"Creamistry" is literally the perfect name for this place because their ice cream is legitimately creamy. I do feel like you pay more for the experience than the ice cream though because you can see how they use the liquid nitrogen to make the ice cream. It's nothing like an ordinary ice cream shop. While it was not the best ice cream that I have ever had, it was definitely delicious. Service was fairly quick and they were helpful when we needed help on what to choose. I've had a roller coaster of a ride with Creamistry - starting with a not-so-great experience to a more solid one. Creamistry is a fun liquid nitrogen ice cream shop that is pricier than other ice cream shops but if you can get the right flavor combos down, it can be a solid experience. So the basic concept of Creamistry is liquid nitrogen ice cream with a bevy of flavors. You'll first choose the base (premium to coconut); then the flavor; then the toppings. There are also a few other options like milk/nitroshakes to chocolate shells for you to play around with. So here's what I like: +They do have a FiveStars rewards system which is nice. +I like the premium texture flavor. It is more tough than regular ice cream and doesn't melt nearly as quick. This goes great with certain flavors (like Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Fruity Pebbles) although some flavors make it tough to distinguish like cheesecake oddly enough. They also have a lot of flavors to choose from. +Toppings are either mixed in or put on top depending how you like it and they have a huge variety from creams to fruit to cereal. +Service has been always nice here. The manager is super friendly. Here's what I don't like: +I've tried the coconut base a couple times and haven't had good experiences with either. The coconut flavor is too overpowering. +I think the toppings are way too pricey. $1 for almonds or cream seems strange. +The ice cream itself is fairly pricey as well (about $5 for a single scoop). +Not a lot of seating inside. There's plenty outside but when it rains, run for the car.
