After working two weeks with online tech suppory, customer service, I'm going to the business center two or three times, I still had a phone that cannot connect to their network. The guys at this store got my phone on their Network within minutes and was able to order the upgrade which both customer service and the Business center were unable to do. I strongly suggest you come to this store first before calling or visiting any Verizon store.

Since I was adding a line for my son, I understood that I would be paying about $30 per month for the new line plus $2 per month for the phone on my existing account. However, nearly two years later, I discovered that there was an additional line on the account that I was unknowingly paying for every month. When I contacted T-Mobile, I was informed that I had signed paperwork agreeing to add two lines in order to receive the second phone for almost free. As a result, I ended up paying $30 per month for this extra line and my son's line+device &32 total 62 for almost two years. The total amount paid for this line exceeded the original $699 value of the device.

A couple weeks pass by without any notice so I call and they let me know they are still looking into it. More time passes and no news, telling me they are looking into it and Larry will call me back. About 3 months later, and they tell me they cant find it. 4 months later I am moving and they have not responded about my laptop, at this point ignoring me and not returning any call. , they never did to begin with. Almost 8 months later and they have chosen to not respond still and my laptop is missing. My theory is they kept it, gave it away, or sold it. Regardless it was my property and they did not have consent to do this and it hadn't even been a year. What is wrong with you Team Nerds? Carlos was incredibly friendly and helpful today, even let me borrow the wifi so I could get a Lyft to get home.
