I really appreciated that the items came in a sealed bag. Not only did it ensure freshness, but it also helped assure me that the food wasn't tampered with. The bag was cute too. I'm actually glad that I ordered online, because the menu explicitly stated that products contain lard. I don't eat pork, so heads up if you don't either. I got the coconut mango sago (D4) and mango mochi. I dove right into the mochi, which was fantastic. The mochi was so soft and chewy, the shredded coconut attributed a nice texture, and I loved the mango bits in the center. I also enjoyed the coconut mango sago. There wasn't an option to modify the sweetness, which I was concerned about at first. The drink came out perfectly in balance with sweetness, and I felt that mostly came from the natural sweetness of the mango and coconut milk. I would absolutely return to try other things off the menu. I'm a fan of coconut mango and pomelo/grapefruit at other drink spots, so it's top of my list to try next time.

Although healthy, the bingsu itself was NOT sweet enough and I felt sick after eating so much unsweetened yogurt. I wish they gave us a cup of condensed milk like they do at every other bingsu place... Service was slow and everything is self serve, from getting your bingsu at the front to bussing your tray. I do believe there are other bingsu spots in Bay Area that give a similar experience with more variety and better pricing. I do not look forward to waiting almost 30min after spending $20 for a bingsu that's only half bingsu with honeydew layered on top.

Yelp Review I had the most incredible experience at this store! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I recently volunteered for an event supporting homeless children, and it broke my heart to hear that many of them had never tried a Crumbl cookie before. I knew I had to do something special for them. When I approached the store, the lead (I'm so sorry I didn't catch her name!) was exceptionally kind and understanding. She offered me a discount on the boxes of cookies I wanted to purchase for the kids, which made a huge difference. To some, a cookie might seem like a small treat, but for these children, it was a big deal to finally get to enjoy a Crumbl cookie. I'm disappointed with my recent experience. I placed an online order for pickup and drove from Pleasanton, only to be told after waiting in line for over 10 minutes that any orders placed after 8 pm are automatically refunded. It's frustrating that online orders are still accepted after that time if they won't be fulfilled. If the store can't handle orders past a certain time, it would be better to disable the option rather than waste customers' time. While I understand this isn't the fault of the employees, it seems like a management issue. The online ordering system should reflect the store's actual capacity, and management needs to support staff in these situations. I hope this is addressed moving forward. read more

The glazed donut was fine, but it wasn't an old fashioned. The jelly donut hole was large but smaller than a normal jelly filled donut so my hubby liked the size and proportions. It was an unfortunate experience, but this teaches us to make sure to look inside the bags before we leave.

Wake and Bake Since…read more1924, Greenlee's has been serving up some of the best baked goods in the South Bay, serving up everything from coffee cake, pastries, their infamous cinnamon bread--and even breakfast burritos. This is the first expansion of their bakery that I've seen, and is just a humble kiosk located in SJC's Terminal B near the TSA exit. The Good: *Open 24/7 *Operates on the honor system with a self-checkout option *Cinnamon bread, cookies, and pastries for sale *Also have iced coffee, soda, and sparkling water The Meh: *Only sweets for sale; nothing savory *Hopefully there's a good turnover and/or QA/QC on the baked goods so one doesn't end up with stale goods. The Ugly: *Airport pricing TLDR: Fast, easy, and tasty way for visitors & natives to take a taste of SJ with them.
