    Snow Crab with House Sauce
    Theresa C.

Decided to head to Cedar Hill for some snow crab and pho tonight. Ordered snow crab with house sauce and the Vietnamese beef pho with short rib. It hit the spot! Both were so good. The house sauce on the snow crab made it even better. And the pho, it's one of the best in Dallas county, especially for not even being a pho place. Y'all definitely need to come try this place out!

This place is under new management I guess. Its spacious and I like the decorations. We ordered sweet potatoes, Oyster and shrimp cocktail for starter, and crawfish+snow-crab+shrimp the combo one I don't remember what order number is it. But everything was fresh, tasty. Definitely will comeback

Very disappointed that we drove to this place, first we couldn't find it and then once there, we asked about the $5.99 a pound crawfish and we're told the price had gone up to $10 a pound. We had already ordered appetizers so we had those and left. A young man did come out to talk to us and apologized for this but still couldn't give us that price but said he would let someone know. It wasn't very busy but the staff was polite and we had a great waiter.

The food here is amazing!!! Forget your chains. They have king crab!!! No one has king crab anymore!!! Great prices, friendly staff. It's hidden in the mall in Cedar Hill. Hillside. It's definitely an awesome seafood place. The prices are great, the food and place is super clean. This is NOT THE SAME CRAB N BAR! New owner and totally renovated. It's a must for any seafood lover.

Second time coming here and am never disappointed with the service or food. We walked in around 6:30 and it was very slow, the hostess who had a very pleasant personality came and sat us down. We ordered our drinks which were amazing. I the waitress who's name I forgot did an amazing job. I will say the seasoning I ordered for my crab I thought was a little too sweet, and there was way too much of it, I love flavor but damn. The shrimp and crab were magnificent, unfortunately was not able to enjoy my corn and sausage as much due to the amount of sauce.

The server was okay she could have done better with her listening skills. We had to repeat order a few times. Cajun noodles mixed with Alfredo sauce I'd recommend to anyone it was excellent. Crab cakes were no the greatest they kinda had an after taste. I had gumbo it was pretty good it has okra in it I don't care for that. Shrimp boil Cajun style was great excellent taste. Yum yum toast was baked diced shrimp in a creamy sauce baked into the Texas toast. Quite interesting taste but wasn't bad. I'd go back and eat .

Come here. Get sloppy. Have some GREAT food! Thursday night - me, the hubs and the twins make reservations (we like to feel fancy AND see how table reservations go with 20 month old twins). Not too busy (win! - less people to disturb with the babies), table in the back (win again), happy hour (hello-double win), awesome server- Yes! We ordered the shrimp fried rice for the twins with the (FREE) happy hour beers (what!?) and were pleasantly surprised by how quick it came out! Happy boys! Tiny shrimp (like the shrimp you feed normal shrimp) with white rice that was cooked in an oil that made it yellowish. It tasted good and the twins ate it so win in my book. Then the hubs and I ordered the the "Triple Your Lovin'" with shrimp and snow crab ($28.99) with the MILD house seasoning (all three sauces) which was flipping delicious! And we decided to treat ourselves with the King Crab ($35.99/lb market). All was exceptionally cooked and very tasty! I love LOVE king crab but having two legs that were already broken for me wasn't worth the $36. I'd rather have enjoyed another Triple Your Lovin' entree. So Thursday nights (not sure which nights, or what the HH specials are) but Bud Lights and Miller Lites (Cannes) we're free. Yeppppp free ninety nine- which were needed with the sauce for my not so spicy interested palate. Mild was still spicy- the garlic butter has the kick. Hubs likes it HOT so thought it was perfect for him. Did I mop up the sauce like it was going out of style??? YES! So the heat didn't stop me from enjoy the heck out of it. Service was awesome. Food was great. We will be back.

It was cool! I teajdemi. California and there are so many spots like this around. I absolutely love seafood so decided to try it for an early dinner when we were out shopping. The service was okay. The food was cool; I feel like the sauce could have contained a lot more garlic but it was flavorful with just the right amount of spice ness. I had the snow crab with sausage, my mom had the shrimp with sausage and corn and my daughter had the dungenees crab. My mom seemed to enjoy her food. I tasted my daughters food and the crab was really good. I usually always opt for snow or King but her crab was delicious. I love the fact that they have diet Dr Pepper. I live in Cali and most places don't carry Dr Pepper, let alone diet. I will definitely return the next time I am in Texas and in the area.

We used to frequent this spot when it was under different management. Looks like it may be black owned now(not really sure). Nevertheless the food was delicious and the atmosphere was just how I remember it. We went about an hour before closing and I can definitely appreciate the service because they actually allowed us to sit and eat without giving us the side eye or rushing. The only thing I recommend is that they reprint the menus to say complimentary beer. They don't have a liquor license right now but the menu still had liquor options on it. Our waitress was a nice lady, I can't recall her name since it's been a few days but she was attentive, friendly and quick. I was a little disappointed since I needed a drink but I'm still giving them 5 stars. Will definitely be back.

The owners present and engagement it great competitive advantage keep up the great experience!

The experience was definitely a neighborhood vibe the staff they truly go above and beyond to make every one in our party feel welcomed the food was very believable The food was fresh and very flavorful the house sauce (we got ours extra hot all the grands eat theirs extra hot )on the boil was simply delicious sweet and spicy. Did I mention the atmosphere it was a great place to watch the game with family (about a dozen Television to catch all the action if you don't have Super Bowl plans js) overall will definitely become regulars for family outings.

The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and unlike anything you'd expect. The food was absolutely phenomenal! We started with the Rockefeller Oysters and the Supreme Shrimp Nachos, and both were incredible. For my entrée, I had the blackened red snapper, and it was one of the freshest pieces of fish I've ever had--it honestly tasted like it had just been caught that morning. Polish up on your Spanish I was most impressed with the complimentary chips w/3 types of salsa and small bowls of frijoles a la charra for each of us YUM the beans were D-lish! I like to try what hasn't been reviewed yet so I had the Pozole Rojo (red hominy soup w/pork meat & spices) Very big serving bowl with lots of broth w/plain crisp tostadas x3. The Menudo and the Pozole were definitely at least a level 3 spice for me (but I'ma wimp when it comes to spice). The menudo, same generous size bowl, was too spicy for Ma so we took it to-go for my dad. Bro ordered Enchiladas Verdes plate w/chicken.. again very generous portion w/4 enchiladas rice n beans. The green sauce was a little spicy as well for him. He only ate half. Grandson ordered beef asada quesadilla plate which he loved served with rice and beans. Granddaughter ordered 2 plain bean and cheese tostadas but expected cheddar cheese and not queso fresco... well, I gobbled those up for her too! To drink, sweet tea has free refills, the large Jamaica was tasty, and the kids opted for Jarritos. It was 84.99 for three adults and two kids. A little pricy in my opinion but I'd go again to try more menu entrees.

I attempted to pick out the ones that kinda look like shrimp to serve at my party, but they went uneaten. I took a picture of the food that I purchased and called on Sunday, but they were closed to discuss this matter. On Monday when the store was open, I reached out to the manager. The owner/manager. He attempted to resolve the matter by giving me a store credit. From the picture I sent him he literally tried to count the shrimp that was in the box. He said counted anywhere from 15 to 16 and gave me a $35 store credit and drinks. I'm not sure how he counted that if you notice in the picture. In addition, we attempted to salvage some of the crumbly shrimp and put it on a serving dish, but nobody ate it. I do not feel that the owner took him to consideration, the embarrassment and the time I spent coming to his store to purchase 25 shrimp for a party only to get crumble old grease smelling objects or something that didn't even look like shrimp. I appreciate his attempt however there were several people at the party who say will not order from this restaurant due to the quality of their food. Restaurant business can be difficult. That is why it's extremely important to serve quality food and have excellent customer service and encounters with your customers for satisfaction. Food presentation should be a priority as well. I paid 50.00 for crumbly hard old grease smelling objects that was never eaten.
