Good choice for BBQ and some Route 66 fun. We had two brisket meals, a ribs meal, and a steak. All in all, not bad. Outdoor seating is plentiful but it was way too hot when we went. Indoor took some time. Social distancing! Service was solid. I appreciate the large cups. We never had or needed to ask for a refill! That is refreshing in summertime. For some reason I got the impression this was a 50s diner inside based on some pictures I saw and reviews. My mistake, should have looked more into it. It was not anything like a 50s diner, it was dirty and food not good at all. The waiter we couldn't hear at all, very awkward. Drinks are self serve from the fountain and the water coming from it tastes like it has never been cleaned and pumped through old pipes. My 5 year old wouldn't drink it and I don't much blame her. We had a burger, BBQ pork sandwich and a kids corn dog. The burger was a burger, nothing special. The BBQ sandwich had the smallest amount of BBQ sauce I had to ask for more. came in today at about 1:30 pm. was sat at bar area while I waited for my family. The young lady working the bar area eventually came over to address me. I ordered a basket of fries and beer plus asked for water. I was told water was self service. As I waited my family showed up and we discussed something's. The fries showed up and we ate some while we waited for the waitress. She never came over and I never got my beer. We decided to leave, I walked up to bar where the waitress was at. A different waitress asked if I needed anything, she was polite. I said no, I was going to close out. My original waitress then said just the fries with a surprises look, I said yes. I proceeds to close out and left. What surprised me the most is that she didn't apologize or show any signs of remorse. Oh well! No barbecue for me. This is our favorite place to eat in Williams. This is our go-to. You get top notch service with really good food. You cannot go wrong with the bbq and hamburgers. This time I had the western cheese burger. Oh so good! It's great for groups and a huge patio to take your pup along. read more

Good food, little on the pricey side for "diner food" but this place is definitely a step above typical diner fare. Live music plays by a local guitarist while to dine outside but they don't require that smokers stay 20 feet away which was pretty gross, but overall, brunch was good! read more

Our Family of four went here for lunch. We loved Cruisers. We went on a Friday at noon. They had live entertainment which was fantastic. The servers were very good got our food in about 10 minutes. My wife and son had a classic cruiser's burger medium and it was served as ordered. My other son had the Western burger and he loved it. I had the brisket sandwich and coleslaw. The coleslaw was great. The brisket was pilled high and a toasted bun. Wished I had taken a picture of it before I ate it. Had the right amount of BBQ sauce on it. Not sure why some of these other reviews are saying there is not enough sauce. Sauce doesn't make the sandwich. THE MEAT DOES!! We will definitely go back and encourage others to go there. The service wasn't great. It felt like the people working there just weren't into their jobs at all. The food came out quickly and I don't mean that as a compliment. A freshly prepared hamburger doesn't come out in 2-3 minutes. The fries managed to be so crispy they were hollow in the middle. Look, the atmosphere is touristy kitch and the food is extremely mediocre at best. This place is the definition of a tourist trap. I'll give this place two stars because our food was actually really good. We had a classic burger and a sliced brisket sandwich. Fries were freshly cooked but the ketchup could be a different brand (Tastes like it's been in its metal can for weeks opened up). Now for the negative. One word - service. They have plenty of employees and apparently none know how to work. Lots of standing around and talking with each other like they're there to hang out. First visit and we had to ask, do you order at the register or does someone come to your table? They need a working manager who knows how to do the job. Every dish is at least $15 for the quality of McDonald's 3. Service was bad, we were left unattended, missing dressings and bbq sauce, were never offered a refill. Etc 4. Extremely expensive for the quality 5. Dispute of all these experience they slapped you with a 18% gratuity fee that were not told by anyone. Please stay away from this place. They've moved to a confusing service model, waitress takes your order, runner delivers your order but you have to get your own soda or water . Then they want a 25 tip....for what? I tipped the runner as they were the only ones working their butt off. Food is okay. read more

We sat in the shade by the road and it was lovely. We didn't eat, just had some beers but it was really a nice experience. Good service and huge waters to keep us hydrated. Ordered the cranberry walnut salad and it was one of the worst salads I've ever had. overly sweet, on huge chunks of iceburg lettuce, the chicken (which was $7 extra!) was dry and bland. This is our go to place in Williams, Az, before ,but we are very disappointed on our last visit just Nov. 30 came in for dinner, the bbq was dry obviously not fresh, we are served with brisket that looked like pulled pork obviously scrapes then our server is always not around we need to go peek at the kitchen to be able to order or get anything from her. read more

To start out with some positives, the ambiance was wonderful as we were here for the Christmas parade. Such cool sights. Jacob was also a wonderful waiter and was on his A-game. The brisket sandwich enjoyed by my fiancé was great. However, I am saddened to say that my food was INCREDIBLY disappointing. I ordered the pulled pork mac n cheese ($20), and was astounded by how watery the cheese sauce was. The sauce was quite literally water with an essence of cheese. I gobbled as much as I could down after some heavy handed salt shaking as I hadn't eaten much today. In addition, the hot cocoa was unpalatable and tasted like dirty dish water. This place was terrible. The food, the ambience and the prices were the worst. The first thing we get told as we sat on the table was a 6% inflation fee will be added. So we sit down and we're like okay. Everyone at my table said their food sucked. I ordered a bacon burger and it was tasteless. The burger was probably one of those frozen box patties that you get at the supermarket and most likely the generic brand. I had an iced tea which was also tasteless. It was most likely colored water with not that much sugar. Once we got our bills, I decide to give the server a tip because he was okay and it was 6 of us at the table with 3 separate checks. But after I paid, I realized we were already charged an automatic 18% gratuity. So with all the fees and tax I paid an extra $10 for my $16 burger. Was in a trip to see the Grand Canyon. We ordered the BBQ platter and my friend got the giant Bloody Mary. The ribs were tasty and the bbq sauce was pretty good. A quarter of the way into the meal, I noticed that they forgot the pulled pork and brisket. The server was super apologetic and nice about it. But when it came, the brisket was mostly fat. I took a few bites and instantly didn't feel well. My friend took two sips of her Bloody Mary and didn't like it. It had a ton of stuff coming out of it, I didn't even know what half of it was, but it didn't look appetizing. We only ate about half the food and were sharing the one dish. I had hardly eaten that day, but I couldn't get myself to eat anymore, something didn't seem right. My friend ended up all night with an upset stomach. The sauce was good and the sever that brought our food was really nice, but we both felt sick and it put a giant damper on the trip. read more

My wife noticed and we both smelled the outside smokers, saw and the lights and music. "Ok, let's do it." Imagine a 50's Americana-sock hop-current-sports bar-touristy diner, and there it is. We ordered drinks first (my sweet tea was NOT sweet), then the food. I split the ulti carnivore burger with my wife, she got onion rings, I got the sweet potato fries; kids burger meals and mac-n-cheese. All the food was great but I was left wanting more. Wifi, military discount...and the bathroom (male); clean and stylish with the diner's motif. Our server Jacob was pleasant, proactive and attentive to our table...cool beans. A little pricey (kinda) price for what we had ($76 for 5) but whatever...our vaca, we had some money, and the food just hit the spot...I guess? On our check, we ordered a beer, a bowl of chili, a side salad and a build your own burger. The total was $45 with tax and automatically added gratuity. Others in my group had burgers or sandwiches and were a little surprised at the cost of the food. A party of two adults and two kids was$85. The kids meals were a la carte priced. Another party of two- one had a pulled pork sandwich that was cold in the middle. Some in our group had been here previously but did not remember this restaurant being so expensive.
