I say that because as like I haven't ever eaten a whole cake to myself, I have yet to eat an entire cookie in one sitting all by myself as well. They are really tasty and sugary, with loads of flavor. Due to that, their cookies are super rich. I usually order a box of six and that lasts me for 3 days when I share it with my two kids. We literally cut pieces after each meal and that would satisfy our sweet cravings after lunch or dinner. Their menu items/cookie flavors change frequently, which gives their customers a variety each visit. Some of my favorites are their chocolate chip (which is a classic and always on their menu), the dulche de leche flavor, peanut butter cup, and strawberry cake. I love how their cookies are given to you warm, though some are served cold, depending on the flavor. Most of the time just the smell and look of the cookies will get you to want to try a piece before driving off with them. I have to say that I am a fan of Crumbl cookies. My bicycle group rides out that way frequently. We usually stop for coffee and a snack at Starbucks. Since they were closed, we rounded the corner and I saw "Crumbl Cookies"! I have heard so much about it, and they did not disappoint. I walked right in. I loved the open, clean atmosphere as soon as I walked in the door. I was greeted so warmly, it was like a "cookie hug". You can see the employees adding ingredients, mixing, baking, decorating, etc. I like that openness. After looking around, asking a few question, I honed in on the Pumpkin Muffin Cookie! Happy Fall flavor! That cookie was so big, and moist on the inside with a little crispiness on the outside, and the cream cheese frosting was on point! I should have joined the loyalty club, but that sounded too dangerous for my cycling wardrobe! The choice of cookies change every week, so there is plenty of opportunity to not get bored! The big cookie comes in a cute pink box that I felt a little guilty of throwing away. It may be a bit more ecological to offer an alternative, but it sure was cute. Oh, I did share the cookie since we were on a group ride and everyone that got a bite gave it a generous thumbs-up! It seems you can only get the smaller cookies with a catering order, but huhm... I think there is money to be made there. BTW: I like chocolate chip cookies, but only with nuts, so just saying.... They looked so yummy and moist, but no nuts!? First off let's start this review with how unfriendly their customer service is. I called this place yesterday Wednesday at 7PM and asked if it was possible to place an order without frosting and they said certain cookies which is totally fine, she sounded very surprised that I wanted the cookies unfrosted and just asked me to put it in the notes for the pink sugar cookies, so I said thank you and did just that. Again, to reiterate, I not only called beforehand and let them know what my order was gonna be and what I needed, but I also put it in the notes for them not even five minutes later. Well to my surprise, the cookies arrived not only cold as hell but ALLLLLLLL of them were frosted AND they had the wrong name on them. I called the store and nobody answered, it was super frustrating and I will not be recommending Crumbl to anybody. read more

I purchased 6 cookies yesterday they were the best cookies I've ever tasted I was greeted by a pleasant young lady while the rest of the staff were busy making cookies The shop was very clean and they had samples of this week's cookies The cookies cost $5.00 each but if you buy a six pack the cost is $25.00. They are a little pricey but we'll worth it. The cookies are very big and I had an assortment each one was excellent The pumpkin pie cookie was creamy and the crust was crumbly perfection. The Boston cream pie cookie was just as good. The Andes mint cookie was excellent as well as the gingerbread cookie with a generous amount of frosting I also had the lemon crunch cookie which wasn't too tart or too sweet it was just right. The chocolate chip cookie had a generous amount of chocolate chips. Every week they sell different assortment of cookies. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I ordered cookies from here as a Christmas present. The delivery was scheduled for Dec 23. Someone from the store called me on the morning of the 23rd to confirm the order, but it never made it. It took 3 calls to the store (nobody ever returned my messages) to find out that they have no idea what happened to my order. Instead of making things right, I was offered a refund. If I want my order delivered (3 days after Christmas), I have to re-issue my order. So frustrating! read more
