The X-legged farm tables were especially lovely, everyone at the party commented on them! We found out day of the party that some of the china plates didn't match up (an understandable oversight as they all LOOK the same), and the team insisted on bringing by ready-to-use, upgraded china at the very last minute. I recently rented from this company as they came as a referral to me but I regret it. We initially started our conversation within the Yelp chat and I thought all was going well but within 1-2 of messaging, the company became unresponsive and very difficult to get a hold of. I confirmed the date and time and of my event and identified which jumper we would like and processed with our deposit as requested. After providing our deposit, I didn't receive any confirmation of our event details nor did they confirm they received our payment. I called them and spoke to one person who confirmed the details over the phone and then proceeded to share that I should call them instead of using the message feature on Yelp. And so, as we got closer to our event, I did just that. I called and a day or two went by and I didn't hear back. Then, i texted instead and didn't hear back. Then, I got a call from another number in the area calling to confirm my event details and asked if I wanted my jumper a day in advance. Without first having a clear drop off and pick up time established, I agreed to receive it early. We opened the jumper the day of only to find that it was not the one we ordered. I didn't let them know however as it was too late for our event. (I ordered a sports themed jumper but received one without a theme.) After our event I asked when we should expect for them to pick up the jumper and they said "we will come today" without confirmation of a time (as I expected at this point unfortunately). Randomly, the day after our event a couple of people showed up to pick up the jumper without a call to first make sure we were home and available. Although yes, we received a jumper and the kids at the party had fun, the customer service for this organization needs to significantly improve in order for me to recommend them to others. read more

No accountability, deceitful, unreliable and very unprofessional. He was supposed meet me in Temecula on March 26, 2024 to look at the venue for my wedding. After rescheduling our first meeting he guaranteed he would meet us in Temecula at 8:30 am, and even sent me a reminder a week prior. Then on the day of, when I checked in with him to see what his ETA was, not only did he say he was going to show up 2.5 hours late, he lied and said he was running late because there was an accident on the freeway . He then proceeded to send me a picture of an accident he found on google. After doing a back search on the picture he sent we discovered the picture was from an accident that not only occurred 3 weeks prior to our meeting but it was also an accident from the state of Virginia lol I got my money back for my deposit but he made everyone involved waste their time. I had a wedding in 3/30/24. The most important thing to me was the pipe and drape. I paid extra to have this service per the owner saying We needed to pay for extra people to be able to start on time. Not only did we get early access for the pipe and drape he showed up 2.5 hours late. He brought the wrong color drapes. He also argued with my event staff on half doing a job.He didnt finish the draping job on the inside of the building. As a bride the pipe and drape was so important to me and he literally acted like he didn't care. This was my special day and he did not care. The wedding started 2 hrs late because of him. I decided to book Cricket Party Services because a friend recommended them. I contacted them in April for a party for my children on 6/18. Spoke with Juan and booked. I called back in may to go over the list of items a needed. I was told I was not on their schedule but that I would be added. I requested an invoice. And also requested Zelle info for the deposit, no response. I started to contact them by phone, text and via instagram a week before the party, no response. Finally received an invoice with the wrong order. Kept reaching out during the week to request an updated invoice. No response. My friend had her party a week before, they were supposed to deliver on Thursday. No one showed up. Friday came and they delivered part of her order and told her they would be back with the rest. They ended up dropping of the rest of the items at 2am on the day of her party (Saturday.) They left her tent installed unsecured, and not where she had requested. The tent could have fallen and hurt someone but the guy that dropped it off refused to move it stating "it was too heavy." She had a horrible experience, and they ruined her day. Seeing what she had gone through, I started to reach out. No response. I sent a text requesting to cancel and I received a text back in less than a minute. I did not receive an apology for being ignored and all I got was an "ok cancelled." This company has terrible customer service. I would not book with them based on my personal experience. The equipment rented was nice but the service sure wasn't. The staff has very poor communication and really won't answer you much when you reach out. There was an estimated time for drop off but literally over a day prior to that time I get an email stating everything was dropped off already. I was not at the house at the time so I asked someone that was if it was dropped off. They said no so I called the company immediately. No answer until the next day so I'm here worrying all night the stuff was stolen. No call back either after leaving a message until they happened to answer my call. They said it wasn't dropped off but it's normal to get an email stating it was. That's not normal! Fast forward until after my event. We had asked when will they be coming to pick everything up? They told us the very next day but couldn't tell us a time frame. It was a Sunday so we just had to plan not to leave the house but told them to make sure to come because obviously the next day was Monday so no one would be home. They said it will be Sunday. We made sure someone was at the house all day long, no one came! I called them, no answer! They wound up coming during the week and disrupted our schedule 100%. I don't understand why they wouldn't want to come get their stuff? Moral of the story, they do have nice equipment at a reasonable price but just beware of the terrible communication and lack of caring about people's schedules. read more
