I used to be a big crumbl fan but their quality has gone down significantly as well as their portions. Cookies lacked flavor and the other desserts were alright- definitely not worth the hefty price. Each cookie is around 5.99 for a SINGLE COOKIE, and it is the size of a regular cookie they used to be bigger. The Dubai chocolate brownie is a great texture (very crunchy) but the pistachio flavor is barely there (tastes very diluted) and masked by the immense sugar. Included a picture of how small the pumpkin mini cookie is, it's about 3.50$ each. The mini cookie set is 3 desserts with an up charge for anything that isn't a cookie. Our total came out to be almost 13$. The person working was very nice and quick to get everyone- not her fault! read more

While the smaller cookies I didn't feel were worth the price ($2.99 each) for the size, the standard cookies are more decadently topped and large enough to split. The specialty offering last week (Cookies & Cream Cheesecake) was phenomenal! Clean, minimal storefront is perfect for takeout. Staff is always quick and friendly, and pickup orders are ready promptly. Parking is also super easy in this big shopping center. The cookies are good, I've only had them a few times and they were a gift and delivered to my house. We did go into the store one time, and wasn't sure about how to order and the girl was busy and didn't really help. This was also the first time going there and we didn't know how it worked. So we ended up leaving. We also didn't care for the selection they had at the time. Other than that, we did enjoy the cookies that were sent as a gift. read more

I've been to this location twice so far. The first time was exciting because we went in on the second day after their grand opening. There were a couple of people in line before us when we visited the first time, so we used the self-service screen to order along the wall, which saved us time. We liked that. For our second visit, we decided to order online and then pick it up ourselves, but it didn't save us any time by ordering online, especially if you're picking it up for someone who ordered it. My spouse sent me the link as the Crumbl site said to do that if someone else was picking up. I clicked on the link, and it showed the order and confirmation number. Well, that's not enough to pick the order up. They said I needed to press a 'button' or my husband has to press a button/link from his phone. While I was standing there waiting for the cookies, I called my husband about the issue and he said it wouldn't let him press the link because he is sitting at home and was physically located too far from the location. So, I ask them if they can just give my husband a refund, and I'll order the 6 cookies myself in the store for the exact order and pay with my credit card. Well, good thing they gave me the box right after I said that because I watched 3 other groups, who did not order online ahead of time and came after me, got their boxes before me and I was getting pretty frustrated. Other than that frustrating bit, we were happy with how the cookies tasted. Each cookie was roughly 800 calories, so I just cut them into quarters with my knife at home so that we could try a little piece of each different flavor. Well, I love cookies and I was so excited to see a new cookie place. Everything was very clean and the staff was friendly and efficient. I got a peanut butter with a chocolate dollop on top. It's good but I'm sorry to say not five dollars worth. Plus my girlfriend and I were both a little puzzled when we went to pay they turned around the pad and said if you would like to leave a tip. Now both of us we don't mind tipping but usually that's when somebody's really doing something for us. I think part of the overhead is the box which cost more and maybe is not necessary. Went because I had some crumbl cash and this weeks treat of a Krispy treat omg I am so glad I got 2. By far the best treat they have ever realized so far. All but the peach cobbler was decorated perfectly. This time no greeting no smile no eye contact. Once cookies were done being prepped she asked my name and handed me the cookies and walked away. The attention to detail at this location has slowly been going down (that was the demise of the SLO) location and I hope they pay attention to their quality and customer service more don't want to lose this one too. read more

I expected the interior to be brighter and more colorful but it was simple and sleek. There wasn't a huge selection of cookies, 6 or 7 so I was hesitant and I got the Pancake cookie and Lucky Charms cookie. When I tried them.. I couldn't believe how good they were!!! I'm obsessed! This store is so dirty. There was jam all over the counter and the employee put my box right in the middle of it. She walked away before I could ask her to clean up my box. The mixers were covered in dough, there was flour all over the floor and looking into the prep area, you could see how dirty the ingredient bins were. read more

well, I ordered four big cookies two of the cookie and two of the raspberry cookies. She didn't even show me the cookies. She just handed them to me. They were kind of a sloppy mess. She only put three cookies big long box so they switched around and got all and put one of my cookies separate and the frosting fell off of it because it big of a box she didn't have a smaller box so I was a little irritated when you pay that much for these cookies and they just weren't that great they didn't look good.
