Went in so happy to get cookies for My grandkids. I was on a motorcycle and asked if I could buy a 4 pack & if they could box them individually so they fit into my saddle bags. The girl was very rude and said I had to buy them individually or pay extra for the boxes. Seriously I wouldn't have mind if she wasn't so rude. I had my helmet I wasn't trying to be picky. The manager came and said is store owner policy. I will never go back. Cookies aren't that good just thought it would be nice for the grandkids. Don't visit this store rude. read more

So I went to Crumbl expecting the same old cookie that I can make at home but nooo--it was a $4.25 giant cookie that was exactly right. I had the chocolate chip and it was lightly browned, semi crunchy around the edge and soft in the center and very thick. This cookie equals five of the competition. The disappointment was they only have a few selections each week and not many common flavors. Many sugar cookie options, though. Right after, I went to the cookie place in Fig Garden and got a comparison cookie. The difference was Crumbl was not overly sweet--everything really worked. At the other store EVERY cookie was super sweet in comparison and very small and flat without much body. So I would recommend Crumbl and I look forward to finding their schedule and trying a cookie I actually like (like oatmeal chocolate chip). Maybe that's what I can recommend. Loved the delivery and the A.MAZING cookies! They were big, gooey, and still slightly warm when I got them. The family that got them for me selected coordinating ice cream selections to go with it. When Crumbl first opened I had cookies and ice cream delivered to my house as a treat for the family. The cookies were ok, but the ice cream was delicious. Today I decided to stop into the store for some ice cream and a cookie. Looked over the menu board me decided on the flavor of ice cream I wanted, but when I placed the order with the employee she said I couldn't order ice cream. Even though it was on the board. Even though there was clearly a freezer full of it behind her. She said they don't sell ice cream. What?! Why was I able to order it before? Why is it on your menu board? Why is there a freezer full of it in plain view of everyone? The music made it really hard to hear the employee. It was clean, and the employee was nice enough. read more

This is my personal preference. I don't mean to offend any crumbl cookie diehard fans. What is all the hype about? I finally tried it last night. I paid $14 + tax for 4 cookies. I got cotton candy (2), chocolate chip, and biscoff lava. Other flavors were funfetti and banana bread. I guess they do new flavors every week? Because I only had those options. The biscoff lava I thought would've been amazing, but it's honestly ok :/ I hate getting baking soda taste in cakes and coookies and it was very strong in this one. If I ate this blindly I wouldn't know it's biscoff. And trust me I know biscoff taste. The chocolate chip, again, I thought I was going to get that delicious ooey gooey taste, but I didn't get it. The cotton candy is 50% icing, it's ok....But I'm not buying icing. Why can't we have options for smaller cookies? If I'm trying the place for the first time I don't want to buy a cookie the size of my head. Overall, it's JUST OK. Nothing special. If I just didn't try the right flavors then it makes sense why the place always has customers. If it's the delicious smell coming from their shop, their cute pink box packaging, and bright clean interior that attracts sweet tooth's, then it's really not worth it. I haven't actually had the opportunity to taste these cookies so I cant speak to the flavor pr texture. I have only purchased thes as gifts for others who have all said they were Good. However, out of 5 deliveries 1 never made it. Im not sure where is was delivered because I never got a response from the store and they weren't answering the phone. A second delivery was sent to the wrong address where they just left it on the porch. They did refund me for that one but only after trying to get ahold of them for 2 hours. I have only had this experience with the Clovis location,the fresno location has been great. Unfortunately delivery defaults to the closest store so I won't be ordering for clovis family friends or businesses anymore just fresno. It's to much of a hassle to chase down deliveries and try for hours to talk to someone when there is an issue. read more

I don't think these deserve all the hype. Tastes like any ordinary cookie you can buy at a grocery store. Some tastes dry and not a lot of flavor. You'd better off making homemade cookies that are 100% better. read more

I was surprised at the price of 1 cookie at first, since it cost $4.00. However, all the cookies are thick and large, so I think it was worth it. I bought the milk chocolate chip cookie, confetti cake cookie, and chilled sugar cookie. They were all delicious and I recommend trying out these flavors. I also bought some of their ice creams and it was pretty good too. The staff was super nice and helped me with any questions that I had. I legit can not give crumbl cookies enough stars. They are excellent every time I get them and I love that they change flavors continuously so you always have something new to try. My only complaint is I wish they sold milk also. I think my favorite thing about them besides how scrumptious they are would be how great it is to give these as a gift. I love their cookies! But the service was terrible this time around. They said they don't take $100 bills which would be okay, if they had a sign! That's technically illegal to not take my American money without a sign saying you can't take a bill higher than a certain denomination. Not gonna force them to take my $100 bill but come on Crumbl!
