You didn't wait to break them! My suggestion: avoid this company. read more

We reach out a week after moving; answer...it will be no less than two-weeks until delivery due to "circumstances out of their control". What circumstances? Out of your control? DO NOT USE Corrigan Moving and Storage. I was given an 11 day window (delivery between August 1 and 11) for my shipment to arrive for my move from Chicago to Florida. My apartment was packed up July 28. However, I never received my items back until August 21! I was never told that a delivery delay was even a possibility. I lived out of two suitcases for three weeks. I was told that my items were delayed because my shipment was too small. No compensation was given for the items I had to purchase while I lived without my belongings! Once my shipment arrived, items were lost...and I will not be reimbursed states the "customer assitant speciailst!" This move has been one headache after another. AVOID AVOID AVOID. read more

I moved from Michigan to California with Corrigan a few months ago. There are some perks to this company - like they will give you used boxes for free. Despite the perks, there are some big issues too. I definitely won't be using them again. At the beginning of the move, the truck driver inventories your items (standard procedure). The driver made sure to mark the quality of my items below their true levels so that he wouldn't be liable for damage when items arrived in California. For example: I had bought a new aluminum ladder a few months before the move and used it twice (one to put up the Christmas tree and once to take it down). He called this item "severely worn". When my items arrived in California, the truck driver couldn't find a piece of furniture - which he tried to blame on me. He demanded to search my house before digging further into his truck and ultimately finding it. A few items were broken in my move and the claims process has been a nightmare. If you do file a claim, the company will try to pay you less than fair value for your items. Make sure you monitor this process carefully - I was told I would be paid the amount I'd claimed only to see when I received the final settlement that they weren't paying the previously discussed amount. I'm still in the process of trying to get that straightened out. I've moved across the country 3 times in the last 5 years and never dealt with such issues. Corrigan might be an OK company if you don't care about being reimbursed if they break your stuff but if you do expect a reasonable amount of consideration, I would stay away from this company. read more

I called to inquire about moving and the man I spoke with on the phone kept me waiting for 5 minutes and then once I got him on the phone, he was unbelievably rude. Company refuses to come out to house to look at inventory to see what needs to be moved. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I agree with other review. We recently used Corrigan for our move from Chicago to Washington state. It was a full pack for a 3 bedroom townhouse. They took ALL day, from 8am-9pm at night (for 5 guys). That is not my problem, although we were told initially that it would be about 8 hours. Anyway, we have two small children and for obvious reasons we didn't hang out in the house all day watching them pack our stuff. We should have. When our stuff arrived to Washington it again took them all day to unload the boxes and furniture (there were only 2 guys). There simply wouldn't have been enough time in the day to unload and go through all our boxes while they were still here. This is to Corrigan's advantage. They wanted a signature at the end of the night saying all of our stuff was here. Awkard. Uhh, sure, I hope so. Well, big mistake. Multiple items (some brand new) never made it to WA from our Chicago home. They instructed us to fill out a claim form for the damaged items (there were a few) and for the missing items. We did this. Their response was a check for the damaged items and a decline of the missing items. So now we have to pay to replace these missing items that they apparently conducted a thorough investigation for but couldn't find. Shady, shady. Oh, and when our stuff arrived in WA at one point they started bringing in a paper shredder that wasn't even ours. Luckily we caught it and they took it back to the truck. Doubtful that shredder made it to their rightful owner "after a thorough investigation." Bottom line, if you're going to use this company, make sure you do your own packing or don't sign that paper until you've gone through all your boxes. read more

I had an awesome experience with Corrigan when I recently moved from Chicago to Arlington, VA. The rep was great and the people who moved my stuff and delivered it were awesome as well. In addition, they delivered my stuff EXACTLY on the day and time that I had requested it...which is a rare thing in the moving industry. Finally, nothing was broken or lost (for a 2 bedroom apartment), they were in constant contact regarding the time/status of my shipment, and their rate did NOT exceed what I was given...if fact, it was a little bit lower (if you get the do not exceed quote, they cant overcharge you). I recently moved from Riverside to Lombard (IL) and used Corrigan for my moving needs. I was recommended by a friend who moved from Chicago to Glenview. The process was easy and the customer service was excellent. I called to make an appointment and the surveyor was actually available to come out to my home the very next day (when other companies told me several days-weeks). The surveyor was on-time, polite, and professional. I had a lot of questions regarding the move but all were answered. Once I decided to go with Corrigan, the movers arrived on-time and were all dressed professionally, in Corrigan moving attire. All of the movers were extremely nice, clean, and fast! Each introduced themselves so I didn't feel as though strangers were in my home, something that made me more comfortable in this moving process. The actual move came in under the estimated amount, which was great for me and an actual surprise after all the prior reading I had done on movingscam.com. All in all Corrigan was an excellent and professional company. Corrigan (United) did an amazingly impressive job on our long distance move from Oak Park,IL to Bend, OR. We had never used a large vanline, so we were afraid of what we would experience. Very impressed with our driver (Corey) and assistant on moving day. He was early on arrival and dead on with duration of packing time (said by 3pm). Same experience in Bend. Could not have been better and nothing broken or missing. I think my only issue would be the price was on the high side, but that included insurance and identity protection which automatically came with the price. read more

We recently moved our home of 36 years from Chicago to Los Angeles, and thankfully we hired Corrigan. They packed us, moved us into storage, moved us out of storage and into our new home. Every step of the way they were highly professional and competent, and all of our belongings arrived safe and sound. Our "Move Coordinator", Lindsey was always there for us, responsive and accommodating. I can't imagine a better moving experience. Their customer service is the worst and their business practices and ethics are awful. I had (and still have) a billing issue (they double-charged me for a storage service) and am repeatedly assured by them that "we're looking into it". I've heard nothing for weeks. I hired Corrigan Moving when I sold my house. I bought Movers insurance through them in case of any accidents. I had a 55" TV that was just under one year old. Because I was ill I paid Corrigan to box my belongings. Corrigan movers did not box the TV. They put it in a truck and left it parked overnight during winter weather. Several days after the move Comcast came to hook up cable and we realized that the new TV was broken. I immediately called the move coordinator and informed her. I quickly filled out the claim form she sent and emailed it back to her. I phoned and left her a message that I had sent it in and to call if she had questions. After several weeks went by I phoned her to see what the status of my claim was. She said she didn't have a claim on file. I re-sent (email) the claim. She told me they usually can resolve things quickly and she would make a note about the lost paperwork. After several phone calls Corrigan finally sent someone out to my home. He repaired damage done to a bed and said the TV would be covered. I then received a letter from Corrigan that due to my claim being "late" they would not pay for the TV damage. I spoke to a manager and I wrote to the owner regarding the fact that my claim was not late. The manager said "hands are tied" the owner never responded to my email. THE INSURANCE IS A SCAM. Why box a lamp shade and not a brand new TV? If the claim was truly late why fix the furniture and not the TV? They should have boxed the TV. They should not have left it outside all night. They should not sell insurance that they will not honor and they should care enough to respond. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. Additionally, they say they are an Ann Arbor company but tried to charge me a travel fee from Flint. They tried to up the price a day prior to my move. Now they are squirming out of a valid insurance claim from damage due to their negligence and nonperformance of what we paid them to do - box and move valuables. read more
