They were having construction going on in the small parking lot. Some spots are reserved for other businesses. Luckily, we found a spot on the left hand side that's open to everyone. We had a 10-15 minute wait because no one wanted to eat outside in the cool 80+ weather around 9am. The waiter/server, Levi, was funny and almost served us the wrong order... but ours was the next in line. No big deal, but it was funny. We ordered four different breakfast plates, and they were delicious. The scrambled eggs were cooked nicely, the bacon was just right, and the French toast was soft in the center, but too hard on the crust. I almost couldn't cut it with the butter knife they gave us. The Arnold Palmer drink was just right too. I would go back to this place for breakfast the next time I'm in town! read more

This was absolutely the best meal we had while in the Phoenix area, and the most affordable too! We had the carnitas skillet and carnitas tamale benny, and our daughter had chocolate chip pancakes-the best carnitas we have ever had. Extremely flavorful and great combinations of flavors! Came in at 8:30am on a Sunday. The menu is traditional American breakfast/lunch with some Mexican dishes with a seasonal special menu. We got a table of six right away, the atmosphere is very chill during covid, tables are distanced socially. We got a pot of coffee at the table which was fire! I ordered the huevos rancheros port carnitas and was able to add olives and jalapeños, they got fresh made soups, didn't try it. The food was pretty good, they added Kalamata olives to a Mexican dish which was weird, portion was a little small in my opinion. This place is GOOD, lots of options. read more

I have been to this place maybe half a dozen times now and have had a good experience every time. It might be a dollar or two more than some of the other breakfast places but the quality, atmosphere, and service has always been excellent. They have breakfast items and lunch items. One of my favorites has been the crepe breakfast that includes two eggs two bacon Crepes and you can add in fruit for under a dollar. It is absolutely delicious. Since there aren't a lot of places that sell crepes I often end up getting them here and have not been sorry. read more

Food wasn't bad but it wasn't good. I had a parfait with sausage and a blueberry muffin. Walmart brand vanilla yogurt is better then theirs and it was almost room temp. the sausages were fine but the blueberry muffin was disappointing. Its hard to mess up muffins... my husband had the breakfast burrito. It was mostly tortilla and egg with a small amount of sausage. Again not horrible but definitely not good. IHop is only 10 minutes away, worth the trip. The only reason we gave 2 stars is we liked the staff. read more

A little out of the way but tops Waffle House on the main drag. Excellent service (even when seated in a corner). Server Jason (?) greeted me within seconds and had coffee on the table before I could open the menu. So many menu choices and even tho it was lunchtime I was ready for breakfast. Opted for cheese blintzes with eggs and sausage. Perfectly prepared with a light two cheese filling. Too bad they're hidden by Home Depot but once you find them you'll go "crackers" for breakfast or lunch. read more

Man I wish I would of listen to my co-worker a long time ago when they 1st recommended this place. My experience was great and the food was amazing I ended up getting the southwest eggs Benedict and man they were GOOD. The wait time was not too bad I think I received my food in less then 15 minuets. The atmosphere was great and there is also outdoor seating if you prefer to sit outside. I think Crackers & Co Cafe from Now on will be one of my top choices for breakfast. We eat here a lot, the service and food are always great. You can tell it is homemade and fresh. I've eaten here a few times now. Service has been friendly each time. Depending on what time you go, this place gets pretty packed, like a can of sardines. I really enjoy their huevos rancheros pork carnitas dish. The flavors are just excellent. What I don't like about it is that I've got a piece of bone in my dish the last two times I've been. Also, I wish their corned beef hash more closely resembled the carnitas; big shredded pieces of meat I can identify, instead of the pureed cat food they serve now. That said, I'll still be back. Well we were pretty certain we were in for a treat after finding this place on yelp and seeing the large volume of wonderful reviews and we weren't disappointed. Nicely decorated, comfortable place with friendly people and awesome food! What more could one want? They were busy when we got there mid-day on a Saturday but we were still seated with just a few minutes wait. Our waiter was great and the food came out lickety-split. I ended up being quoted $12.27 on the Yelp order and walked out with my food paying $17.89 with very little explanation of why the prices were so off (and no apologies for the issue). Worth a shot if you have the time to sit down and eat there. But I'm fairly busy and prefer online ordering for takeout - I'll most likely be taking my business elsewhere. read more

What a pleasant experience I had here. It's a great find and worth your time! Sunday brunch wasn't slammed but still busy enough that you knew the place was good. We were sat within 5 minutes of putting our names down. Menu has some great options, plus specials. What was impressive was the kind staff that attended to us. Our server was very precise and polite, we didn't have to wait for refills, the check or anything. He was on top of his game. I had the Cinnamon Roll pancakes, which were delicious. Fluffy and perfectly cooked. My eggs were done exactly how I ordered them. Bacon was crispy and chewy all at the same time. I was very pleased with my selection. Eggs Benedict was also tasty. The Hollandaise sauce needed a squeeze of lemon juice, but overall extremely delicious. My favorite part? The potatoes.. so good. This 4.5 star breakfast gem is strangely located in an industrial park, and not that east to find but worth the hunt. Popped in for morning breakfast and after drooling over the menu settled on a Mexican breakfast burrito that had chorizo sausage in it along with eggs, cheese etc. The soft shell tortilla was perfectly heated and slightly crisp, the portion was huge, and I was able to substitute lettuce and tomato for the breakfast potato. The rating is is well deserved as the quality of the fresh ingredients, plus the perfect seasoning and burrito condiments make this worth another visit on my next trip to Phoenix. read more

I came to Crackers & Co. Cafe a couple weeks ago and may I say!! AMAZING! I ordered the chorizo Egg Benedict it tasted delicious!! The potato's were meh alright!! They were a bit soggy, the server was I feel in her own world we tried to wave her down several times to get straws but we managed. We were sat towards the bathroom a little weird to be sat or HAVE tables near the bathroom, it smelled like a bathroom. This place is SO underrated. We hadn't been in a couple years and it is consistently some of the best cafe style food we've ever had!

First time here and wow this is a cool spot. It's pretty far for me but when you go with the fam and they are paying you join, always. Time is precious and you make the best of it. Had breakfast with the family and we had a seating of 10 people. It's big enough for groups and for that amount of people with the quickness and service was phenomenal. Derek our server was on his game. I mean breakfast is nuts in most busy popular places and he kept it together. He checked in with us often, even though he had many other tables he was poised and calm with us. I personally had the cinnamon roll and that is a must order and just big enough that we all got a bite and that was perfect for me. It was so rich and the frosting was perfect. For my main breakfast dish I had the chorizo breakfast burrito with the salsa on it and the side. That burrito filled me up and I only ate half of it. It was a perfect size even if you finish it or just eat half. The tortilla was fluffy and wrapped tight so nothing came out and it looked pleasing to the eye to eat which is always a good thing. Love this little place ... service, food, cleanliness, and safety measures enforced for covid. My husband and I visited from California and ate here a few times during our stay in Mesa. We first ate here last year and thought the food and service was great. To return a year later with the same experience and multiple visits really deserves 5 stars. The pancakes are huge. The potatoes are tasty and everything else too. The folks who work here are so friendly. Also this place is clean which is so appreciated during this crazy pandemic. The tables were separated to social distance and once a table was cleared the table and chairs were sprayed and wiped down. I felt so safe. Bravo to you all. Mr H went with the meat lover's omelet and he added spinach, he said it was one of the best omelets he had. We got here around 10:30am and we were seated right away. The server was friendly enough and she said to us that she loved the days she worked because she gets to eat there. The decor is old country style and homey feel, not my style.
