My mom and I had the most AMAZING breakfast at Crave Grill. She'd been telling me about it for a while, so we decided to have a girls brunch! We went basic, she had the Crave Classic and I went for The Hangover, both with French Toast. It was incredible. Best tasting breakfast I've had out in a long time. Visited here from out of state and it was great! Made it right in time for happy hour so got to try out a few things and gotta say the mac n cheese is so yummy. We used to love this place, but like everywhere else the standards ha e slipped. It was a filled restaurant, but what we saw was a lot of the staff standing around. The food handling was terrible. One woman was wiping her nose, then serving food. Hair was not covered etc. The food was not as my wife and I remembered. The shining point was the male bartender who took our order. , we only saw the assigned bartender once when our food was served. Some of the food was cold and I received a replaced after half the food was eaten. Meanwhile, from the bar I could hear the cook complaining. I ordered a strawberry lemon drop off the drink menu and it was super syrupy and that was disappointing. We both ordered burgers, I had the Blue cheese one and my partner had the bbq one. Came here before a Real Estate seminar to grab a quick lunch after the drive in from Beaverton, OR. Super nice friendly owner took our order and joked around with us a bit. They have daily specials and my colleague tried the beer cheese brat with tots. She loved it! I had the BBQ bacon cheeseburger and tots. This diner does it right. Great service and tasty food. Just whelmed with the food. Split a traditional burger and a mac'n'cheese with bbq pulled pork. The service was great. Very responsive and even split our orders in half on separate plates which was very thoughtful. Unfortunately, the patty wasn't seasoned. Good if you're on a low (i.e. no) salt diet. Not good if you're into your burger being tasty. The pulled pork on the mac'n'cheese had been supplemented with what I can only *guess* was a big scoop of bacon jam combined with BBQ sauce. It was uncomfortably sugary in contrast to the cheese sauce of the mac'n'cheese. Like - push it to the side and not eat it sugary. Service was great though. Everyone was making a great effort to ensure the place was running smoothly at the front of house. To begin with, we sat ourselves...ok... but it took quite a while to have someone come over...2 more minutes and I'd be gone. It was that slow. I know they saw us too. The place has been there a little while and could use some refreshing. Booth seats are worn and some of the paint needs some touch up. That being said.... The main meals were really good. They have good food, but pricey. Their service is what's lacking. I left from an appointment and decided to order food for pick up. They answered the phone and left me on hold for 10 minutes. I was driving in heavy traffic so I didn't cancel the call. I got there and the phone was still off the hook. Crave is pretty nondescript, hiding in the end of a small strip mall. The interior has a kinda modern vibe going on with a couple of decorations to break up the coldness of the steel. We sat in the bar area (it was empty when we got there). Our server was quick to come and get our order. The strawberry lemonade was refreshing. The burgers came out quick, they were surprisingly juicy, but maybe a tad bit overcooked. The Kobe beef was flavorful and all the toppings were fresh. When we come back, I'll try the gluten free bun. It looked better than the normal bun! The fries were the best part of the meal. The breading on them was crispy and the seasoning was scrumptious! I couldn't stop eating them. The quality of ingredients of their burger was excellent... The only criticisms I have are that; #1 The bun was cold and untoasted. #2 No condiments on the burger making it dry. I am still rating it 4 stars however just because the quality of the ingredients. Next time I will know to ask to have the bun toasted and to have them add condiments to the burger. read more

My husband and I came across Crave after moving to Washington in 2019. It has since then become our favorite restaurant and go to date night place of choice. We've tried many items on the menu and have never been disappointed. My husband loves the Mac n cheese with pulled pork. I usually get a Southern with blue cheese crumble on top. They have a great drink menu and change up their special menu monthly. The pretzels and beer cheese is the best appetizer. Their onion rings are to die for! When you go, be sure to see Darreck!! The staff there is absolutely top tier! I wish I could recruit them for my family's restaurant. They were super attentive and positive. Our server has a very difficult Karen in the booth next to us complaining about how long her food was under the heater and about how someone got served before her. Avoid This Place - Horrible Service Every Time If I could give zero stars, I would. After multiple visits (hoping things would improve), I can confidently say this place is not worth your time or money. The service is beyond terrible. Expect long wait times, only to watch other customers--who just walked in--get seated before you because they know the staff. This has happened more than once, and it's clear that favoritism is more important than fairness here. The staff is either inattentive or just plain rude, and the overall experience is frustrating. We've walked out more than once, and after this last visit, we won't be back. No burger is good enough to justify this level of disrespect. Wanted to try this place out since its near my home. It was somewhat a busy day for them as all the indoor tables were occupied. I walked and there is a sign that says Wait to be seated. So I patiently waited for 10 minutes..... and waited another 10 minutes.... and waited more patiently for another 5 minutes... Now I understand waiting, but at least acknowledge me and say we will get to you. Servers walked right by my family and said nothing. Bartender standing around could have said something, but nothing. Finally a gentlemen from the back who came out to bus tables finally acknowledged us that we can go ahead and sit outside since it was open. We went out there and sat only to wait for 10 minutes for menus. I had enough and we left. Note to owner: I saw 2 other small groups that left during my wait with the same frustration. The food is worth the wait. Avocado fries with horseradish ranch is unbelievable! Have the southwest burger and tots one awesome burger. My wife enjoyed the prime rib dip sandwich. Place was busy on arrival, so we waited about twenty minutes for a table; its popularity got our hopes up. Seating is tight and our table near the door got chilly. Service was friendly, though a little uncomfortably eccentric. The three of us tried three different burgers. All three were okay, but nothing to crave. The menu boasts that the burger patties are all Wagyu beef, but the patties are so worked/pressed (previously frozen?) that the burger was considerably tougher and drier than we were expecting. They compensate with a LOT of wet ingredients on the burgers, which doesn't really mask the dryness of the burger but makes it perhaps the slipperiest burger I've ever had. The best part of my plate was the spring mix side salad, as roughage to help push the burger along. Glad to try the place, but no craving to return. read more

There are only 3 types of pasta acceptable for using in Mac & cheese, and they use the supreme one: radiatore. They have rotating specials, cocktails & soup. Unassuming location within Vancouver area strip mall. It's a great stop for a meal with plenty to choose from and a stocked bar to boot. The staff were friendly and my family was excited to try a new place in their neighborhood. While it appears they are mostly known for their burgers (and will certainly be back to try) we opted for the Mac N Chess, BBQ Chicken Salad, and Chicken strips w/side salad. Mac N Cheese - YUM! The sauce was decadent, onion crisps were the perfect addition, and my brother added bacon. Thankful I got to try a bite, because it was certainly delicious. BBQ Salad - enough for 2 people!
