Because the place is rarely crowded it never feels loud. The folks who work here are friendly and genuinely want to know how the meal is, if you need anything. You see/hear this more when you are there between the busiest hours.... Today lunch for me was 2 pm so you get what I mean. The slaw was more of a vinegar base, so it didn't weight it down with a heavy creamy flavor. Also the pickles were heavenly and I want to eat them on EVERYTHING. Moving onto the handcut, double fried fries. They were crispy and such a delight to see on a food truck, as far too often you get sad, pre-frozen fries. These were phenomenal and we ate every single one of them! You can practically taste the quality through the photos, they're everything and more than you'd imagine.
