We ordered dinner tonight at the drive thru. Got home and over $25 worth of food missing (my parents treated, usually I check before leaving). Three adult meals, grilled chicken sandwich, double bacon cheeseburger and chicken nuggets missing. The worst part is that we've called at least 40 times in the last hour"ish" only to get a busy signal. There's no way you are slammed at 7PM and I want my parents money refunded. read more

Night time crew tonight 6/12/24 Was incredibly rude!! Snarky and laughing at the fact we asked for well done food. The gurl at the window told us, for future reference we close at 10pm. Went to Culver's on 5/2/2024 @4:11 pm On Val Vista just south of the 202 freeway. Went through the drive thru and ordered my food. Once I got home, I noticed my frys were missing. I called them right away asked for manager (I don't remember his name) talked to him told him about my missing frys he Apologized and said he would send me a coupon to get a free 3 piece fish combo. He asked for my address and said I would get this in 3-5 days. Here it is three weeks later and I haven't received anything. Very sad this manger could not keep his word!! read more

Stopped by here at about 3:00 yesterday afternoon, Wednesday. I ordered a Bacon Deluxe Single w/ fry and drink ($9.59). There was no one in line and the seating area was pretty empty. When I walked up to the counter, one employee was leaning over the counter, elbows on the counter, showing off his butt. A young man, a new employee, asked me what I would like. He was pleasant and did upsell. I ordered and he gave me a sticker ticket and I put it on my shirt. It took just a few minutes to get my food. Both the burger and fries were not hot. Obviously not cooked to order, especially the fries. They were warm but obviously had been sitting around for a while. The burger meat was lukewarm. So, not very impressed, especially since there was no one else in the restaurant. Now, the new employee, when he grabbed someone else's fries, used tongs. When the person (I think the trainer) grabbed my fries he used his hand, reaching for the top of the bag which means he touched the fries. Not really healthy. I did ask the new employee why he used tongs and the other employee didn't. He said he was new. Also, there were four employees standing around doing nothing. Yet the floor where they were standing had six or seven scraps of food on the floor, most likely leftover from the lunch rush. I looked in one of the windows and there was trash on the ground around the shake machine. I saw trash elsewhere on the floor. If it looks dirty in the front, what does it look like in the back? The bathroom floor wasn't very clean either. As I walked out, I purposely walked by three employees, nobody said goodbye and nobody mentioned the sticker on my shirt to maybe take it off. They just gabbed away. So, as 2 Stars says, "It could be better". Thank you for your time. read more

Hadn't been to Culvers, but stopped in because it was across the street from the hospital we were visiting. It was awesome! We're big hamburger fans, and Culver's became our instant favorite. The burgers were fresh and tasty, with great squishy buns. Our former go-to was Five Guys, but Culver's edges them out because the burgers aren't as greasy and heavy. Culver's is almost like a cross between Five Guys and In-And-Out. Best of both worlds. The krinkle-cut fries are also awesome, and their expansive selection of yummy custard dessert treats is the cherry on top. Since our initial visit, we've gone back numerous times (and tried other locations), and every time it's been great. Gotta say - the staff at this particular Gilbert location is the best, on the ball and very customer-service oriented. Culver's is definitely our new favorite! read more

Culver's in Gilbert has really good food. It's immaculate and very comfortable. There's plenty of parking and a busy drive through if you want to take out food instead. We were looking for something quick to eat along our drive. I saw a Jack in the Box and a Wendy's and was trying to decide which would be quicker when my friend noticed and suggested Culver's. I had no idea exactly what Culver's was - but I was certainly game to try something new. Boy oh boy has my "eating out" life changed now! The menu has such a better variety than most fast food joints. The vibe is kind of old fashioned in a quaint way, definitely not in an outdated way. There are burgers and ice cream and heavens to Betsy, there is FISH! I ordered the North Atlantic Cod by itself - not on a sandwich. I could not get OVER how flaky and light, hot and tasty that fish was. Even the tartar sauce was perfect! I was over the moon to discover there is a Culver's near my house too. Lucky me!! The girl standing outside in 119degrees was so sweet and had great CS skills - however when I drove up to tue drive thru window to pay that worker was absolutely rude - she didn't acknowledge me for three minutes and when she did she grabbed my CC and turned around shut the drive thru window and was chatting for another minute. Then ram my card opened her window " pull around w no eye contact) handed my card back and shit the window and turned her back again on me. Wow! I haven't been to a Culvers in years. I got a cheeseburger and it was everything it should have been. Hot, juicy, but not drippy, savory, cheesy and just the right thing to hit the spot. The fries were hot and fresh, crisp on the outside and like mashed potatoes in the middle. I went through the drive-thru and the employees were friendly and my order was made reasonably quickly. Just moved out here and this place was amazing the buyers have so much flavor and the shakes and special of the day was to die for. I will get a double next time since the burger wasn't to big but yes I love my mushroom Swiss burger can't wait to try the rest. read more

When my husband and I go through Culver's it's usually for their frozen custard. I always order chocolate frozen custard in a waffle cone. Today I decided to switch it up a bit by ordering mint chocolate chip frozen custard in a waffle cone. I have been looking for the ultimate vanilla milk shake. Culver's was recommended. Well it was cold and white, that's about it. It was mostly milk with no vanilla flavor. I ordered in the drive thru and got 2 concretes and a lemon ice. They gave all the other cars their orders but after about 15 minutes I went inside to ask about my order. They ignored me for around 5 minutes until they asked what I wanted so I told them I never got my order they asked for the order number then checked to see what happened and 2 seconds they came back and dropped the drink carrier and said "There" and walked away. The ice creams and lemon ices were almost completely melted and nothing was done about it, so it basically was a waste of money not only of food but gas. The staff's attitude didn't help either. Also they didn't get the order right, it was supposed to have raspberries and they made it with strawberries. read more
