Allstar Dental is my favorite dental clinic so far after suffering to find a good one. This one actually exceeded my expectations! The overall environment is so comfortable and the clinic is so clean. A perfect team of great front desk staff, doctor, hygienist, and everyone else. Honestly, I was amazed with how perfect my cleaning experience was. Hygienist Christine did a perfect job on my teeth, leaving them so clean and fresh. She took her time to clean, scrape, polish and floss each tooth individually, which I've never seen at any other clinic in California before. Dr. Hussein came to check an issue I was having and did additional imaging and gave me the time I needed and answered my questions although I was there for cleaning only. It was the first time I ever left a dental clinic that happy. My mouth felt so clean and relaxed and my issue was solved. I came in as a walk in after an appointment at a different dentist nearby on the same day, and they were able to take care of an extraction on the very same day. They made sure to completely numb the area before working on it, and made the whole procedure essentially painless and as comforting as an extraction can be. I've been a patient of Dr Husseins for several years now. I wouldn't want to change dentists again. He is very professional, he cares for his patients. Tell them what he will do while they are in the chair as he is working on their teeth. I enjoy that it helps me not to be as nervous. He also recommends on what to do when patients have bleeding gums or plaque on their teeth like brush every day or get a soft toothbrush. I hate going to the dentist and I hate going alone but it's a pandemic so time to grow up. Dr. Hussain and his team are so incredible. I had to get my fillings re done from when I was around 9-14 years old since it's literally been over a decade and he made the process so smooth. Darlene was very helpful explaining the process, appointments, reminders, and payment. I don't have health insurance and that didn't change the way they treat me at all. They're not here to scam you or make stuff up. They only take care of something if it actually needs to be taken care of. Like the visiting hygienist was whatever and recommended a deep cleaning and Dr. Hussain told me if I keep up my own hygiene and come back every 6 months there's no need to pay $400-600 for something I don't need. Michelle the nurse who helped Dr. Hussain is also super kind, clean, gave me a blanket because I was cold, and helped the whole appointment go well. Let me start this review off by saying that this is THE BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE I have ever had. I am always scared about going to the dentist but the staff was VERY FRIENDLY and they put me at ease as I am typically very scared of dentists. Dr. Thayer was assigned to me and he was very sweet and honest about the work that had to be done on my teeth! Of course, I have been eating a lot of sweets and had a couple of cavities that needed to be filled in so Dr. Thayer was able to fill them in for me that same day. Their office is AWESOME, I've been to many different offices and this one caught my attention and I am glad it did. The staff were very friendly and the office was very clean. When I came in I didn't have any dental insurance but they were able to offer me a great payment plan. Since I was a new patient the X-rays were free. It was overall just a great experience. Dr. Hussein is very smart, attentive, listens to all of your needs and best of all explains EVERY little thing in detail about the treatment/procedure he's about to perform. You leave his office with full knowledge on what exact services were completed and why they were needed. I recommended to visit Allstar Dental for a 2nd opinion on some work I needed to get done for my teeth and I am so glad I made the decision by working with Dr. Hussein. I never usually let any men do work on my teeth, since my teeth are sensitive and I do not have high pain tolerance, but with Dr. Hussein, I felt like I was completely safe. Let me start off by saying that this man knows what he's doing, like he explained all the weird dentist terminology in an easy manner that anybody could understand. He also made sure I understood why I had to have such work done on my teeth, and how I could prevent it from happening again in the future. He was not biased, and he didn't not recommend something that didn't work. Dr Hussein was very easy to be with, and his hands were smooth and slick. I did not feel any pain and thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Allstar Dental. I felt like after my treatment was finished, I gained a friend more than a dentist. Dr Hussein truly cared about my well being and was not interested in taking advantage of my situation. Although, he could've easily done so, compared to other dentists who are only fishing for money, Dr Hussein was absolutely amazing. As for the clinic itself, it is a classier dentistry with nice and clean interior. The decor is very welcoming and the staff is always smiling and willing to go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. All of the equipment used by the nurses and Dr Hussein were clean and sanitized, and before using any tool inside my mouth, Dr Hussein took the extra time to explain what each piece does. As for the location, it is in a central location with plenty of parking outside the office. Dr Hussein assures his customers to not wait for a long time like some other dentists might do. I was scheduled for an appointment at 1 pm on a Thursday, which was set to be the busiest time for Allstar Dental, yet I was admitted to my room at 12:55. Very prompt and professional services offered by the personnel at Allstar Dental. This dental place is great. The staffs are friendly. The main dentist Thayer Hussein made the whole dentist experience very comfortable.
