Have to echo what everyone else has said about their cookie availability. After 3 attempts (in the morning), there is always at least one cookie flavor that's sold out. I gave them a pass the first two times, but by now this store should have been able to plan logistics way better. I had a coworker who had the same experience last week which proves nothing has changed since then. This week, I was going to give their curbside pickup a try only to find out that they no longer have a 4-pack box available. Having to choose between 1 (overpriced) cookie or 16 (too many) cookies with no in between is inexcusable. Not sure if this place is worth revisiting. Their cookies are good, but not amazing. If there's a like to order, I'd likely pass. read more

I did a curbside order before 7am for a 8pm pick up. I waited 30 minutes to find out one of the main flavors I ordered was no longer available (KIT Kat). It would be nice if they prepared the pre-orders before pick up time. The workers were all very friendly and I know they are working hard, but a better system is needed or I should have been offered a refund for a cookie I order that's basically $4.25. The extra star for the hard workers bringing out all the cookies. The cookies: Heath Bar, Butterfinger and Sour Patch did not stick together at all, maybe the name for Crumbl? (Super undercooked and the bakers maybe having a bad day..) M&M was probably the best ones in terms of consistency. And this was the cookie I had to replace for my Kit Kat. I'd save some time and wait until the hype dies down and let the bakers get used to the crowd. Also, I'll be going back to supporting my local and small businesses because I've found ones that taste better . read more

Me and my girlfriend heard a lot of great things about the cookies here and we happened to stumble upon a location. My girlfriend went in ahead of me to order the cookies while I parked. It was crowded inside with what looked like a small staff. When I finally came inside I had to hear how badly my girlfriend was treated by a staff member. The staff member seemed to be triggered by my girlfriend's payment method (cash) and a bad attitude and yelled at her. My girlfriend continued to hold her cool while the rest of the customers were confused as to why this staff member was picking on my girlfriend. We tried to rush out of there without making a fuss because we felt empathetic to the staff's frustrations. Then she yelled at me and that was it. The cookies were amazing but the customer service was horrible and we won't be coming back. No matter the circumstances that behavior was unacceptable and unwarranted. read more

I ordered curbside pickup yesterday and was waiting over 15 minutes. It was empty so they can't even say they were busy. Also it's a Wednesday night. I called the store three times and no one ever answered. I just had a c section so unless necessary I am trying not to be in and out of the car which is why I chose curbside pickup. No one ever came outside to give me my order and since no one answered the phone either I got down. The person that was working was just cleaning off the counters. My order was sitting there. It would have taken her less than a minute to bring it to my car. If you offer curbside than do it. I am a pretty patient and understanding person so if they were busy or would atleast answer the phone then I would understand. Don't offer curbside if the employees aren't going to do it because honestly if I knew I would have to get down then I just wouldn't have ordered in the first place. Usually come here for our cookies. Today was unfortunate. I dropped my mom off to grab some cookies and 45 min later she got her money refunded because there were still around 5-10 people in front of her still waiting for theirs. The Manager walked out on the staff it seems and there were two new hires that day so it left only 1 person to take AND fill orders at 5pm rush. Felt so bad for the person working. I also hope that corporate/ head office really puts some thought into supporting this location more. I've worked over 10 years in hospitality and I really feel for the people working here. It's easy to blame them. They need more support from the top. read more

Gave another shot here. And again disappointed. All the cookies were burned (chocolate chip and a honey cinnamon butter one)...rock hard. Also the birthday cake sprinkle one literally crumbles it's so so dry it can't stay together, and the buckeye chocolate ones also burned and has the biggest ball of peanut butter on top. Looks like in the video it's suppose to be flattened down maybe. Either way super disappointed to get home to open the box of burnt, dry cookies. Big waste of money. Sadly won't return since things always going wrong here. read more

First time coming to Crumbl it was a nice establishment very well kept! But I ordered one cookie and waited over 20 min they gave me my cookie and it has a great flavor but too doughy it's not cooked through. This establishment will be better when they can have better preparation so they can be ahead and the cookies won't be to hot so they can be cooked through and better communication so they can greet customers when they enter as well as let their customers know the time frame of when the cookies will be done and when to come back if it will take awhile Basically They need more help and better management! read more

Some weeks are better than others but that's flavor preference. I honestly love that I can get cookies ordered fairly late at night as a treat! Most of them are so good! I love all of the lemon ones and the semi sweet chocolate chunk with salt! The cinnamon roll cake they did was so good and it needs to come back! read more

I have had good cookies from here before. But today's chocolate chip was half (or almost barely) cooked and I didn't like it. Also, I just wanted to buy one cookie, so sales service courteously put it on a simple paper towel for me, instead of into a box (which I thought was eco wasteful-- and explains why their prices are so high). But they still made me go thru all these digital clicks on a touchscreen. When I asked, "all I want to do is buy a chocolate chip cookie" they looked at 40something me like am one of those difficult people, which maybe I am, I guess.
