I ordered 36 cookies for my daughter's class, for her birthday. MAJOR Let down! I ordered 18 Cake Batter and 18 Chocolate Chips cookies. Instead of the cake batter I received Sprinkle Cookie! I was told 2 different reason why this was the case! Neither one made sense! I requested for a refund! I've called the manager Emily, left voicemails begged for my money back! I seen so many posts on social media about Crumbl Cookies. The first time I tried them was when a client from Utah was raving about how great there were and he brought them for me. Since then, they open more locations and are now available in California. I like the concept of the rotating menu...it's always refreshing to have four or five cookies a week where the following week it would be substituted with new flavors. It makes a trip to the store a very fun surprise! These cookies are humongous! It's thinner than your normal store-bought cookie and almost twice as large as my palm. It's a little pricey for each cookie, but it redeems itself with its amazing taste. When I first took a bite of the Crumbl Cookies, I felt memories flowing back of my childhood. These were decent. Don't really see the hype in these big cookies. We ordered a variety of 6 and some were good and some weren't. Cotton candy was way too sweet and gross. The lemon one was good but the inside was cold almost as if it was refrigerated. The chocolate chip was really good and so was the donut. Others were forgettable. Some flavors are a bit bland, but overall most that I've tried are tasty. The presentation is nice, and the service is too. They seem to package the cookies and deserts poorly. We've gone 5 times and 100% of the time the topping on the cookie is splattered all over the box and off the cookie when opened in the car right after getting these. Looks like an absolute mess. Not sure if it's the care or the product. The cookies are so so, taste like processed food cookies, nothing to write home about. When ordering on the kiosk or on-line it asks if you want to leave a gratuity...before you've even been served, which is odd because the only time you interact with the staff is when they put your cookies on the counter when ready. Ordered two free cookies from this location last week and when I walked in there was no line. This location is next door to Home Goods and there's plenty of parking out front. I like the snicker doodle and the regular sugar cookie with pink frosting. I ordered one of each flavor (six total) for a friend and dropped them off and she said it took 3 days to finish between three grown adults. Her favorite was definitely the sugar cookie with frosting. A third friend also received a box at work the next day and his favorite was the sea salt caramel while the girls at the office really liked the blueberry cookie and again, they had to cut the cookies into halves or thirds to finish it. Does anyone else remember how quickly Crumbl Cookies rose to the top? I don't even remember knowing anything about it until stores were popping up literally everywhere! We came on a Friday night around 8/9 and found a somewhat empty store (I heard lines have been long) A handful of people were ordering online so technically no one was in front of us. We ordered the pecan cookie and potato chip cookie. I didn't really look at the menu prices but realized it was around $5 per cookie. The pecan had a simple shortbread kinda cake-like cookie with a ton of caramel and chopped up pecan pieces. It was like a pie but with a different crust. I don't know if I'm a huge fan of Crumbl - their cookies all seem to have the same base with an insane amount of frosting. I don't like the thickness/underbaked feeling of the vanilla/shortbread thing going on. I did like the potato chip as it had some texture/chocolate but it was again, too thick for me to enjoy the whole thing (I had a few bites) I'm not dying to go back and definitely don't think I'll join the Crumbl cult but I do respect their packaging (reminds me of Sidecar) and their constant rotating cookie flavors. read more

The cookies were warm, soft, and flavorful. I love the cream frosting that they put on top of the carrot cookie. It added a pleasant mouthfeel to each bite and went wonderful with the carrot base. To me, this is of the best flavors!! *Broke college-student alert* Their prices for these cookies can be a bit higher than normal. However, I think it is reasonable that you receive the good product that is equal to its face value. Plus, the cookies are made fresh to order and they are huge. These are some OK cookies! I was so in love with The Cookie Plug, that I can't help but compare to them. Not as many flavors to choose from (only 6), and flavors change weekly. I had been looking at the menu for weeks and it never appealed to me, until this week. Cookies aren't as big - Price is higher - Not as tasty. We ordered 2 Buttermilk Pancakes, 1 Hot Chocolate, 1 Chocolate Chip, 1 Snickerdoodle, and 1 Red Velvet White Chip. I was most excited for the Pancake cookie, and it was good! But I felt like it wasn't cooked long enough? I did like the "crunchy" marshmallows on the Hot Chocolate, they had the texture of the marshmallows in Lucky Charms. Other than that, I wasn't a huge fan and my husband agreed that The Cookie Plug is better. We got 7 from them for $27 and they lasted us over a week. I spent $35 last night on 6 cookies that will be gone in a couple of days. It's nice that they have an app you can order from, but I don't see myself ordering again. read more

The customer service could have been a little better as I felt a bit rushed and did not get a greeting as exciting as the ambience I felt when walking in. Now about the cookies. I ordered a 4 pack for about $15. Still can't believe I paid that much for cookies that were just okay. Not anything special. They looked delicious but just tasted ok. Bummed as the reviews are all true. Cookies are beautiful, staff was super kind. Flies flying everywhere, all over the place--yuck! If I was an employee there first thing I would do is get a swatter and kill them all. Is that so difficult? We tried 5. Chocolate chip cookie- chocolate was good, rest was like eating raw playdough. Seriously. The two dark chocolate were like soft cake. They taste the same with sweet icing. (One had marshmallow). The cinnamon looks raw and unappetizing. It's for my 4 year old and honestly, will have to update that review as it doesn't look good eek. And that's it. I am not big on instagram as who has time for real hobbies or child raising nowadays, but unfortunately this place is all Braun and no brains. I am so sorry to write that. I make a mean chocolate chip cookie, and have really had the best (Torres, Max Brenner and of course Levain). These just don't cut it. My husband said Costco's taste better. Yikes. Sorry to say. Not even going to try to take away from the deliciousness of these cookies, because there is no denying their amazing taste but this store is an absolute mess! Unattended MESS on the counters, floors, workspace, literally everywhere! Cookie dough sitting out, dirty bowls sitting out (as if they're going to be reused?) Cleaning solution bottles on the same counter as where they're making the cookie dough. It was honestly just messy every where you looked from the minute you walked in the door, as far back as I could see. They also had 2 cookies crossed out on the menu board and they were not even out of them! Even the counter fronts and baseboard areas were filthy and this location has only been open a few weeks. WOW - I've been wanting to try Crumbl for a long time, and when they opened a location in Orange I had to try it. This store is located on the outside of the Orange mall, with plenty of free parking in the lot out front. The smell when you walk in is exactly what you'd dream of, fresh cookies. It's a small storefront but the service is very fast. A staff member was handing me my cookies before I had even paid. The boxes are adorable. I'm a sucker for cute logos and I think Crumbl nailed it with their branding. I tried two cookies, the chocolate chip and sugar cookies. Both were INCREDIBLE, but if I had to choose, I'd pick the sugar cookie as my favorite. The cookies are also humongous and very high calorie, so it took me a few days to finish them, but they held up really well as the days went on. They also have mini cookie options if you prefer a smaller cookie! I'd highly recommend Crumbl to anyone. It would be a great option to bring to your office instead of donuts/bagels, or it would be a great treat to bring to a dinner party. It's not the kind of thing I'd have every week but I look forward to coming back for special occasions! read more
