First time at Culver's was two weeks ago, management was terrible and you can obviously see that they treat their workers terrible. I visited again last night with an open mind. My deluxe double was dry and had no flavor. My tomato's were soggy, my fries had been sitting on the counter for longer then 10 minutes and when I received them they were disgusting. Workers were terribly rude and I noticed there was only teenagers working in the front ? I also could hear them asking for the managers and they couldn't find any. What kind of business is this. Generally, I like Culver's as a fast food option. However, today there was an extremely long wait (15 minutes or so). Then when we got the food home, I was missing my cole slaw and tartar sauce, and my fries were cold. Definitely disappointing. read more

First, the waiting staff was excellent and this by no means is an indictment on the staff but rather the pricing and the proposal the food is given. Fast service, especially when doing curbside pickup. I had never tried this chain before, and decided to grab some food after a trip to Sams. The cheeseburger was great - thin and crispy patty, fresh toppings, loved the bun. I also loved the cheese curds and fries - both came out steaming hot. I got a custard to save for later - so so good! I couldn't stop eating it and finished the thing in no time. I was pleasantly surprised by Culver's. We had burgers, fries, cheese curds, and an assortment of their ice cream. All were really good especially the cheese curds. They were crunchy on the outside with soft cheese inside. Only down side is that they didn't bring the marinara sauce that should have come with it. read more

This is a classic, top-notch *family owned* burger joint with great burgers (and much more), crispy fries, tasty root beer and amaaaazing desserts. Polite youngsters bring your food to your table after ordering. They use real cheddar on the cheeseburgers. It's clean (both the eating area and the ladies room) and is a step up in decor from all other fast food chains with carpet, textured walls, snazzy lighting and an arty ceiling. They have the seating and tables separated by walls and cubby holes so that it's not one loud cave full of clatter. Really like it here but I was highly disappointed with customer service today in the drive through. Handled by employee Nallalele who is not very pleasant or professional. Ordered a kids meal and a sundae. She forgot to pack my son's chocolate milk in his kids meal which my son was bummed about once we got home and it was too late to turn around. Not to mention, she overcharged me on my sundae and when I questioned her on the price she informed me that prices had recently changed yet the board had not been updated. Whether or not this is true, I explained this is false advertising in seeing a price on the board and paying higher than this when at check out. Nallalele followed up saying, "I don't know what to say about it" (acting curt and immature). Our party of seven just had a delicious lunch at culvers! Beautiful new restaurant, clean, friendly, great service and the food was so good. We had the butter burgers, grilled chicken (my favorite was the sourdough melt) with the crispy onion rings, sweet potatoe fries, cheese curds- yum! The owner, Jason Stentz, came over and greeted us. Went through the drive thru. Great service when ordering and then better when paying at the window. They asked if I would like extra salt and napkins with my order. It was my first time here so I didn't expect to pull up in their waiting zone spots but it only took about three minutes before they came out with my order. I wish I would have taken a picture I will try to next time but the food was organized in the bag not just thrown in like many other places seem to do. The food was hot and great. Better steak burger than other big name places. I got the regular double cheeseburger. I would say its about a dollar or two more than other fast food joints but worth it. Next time I am ordering the curds in place of the fries. I will be going back often. read more

Great food but this is the 3rd time I've ordered a couple sides of marinara and didn't get any. They charge extra for them so definitely super annoying. Update: went again today. Ordered 2 marinara sauces and only got one. Is it a big deal? No, but is it seriously that hard to just get an order correct? To the GM of the Longmont store: My daughter and I went to your store this past Sunday afternoon. My daughter went in and ordered 2 concrete mixers. She ordered 1 with hot fudge and reese's peanut butter cups and the other with peanut butter and cookie dough. Her mixer was supposed to be the one with hot fudge and reese's. However, they both came with cookie dough in them, but we did not realize it until we had started eating them. The problem with this is my daughter has celiac disease. The sickness does not kick in immediately as it takes a couple of days. She is miserable today. I am hoping that in writing this you will emphasize the importance to your employees of paying attention when patrons let you know about food allergies and celiac is not just an allergy. I think mayonnaise on burgers is about the most disgusting thing in the world. So, during my first visit to this new Culver's in the Village at the Peaks shopping center a few weeks ago, I specified ketchup and mustard only, and absolutely noooooo mayo. I should have known better than to take a first bite without checking. There it was: white, warm, melty, awful mayo. It was enough to make me never go back. Until today when I had a momentary lapse of reason. No mayo on this visit, but the burgers have a weird, chewy texture. The fries are the crinkle kind I don't particularly like, and there's just senior center kind of vibe in there. The Smashburger across the street is a better bet.
