I love that you can place an order online and get curbside pick up. The parking lot doesn't have any designated spots for Crumbl though so I'm not sure how the employees find the car other than knowing the description of the car. I got lucky and the 10 minute parking spot in front of the store was open so the employee was able to find me quickly to deliver the cookies. The cookies taste phenomenal. I love that there's a nice variety of flavors. The cookies are also huge so you get a lot a bang for your buck and you can share them. The cookies still taste good after a few days and do not get stale. My favorite was the milk chocolate chip. The decorations are also super cute. read more

Will prob never go back. We went last week, a few days before Thanksgiving and they only had pies. I understand how they switch stuff up, but was bummed they had no cookies at all because the pies were just ok. Very meh. And one was pretty bad -- just whipped cream basically. No seats or even a countertop or any chairs outside anywhere so we couldn't enjoy them together there. Maybe all the crumbl locations are like that now? I've seen so many advertisements for Crumbl Cookies on social media, they've always intrigued me. The cookies look so delicious in the pictures and I find it interesting that the menu changes weekly so that customers have a better variety of flavors to try. I like the concept of the gourmet cookies and the fact that they offer pick up, delivery and even ship their products nationwide so you have different options on how you want to receive them. Yesterday I ordered a 4 pack of cookies to be delivered to my bf at his work for Valentines Day. If you're trying to order through your phone keep in mind that you have to download the Crumbl cookies app and place your order through there, they do not offer for orders to be completed through their website unless you are using a computer/laptop. You also need to sign up with your phone number and they send you a verification code before you can proceed with placing orders. Their delivery courier is via DoorDash just fyi and the delivery fee, at least in my case, was $11.99 - not including any tip for the driver. With all this said. For a 4 pack of Crumbl Cookies to be delivered it ended up being around $33 which comes out to about $8.25 per cookie. I know that's super expensive but I didn't mind paying for the convenience of having it delivered due to it being Valentines Day, any other day I would have just ordered for pickup and gone to the store myself. But I do find the delivery option convenient, just expensive! I also paid $1 for an "I love you" sticker, had I known it was just a sticker slapped on the box I probably would have passed on it. Just an fyi if you're thinking of adding the option during check out. For the cookie flavors, this week they had 6 different options and I chose the following: Birthday Cake (Valentine), Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake, Chocolate Caramel and Sugar ft. Mothers Valentine's X and O's. I LOVED the cute Valentines themed cookies. Perfect for the occasion. I only tasted two of the cookies: Birthday Cake & Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake. Both were delicious! Very sugary, they come topped with icing so it was a definite sugar rush! The cookies are much bigger than your average size so the hefty price isn't as bad. Overall I'd probably try more of Crumbl Cookies flavors as long as I'm not paying for the extra delivery fee I'd say the price of the cookies is worth it. The two that I tried were tasty! I can't wait to see what menus they have in the future! read more

This is one of my favorite places to get cookies along with Mrs Fields, Paradise, and Milk & Cookies. They offer very unique flavored cookies each week and change 90% of the menu weekly as the chocolate chip is a standard most weeks. Got some this week for my wife's birthday as she like salted caramel and they had one that flavor this week. The cookies are always fresh and tasty. Only issue is that they do get a bit pricey. There was a line to order, but it didn't take long to get our cookies. i didn't like the apple pie cookie as much as the smores. I should've gotten the chocolate chip, just to compare that with other cookie places. They have different flavors, and i don't know if they change it up each week or so? I always feel so Guilty coming to cookie crumble because the cookies are so BIG and good with LOTS of sugar, well this time I did not feel so bad because they now have smaller cookies; I feel like this is the best thing that they could have done for people like me. I was able to get 3 small cookies of all different flavors and I did not feel bad about it. It gave me that sweet kick that I needed, and I did not have to settle for 1 flavor. Okay y'all don't sleep on this place if you live in Redlands or Riverside and the the Mr. said if you love richness...our kids are down here visiting from Oakland (yes the foodies) and we were on our way to dinner but made a pit stop looking for see's candies and saw this place in Anaheim. All I can say is one word DELICIOUS!! So my family and I visited this location and let me tell you it did not disappoint! My husband is a firefighter and he has had crumbl many times at the station when people send them to the station....so needless to say we were very excited when we stumbled upon this location! We were not dissatisfied at all and the cookies are mmm mmm good! My family thought we were over exaggerating about how amazing these cookies are but once they got a bite they knew the hype was real. Newly opened shop in a plaza so ton of parking. I was a little hesitant after coming in just seeing the amount of workers in the kitchen area without mouth shields or masks talking over the raw cookie dough laid out on the cookie sheets. Anyways each cookie is pretty massive and comes at $4.25 a piece. Bought 6 cookies for about $21 instead of individual ones to try different flavors. I thought milk chocolate would be a safe choice but it was very underwhelming though the chocolate was melted. The cinnamon fry bread was probably the best one fresh, like a snickerdoodle. I winced at the large swirl of frosting on top of the caramel apple but it paired well with the cookie. All three flavors were too sweet for me. They were good for the first two bites. I definitely cannot eat one whole cookie on my own or in one sitting. Warm it up when you have it again. read more

This Crumbl USED to be good. But now they are the worst location in the area. Their cookies are not sold as advertised. The sample cookies they have on display will be chockfull of toppings but when it comes to the actual execution, they completely cheap you out on the cookies you receive. They used to be baked to perfection - a nice crisp exterior with a perfectly gooey center. Now I don't known if they're just no longer fresh or if they're overcooked or both? But a lot of them are really dry and crispy now????? For $5 a cookie I expect more. They used to be worth $5 but I'm telling you this location has ruined the Crumbl name. We finally have a Crumbl close to home. Their cookies are massive for one person and the different varieties are great. On this occasion we tried the pineapple, hazelnut, and rainbow. My fav was the pineapple one. It actually tasted like it and there was plenty to share. I gave this location a 4 star cause the girls working there aren't as clean as I'd hope. I saw one girl throw trash away and pushed it down with her hands (gloves on) then went back to frosting the cookies for the customers without changing her gloves. Crumbl Cookies is clearly a bakery for "decadent cookies" if you're looking for something to bring to a party or give as a gift these are great. They're well decorated and packaged and they taste great. However they're very thick and dense, I don't know that anyone could eat a whole cookie and not feel terrible afterwards. But for special occasions, get a box, cut them in halves or fourths to share and they're great! The packaging is probably what makes them even more appealing, a bright pink box with a cute bow? Adorable! From what I read online it seems as though their cookies change weekly. I was able to try the chocolate chip, sugar cookie, Twix, and Reese's. All of them tasted as you would expect and the presentation was great! My only critique would be that they do have mini cookies on display, normal sized cookies that you could probably eat one or two and not feel sick from all of the sugar, but these are only available if you order catering which is at least 50 cookies.. bummer! read more

The flavors constantly change so check online before you go. They have mini cookies now but are only sold in sets of 3. From a business standpoint I can kinda understand but as a parent I'd love to be able to just buy 1 mini for my little for a job well done at whatever. These cookies are massive and full of flavor. The cookies are very pricey as it is but when you receive a cookie that does not look like the picture that is shown advertising that cookie, I believe that it is, False advertising. Crumbl needs to do a better job training, their management staff as well as their employees. I have not gone back to this location since I received a false advertising cookie several months ago, my daughter recently visited this location and was also very disappointed. Disappointed. First time having a Crumbl cookie. We went to the location in person today. One employee gave a friendly greeting. He was busy making something behind the counter but took time to say hello. The other employee did not. She wasn't busy, she just seemed really inconvenienced by having customers at all. No hello, and not even a thank you or smile when she handed the cookie boxes to us. Ordering at the front counter wasn't available so we were directed to order off the tiny pads on the wall near the front window. These are clearly designed for small children. They are very low on the wall, super small, and even the shortest adult needs to bend down to use the tablet. The store is questionably dirty. No idea if it's clean behind the counter and work areas (I'm just going to assume it is for sanitation reasons), but the floor in the front is just awful. You can see the dirt and even some shoe stains on the tile. There are cobwebs/spider webs and dirt build-up in the corner between the window and the ordering tablets on the wall. The mats near the door (there are 2 large ones) are very dirty, and not vacuumed. The open wall on the walkthrough between the front counter and the work area is dirty/soiled on the bottom right side. It's not a good impression for a food establishment. Clearly they don't clean regularly in the front of the house. The cookies are okay. Not great, not horrible. They are definitely not anything to rave about. The chocolate chip cookie had only a few chips. :( It was slightly under baked so a little mushy and sadly the dough is bland. The birthday cake batter cookie was better. The strawberry doesn't taste anything like strawberry. Hmm. Also under baked. Seems like that's how they make their cookies, at least at this location. We haven't tried the other flavors yet. We ordered 1 of each flavor and a couple of duplicates (6 regular and 3 mini cookies in total). The mini cookies are waaaayyyyyy overpriced. Don't bother. If you go, get the regular cookies instead. I'm so meh on Crumble after this visit. 99% probability we won't be back and won't try another store. We recently found a great cookie place in Costa Mesa that was so much cleaner, the employees were super attentive, and the cookies were significantly more yummy. Too bad on this one. I went in yesterday and I ordered cookie dough and the pic on the website shows 11 mini doughs on top! When I got my order mine had only five and not like the picture at all! If I'm paying $5 per cookie I want it to look exactly like the picture on the website and if not this is bait and switch and false advertising! The girl who served me her name is Chanel! I asked my daughter to go in and ask if they made a mistake on this cookie! It looks like it's missing more toppings! She told my daughter that's how they come with only 5 mini doughs and one actually rolled off the cookie, she put it on top and told my daughter there's you're fifth! I wasn't happy with this reply so when I pointed this out to her she said my daughter lied! And she said that I'm being rude and that they have the right not to service rude customers! At this point I was extremely insulted and told her that I am the customer here and when I pay $5 for a cookie it better look EXACTLY like what's on the menu! And I told her she need to learn how to give good customer service and I asked to speak to her manager! As she walked away she said :"oh my God!" Knowing I can hear her! I said :"excuse me!!! Are you giving me attitude right now! Please call your manager" she then ran in the back and made me an extra cookie dough and had a lot of toppings (she could have done this from the start) and said this is for free for her mistake. I said I still want to speak to her manager so she gave me an email and told me her name is Chanel! I had so much crumbl during my senior year of high school where I would order four packs and eat the whole thing within 2 days. Definitely not eating as much crumbl nowadays but I went back to try their semi sweet chocolate chip cookie and their tres leches cake. Semi sweet is so good and really not much to complain about. Of course like always, it is typically underbaked which doesn't bother me at all but a lot of people criticize this a lot. The tres leches was not the best.
