Quick pick up! Placed an order about 15 minutes before I got to store, marked I was there and staff came out without 5 minutes. Loved that I had Crumbl points and earned a free cookie was also a nice surprise. Order was exact! Thank you team!

Placed a mobile order last week and pickup was SO quick and easy. The service flow here is always efficient. Also, the thin cookies are hands down my favorite thing Crumbl makes. They seriously need to keep them on the menu every week!

$10 pudding 3/4 full. Barely any toppings, very lazily done when I'm paying $10 for a pudding.

Go for the cookies, not the service. I've only been to Crumbl once before so I didn't know I was supposed to order on the kiosk and the employees never said a word to me or anyone else in line. The cookies are delicious of course (especially carrot cake and cookies and cream) but it was an unfriendly 15-minute wait to get them.

So... I didn't always like Crumbl. My first initial taste was of the original cookie with the pink frosting (which so happens to be one of the flavors this week). It was just way too sweet for me and didn't quite hit the mark. It wasn't until years later when I tried a Chips Ahoy one from one of my friends at a birthday party that I was like... Ooh... that's good! & I'm not even a huge Chips Ahoy fan (unless it's the Chewy)-- I'm an Oreos girl. After that-- every now and then I crave a Crumbl cookie!! Especially their cakes they make, and the minis! Everything mini is just so much more fun and better to eat (well, almost everything). I'm a little sad with my 6-pack today because I didn't realize that one of the choices were wrong. I won't fully put the blame on them because I literally took a photo on their counter after receiving it so I could've caught the mistake there, but I didn't. You'll notice that the pink sugar cookie is in the photo..... that was NOT one of my choices. I wanted one of the Cookies n Cream brownies, which I didn't get. I'd be a little more upset if this flavor wasn't going to be available all month long (since they change flavors weekly). I don't know if I'll actually get around to going again and trying it before the month ends but it's cool that the option is there. What was extra nice about this week though is that a 6-pack was priced at the price of a 4-pack (not that I needed 6). I ordered 6 because I was supposed to be meeting with friends later but-- plans got cancelled! Womp womp womp... so, who wants to eat some cookies/cake with me? LOL Anywho, Crumbl has got their cookies down and their marketing is even better. Those videos on Instagram gets me every time! I'm not a pink girl but their store is nice (and smells delish), their boxes are cute, the gift cards are adorbs, and the staff are always very friendly. My favorite from them thus far? The Biscoff Tres Leches cake... bomb!! You'll catch me there any time that's on the menu. Only bad from these cakes? They don't come in minis... I'd feel less guilty if they did (but then it wouldn't be enough). You can't win! :P Wasn't planning on trying the Pink cookie but maybe I'll give it a second chance later... maybe.

You can never go wrong with this place. However, I always think back on how it was in 2020/2021. I swear it tasted a lot different and the cookies were better. I rarely get Crumbl now because of that. They offer more cake style cookies which are cool but not worth the hype for me. I picked up a box of 6 maybe 2 weeks ago and all the cookies were good! The cookie dough bites are the best. Whenever I'm in the area to get food, this place is packed on a Friday night. It looks insane. The workers are welcoming and efficient. Ordering ahead helps out a lot if you plan on ordering at night or even in general

Disappointed in the quality of the cookies. The chocolate chip taste like pure sugar, I couldnt even eat it, it was overly sweet and not tasty. I was excited to try because of the positive reviews but I wont be ordering again. Presentation was nice, price decent for size, but taste just not there. Mrs fields is way better. read more

Cookies wer uncooked the first time i came. Decided to return once again and ask for them to be cooked a bit longer. The worker replied they cannot be cooked at a higher temp or for any longer. I told her last time i got the cookies they were raw, she replied "they're not raw, just soft". There's a differences between RAW and SOFT lmao. Fyi: no powder sugar on top of molten lava cookie as shown in the purchased picture. read more

These cookies are some of the best cookies I've had in my life!!! The cookies are rotating on a weekly basis with the exception of chilled sugar and warm chocolate chip which stay every week. The packaging is already a bonus!! Such a cute pink box!! They offer in store pick up, drive up and they will bring out to your car or delivery! Due to covid I have been very concerned. They have done interviews with local news outlets and remove their masks while other employees are preparing boxes for sale. On the first day they opened we went by and the employee working had her mask pulled down with nose exposed. I do not want a cookie with a side risk of Covid. Doesn't matter how good the cookies are. If they aren't taking the proper precautions we will not be patronizing this business. To each their own. read more

I appreciate being open untill 12 but having a paying system where you have to touch a screen that hundreds of people have before is pretty gross especially during covid that's a weird setup. I didn't see the employee clean it after the person in front of me they don't even have hand sanitizer. What the heck lol Cookies are pretty good though I like the peanut butter. read more

It's been too damn hot and there are too many people. People don't have much else to do. I normally don't visit clovis for anything. But for these cookies I did. They are good. It's covid 19, I don't go to an establishment expecting red carpet service. It is hard to find Parking but people literally have nothing else to do. So it is what it is. The cookies are good tho. It's funny watching people complain the "chilled" frosted cookie is cold. Lol! I don't like warm cookies, they ruin the taste for me. So I popped them all in the fridge. Warm cookies don't appeal to me...at all. But they were great once cooled down. But that's my preference. I look forward to the biscoff and lemon as I never got to try it. Anyway, I have no complaints here other than people but that has nothing to with the cookies. I think they are worth 13$ considering I can't even finish one cookie. read more

Had heard good things about Crumbl and was looking forward to the experience. Just had their basic chocolate chip, was sooo excited, then sooo disappointed. It tasted like uncooked dough - in a bad way. I mean, how can you mess up a chocolate chip cookie? They did. Bland, could not taste butter, only sugar and flour dough. One great thing, it was warm. Do not expect to be greeted upon entry. Wish they had a description of the cookies, not just a picture since looks are deceptive. Save your time and money. read more

These cookies are way too addicting!!! Fair warning...if you have one on any normal day, you will convince yourself that you should get one for your birthday. Then you will want one for every other holiday and celebration. You'll start missing important meetings and forget to pick up your kids from school to go grab a dozen cookies that you will quietly devour in an abandoned parking lot all by yourself. Before you know it you'll be donating plasma on the weekends to get your cookie fix and telling people, "I CAN STOP WHENEVER I WANT. I JUST DONT WANT TO!" Not really....but maybe. Full disclosure I have ordered the cookies multiple times and they were delicious however my most recent trip was different. I found a hair in the frosting of one of the cookies I ordered (right out of the box no one in the house touched them yet) and then waited for close to ten minutes on hold just to inform them. They taste great just think they should be a little more careful. Overall I will give them another shot read more

Eh, these are just okay. Too sweet for me. Can only eat about a 1/4 of a cookie at a time, otherwise I start feeling sick. We had Churro, Chocolate Cake, chilled sugar cookie and double peanut butter. The double peanut butter was the best out of the 4. I enjoyed CRAVE cookies so much more. read more

3 1/2 stars. This is my forth time trying their cookies (seems like they change their flavors every two weeks). The last two times we ordered sugar cookie it was really good however the other day when I ordered it it tasted like cherry cough syrup. (Real turn off) . Today we ordered 2 boxes of 4 cookies and skipped the chilled sugar. 2 buckeye (go Ohio) , pumpkin Oreo, pop tart, 2 chocolate chip) , 2 carrot cake. I really miss their lemon cookie. The buckeye cookie is really good warmed, I microwaved it for 25 seconds (yummy) I enjoyed the carrot cake cream cheese frosting too. Wish there was a way to have a warm cookie with cold frosting. read more

Do yourself a favor and go inside to pick up your order. Used curbside pick up and hit I'm here button. Showed I was #1 in lime at 1015. Watched two customers walk in and out to order. At 1026 walked inside and my order was sitting at table. Very slow service. Other locations have been quicker. read more

Est. 2017 Crumbl was founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley in Logan, Utah. The duo teamed up to create the world's best chocolate chip cookie. Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery.
