After clearing the table, additional crumbs and crayons were knocked on the floor... where they stayed and were not recognised or cleared during my stay. Finally after visiting the men's room,the floor was wet starting at the urinals. It was not clear if this was water or urine as I brought the wet floor to the attention of the server and manager during a prior visit a week earlier. It was disgusting and the Salisbury community deserves better. A bit more training and periodic monitoring of the overall cleanliness
