I was at the Veranda and I saw the sign that they were now open so while my husband and I were eating dinner at a restaurant, I downloaded the app, placed an order, and I selected the next available pick up window which was about 30 min from the time I ordered. I got there 5 min after the 30 min window and I asked the lady about my order and they needed more time, 20 min went by so my husband went out and asked and they needed more time, 10 more min went by and a lady comes out and says they ran out of the sugar cookies and I needed to select a new flavor to replace the two sugar, she then went back and then brought out my box. I ordered 4 cookies total, so In addition to the 2 sugar cookies I had to replace, they ended up giving me a wrong flavor of one of the original cookies I ordered. Also, as I was waiting in the car for my order, I saw that the line was really long but it was moving and I saw all of the line come and go, so it would have been faster for me just to wait in line and order ‍. Cookies were ok and I'd love to try the other flavors, but only if the line is short because my first visit really was a hassle and I don't care that much to be waiting almost an hour for cookies. read more

I have tried 2 Crumbl locations to double check my experience. Both times I purchased a box with different varieties. The cookies are huge, thus I've cut them into shareable pieces so that folks can try a variety. The flavors have been good, but IMHO they are under baked. The dough is still smooshy inside. As a life-long baker and cookie fanatic, these do not warrant the price. read more

We stopped by Crumbl Cookie after dinner. I didn't get to try the cookies as there is no gluten free options available. This review is reflecting more the experience with the business. We seen about 20 people outside the business and we thought it was the wait to order; since there is no signs out directing people of what to do we had to wait out for a staff to tell us to come in and order at the kiosk. Once we order we waited outside, then we figured that all the people outside was waiting for their cookies. While we were waiting; we heard the staff several times tell some customers that were already waiting that they had ran out of some flavors that they had order, our overall wait was 30 minutes- I never waited that long to get an order of cookies! As for the rest of the group I was with, they shared that they would not come back for cookies here, due to the long wait and it was not worth it for them. Maybe the business need to find a solution to match the demand of cookies and prepare their inventory accordingly, and improve the waiting time. read more

Do you have a sweet tooth like me but don't want to commit to baking 2 dozen cookies of the same flavor? I honestly love bakeries and cookie shops like this because I get to try a variety of cookie flavors and don't have to worry about wasting/giving out dozen of cookies that I made. Really great cookies. We had lunch nearby and decided to get something to satisfy our sweet tooth. I always saw a long line for Crumbl but we came around 2-3pm and did not have to wait in a long line. We got 4 cookies: choco chip, red velvet, pancake, and a sugar cookie. First off the cookies are fairly big. I would say they are about two and half inches in diameter. Maybe even three lol. If you like more moist cookies, then these are definitely your jam. I like my cookies chewy and sweet with some crunch around the edges, which is exactly what I got. The packaging was cute too! My favorite out of the four was the pancake cookie. Followed by the red velvet cookie with white chocolate chips. You can never go wrong with a chocolate chip cookie - to me, they all taste the same unless they have an added twist to them. The sugar cookie tasted like they overloaded it with flour, so it made it to 4th place on my list. 1) Pancake cookie: 8/10 2) Red velvet cookie: 7/10 3) Choco Chip cookie: 5/10 4) Sugar cookie (with pink icing on top): 3/10 Wish I could have tried the dulce de leche or hot chocolate cookie, but maybe I'll come back a different day the next time I get lunch at the Veranda. read more

Waited 30+ minutes in the parking lot close to the storefront for curbside (super close by) & nothing. Finally, I went inside and asked about my order and was told they had already delivered it to my car and confirmed my car with me (the model/make I noted on the app (btw I was super specific in describing my car too) Maybe the workers should triple check the car and verify LOUD & CLEAR the customers name AND ASK to see the confirmation of the order BEFORE handing over the boxes to the customer) to avoid this from happening again. Anyway, so I told them I never got it (obviously I didn't because I'm inside trying to get what I paid for) at that point I'm beyond pissed. Number 1) waited hella long already for my order in the car that I never got 2) how can someone just take the order that isn't even theirs and accept it and it's NOT even their name 3) I was told that one of the flavors was now SOLD OUT 4) This was a Birthday gift and it wasn't complete! Aside all that, I wish I got the girls name who works there because I'd like to just say thank you for your help in reboxing another order for me and willingness to try to figure out what happened. I tried to do curbside but it was booked so I decided to go for the first time a couple weeks ago, but the line to be ridiculously packed. This week I saw they had an Oreo and marshmallow cookie sandwich and I've tried to order daily but curbside said it's booked. Finally went and after waiting in line for almost an hour, they were sold out!! SO DISAPPOINTED :( Wish the app said what they have in store or that they sold out for the day. We did end up with chocolate chip, birthday cake and hazelnut mudslide (all that was left). Pretty pricey but they are LARGE cookies. The cookies were decent but I had higher hopes. Hazelnut mudslide wasn't great. Didn't taste like hazelnut. I love hazelnut and didn't taste it. Very chocolate-y. Having first tried Crumbl in Las Vegas I was pretty excited about them opening one up closer to home. But man, it's been rough trying to give this place my business. Curbside pickup 9 times of 10 is closed for the day when I check due to being fully booked. As of writing this, I checked at 5am on a Thursday and it's unavailable. The 1 time actually get a slot I ended up waiting an hour for them to fulfill the order. I watched my "spot" in the queue via the app slowly move from 9 to 1, only for it jump back up to 5 until I walked in and directly asked a staff member what is going on with my order. The cookies are good (not the best I've had), but would I go out of my way to wait an hour? Probably not. Especially right now since I don't really have the luxury to wait with a newborn baby. read more

There wasn't much flavor options the day and time we went and it's not really anything special. Basic cookie flavors: snickerdoodle, sugar, chocolate chip, lemon and brownie. I wasn't a fan of the cookies because they're enormous, super sweet thick and cakey. But if those are your cookie preferences, then you should like it. They're also pricey which is to be expected with the size. $4 for one single cookie, $15 for 4 cookies and $30 for a "party box". Overall, cute little bakery but not my kind of bakery I would frequent but everyone is different. I would say it is worth trying before you determine if you like it or not. read more

If the business cannot support the use of these functions at this time remove them as an option. DO NOT do their so-called "curbside" pickup at the Concord location. We ordered our cookies at around 10:30 AM and scheduled for pickup at 4:30 PM. When we arrive at 4:30 PM, there was no curbside pickup spots available, so we had to go inside. When we finally tell the cashiers the order, they said they are out of every flavor except for one, so they just refunded our money. It was such an inconvenience because we had already ordered our cookies HOURS ahead of time. It was so unorganized, and on top of that, they did not refund us the full amount we paid and KEPT THE $2.00 TIP. This place is ridiculous, I suggest going to the Brentwood or Lodi locations, the farther drives are more worth it than the experience at Concord. read more

I purchase a box of 4 cookies from online and was given a window to pick them up. I went to pick them up before grabbing my daughter, and I was told they were ready. I had to pick her up and return again (a huge inconvenience) I ordered the chocolate crunch and it was not available. There was a young man there that was attentive, and apologetic for them not being ready. When I returned they were still not done and he took care of it. What was a bothersome was the lady in the back mixing the dough did not have her mask on, it was pulled below her chin, not only was it like that she was engaging in conversation with other staff members. Does Crumbl make the most delicious/impressive cookies I've ever had? Maybe not... But are the cookies really fun and do they feel worthy of a special occasion? Yes! I'm personally not a huge fan of how rich and overly sweet they are (I'm more into local, artisan-style or organic cookies probably) BUT they make such fun rotating/changing weekly flavors that I find myself wanting to give them another chance over and over again. They also are a perfect alternative to cupcakes when you want to make a day feel special. I've had Crumbl multiple times in Utah and California and we always get consistent quality which I really appreciate. This particular location seems to have some issues with wait times but that's to be expected because they are so new and popular! I'm not necessarily dying to have them again super soon but I'm so grateful to have the option close by now! read more
