What's most disappointing isn't that problems happen, it's how they're handled. The attitude often gives the impression that the customer is always wrong, rather than making any effort to understand or resolve the situation. The service has come across as rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily confrontational. Good hospitality should make guests feel welcomed and want to come back. Unfortunately, my experiences here have done the exact opposite.

I was shocked and very happy with this one. * Caesar: Fresh and solid, but not a standout. * Dungeness crab crostini: Fresh crab, but pretty flavorless. Definitely needed lemon or lime. * Rhubarb shortcake: ASTOUNDING. An interesting flavor profile similar to strawberry shortcake and easily my favorite thing we ordered. The drinks were also really good and had some interesting options. Overall, a really fun dinner with fresh food and a cool atmosphere. Definitely worth a reservation, especially for the lasagna and rhubarb shortcake.
