I stopped by early in the morning, but initially, there was no one at the counter to attend to customers. After waiting a few minutes, I called out, and a young woman--quite fair-skinned but completely expressionless--finally appeared. She offered neither a smile nor a greeting; after processing the payment, she quickly retreated inside, only to re-emerge moments later to abruptly toss the box of buns onto the counter before vanishing back inside just as quickly--without even offering a word of thanks! Just next door, places like Hiển Khánh Sweet Soup and Yummy Buns are bustling with customers. Whether or not a customer decides to return to a shop isn't solely dependent on the quality or affordability of the food--in this case, the buns--but also, and perhaps even more so, on the attitude of the staff serving them.

Went here just cuz it was in the same plaza and I needed to get something quick and simple before my appt. I loved the fact that they have party trays, definitely going to take note of that cuz i'm always wanting spring rolls. This was simple and very good.

I always stop by here to get their papaya salad. The do a good job with this salad. It usually comes with beef jerky and grilled burnt pork liver. I did not want any beef jerky, just the burnt grilled liver. Very good. But they need to give more of the vinaigrette dressing. It's always short and I had to make some more at home. They only give about a half of the little container. Other than that, everything is good. Order usually comes out quick.

I love Nem Cuốn. Glad I found this place inside the T & K Food Market Plaza. It's a small place, specialize in Nem Cuốn (Pork Sausage Rolls) and other Cuốn (Rolls), such as Shrimp Rolls, Spring Rolls, Summer Rolls, etc. It's mainly a to-go establishment. You can order individual items but they also have Party Tray orders for when you have a party or large gathering. When I eat Nem Cuốn (Pork Sausage Rolls), I don't like eating them with the peanut dipping sause that it comes with at most to-go Vietnamese fast food places. I only like eating them with that special orange-colored sauce that you find at certain restaurants such as Brodard. So I'm very happy that this place have this special sauce. So when you don't want to go to a sit down restaurant but want a quick bite of Nem Cuốn, this is the place to go. Ordering was easy, they have a nice little area for you to sit, while you wait for your orders. I would definitely be back in the future.

Tiny miniature banh bao $2.25 + tax.

My goodness, this mini banh bao is $2.25 plus tax. You're in an area with massive competitions - in happened to want to give your products a try, but now I get why there are hardly any customers here. The size of this is not acceptable. And tastes just like the average banh bao.

I was getting my hair done at a Milan salon and got a bit peckish, so I stopped by Cuốn in Westminster. It was my first time there and the loveliest lady helped take my order. I got the nem cuốn and the cay (spicy) fries -- the fries were fresh and tasty, and the nem cuốn was pretty decent. They were so sweet they even added a steamed bao for me to try, which was also really good All in all, I'd definitely come back and reorder the fries and nem cuốn. Next time though, I think I need to try the basil chicken wings

Decent place for spring rolls on the go. Nem Cuon / Grilled Pork Spring Rolls (3.5/5) - Prepared the same way as Brodard - crispy wonton wrapper, grilled pork, and veggies. It's accompanied by the famous orange sauce, but the flavor is slightly lacking. The sauce is missing depth and is on the sweeter side. This is a good & cheaper substitute for the Brodard spring rolls. Bo Bia / Summer Spring Rolls (4/5) - Egg, Chinese sausage, jicama, carrots, dried shrimp, and Thai basil. Paired with a a savory & sweet peanut / hoisin sauce. Surprisingly I enjoyed this more than the grilled pork spring rolls. The roll is light and fresh - perfect for lunch without feeling heavy afterwards. Service is so-so. Ambiance is a to-go spot. Pro tip: Pay cash for an additional discount. Pro tip 2: Call & order ahead for quicker pickup. Pro tip 3: You get a free lemonade iced to with your order. Remind them when you're there (otherwise they may not give it to you).

I've been here 4 times. Foods are okay, not a big WOW but the friendly service keeps me coming back. But this time the young girl makes the experience bad. I have never seen her before but if the owner could see the review, these are several points to improve: store is empty so there's no need to rush, keep the friendly services as it has always been, watch the tone of voice when talking to customers (I come to pay for foods and services not to ask for free foods), store does not accept certain credit cards that's already inconvenient for customers therefore staff does NOT need to reinforce with the heavy voice to make it more difficult for customers. WOW foods definitely keep customers coming back but the staff's attitude can absolutely push customers away. Hope the next visit will be better.

My go-to spot for Vietnamese rolls! I always receive my food fresh and warm, their sauce is delicious. The staff is also so nice, I even got a free drink today!

Good and fresh cuốn nem nướng. Roll after you order so food is hot. Clear and simple menu, discount if you pay cash, variety of sizes and types so you can try them all. Quick service, clean place, no frill solid food to go place. They warned that the rolls are wrapped with plastic upfront. Very convenient for outside party but plastic or not, our generation will all die of cancer one way or another. Sad but true, haven't found a better alternative yet.

Mehhh, not great or bad. The nem could have more flavor, the rolls are on the smaller size however there's equal parts of veggie to crunch roll to nem. The sauce could have a lot more improvements for an elevated flavor. The quality of this is like picking something off the checkout line at Banh Mi Che Cali.

I decided to give this place a try because I was getting drinks at Ma Juicy a few doors down and eh, I won't be coming back. It was $10 (with the 5% cash discount) for 4 nem nuong rolls, which isn't bad. The rolls themselves were a good size and tasted okay but the sauce was suuuper thick and had a kinda shrimpy taste to it. Definitely didn't compare to Brodard's. The main reason for the low rating is that I found a hair in one of my rolls as I was about to take a bite. I dug through the rice paper to make sure it really was a hair and yup, it was long and really woven into the roll. Ruined my appetite.

First time trying Cuon Nem on 3/22/25. We went to our regular place but they were out of Nem Cuon so I quickly did a Yelp search and found Cuon Nem which is down the street from where we were. I love Nem cuon and would drive out to Westminster just to fix the crave! Glad to have found Cuon nem. The young lady at the counter provided friendly service. This is a to go style of restaurant. They have a couple of small tables inside but very casual dining. They have different packs of cuon, I ordered the 3 in a pack. There is a little discount for cash so make sure to bring cash. We waited about 10-15 minutes for our order but it was fresh. I loved the crispy wonton in it and fresh veggies. I didn't try the sauce but my hubby did and he said it was ok. I like the more darker brown sauce that my friend used to make. I really like that this place specializes in nem cuon and now when my regular store runs out, I know where to go get some to satisfy my crave. I love that they were freshly made. Located in a plaza, parking available. They also offer catering.

Have been to this restaurant many times, and food is always consistent! Came visit to the restaurant last week, and ordered my favorite Grilled Escargot with Garlic Butter and Peppercorn, Grilled Scallops with Cheese, and my all-time favorite Chilean Sea Bass hot pot! The grilled escargots are a must-have when visiting this place! These are perfectly grilled with rich garlic butter for sweetness, and with a slight kick of spiciness from the peppercorn. Don't forget to also dip the escargot meat with black pepper and a few squeeze of fresh lime juice! If you like melted cheese, then the grilled scallops with cheese would be the perfect match. Each scallop is covered melted cheese and comes sizzling on a hot plate when ordered! Last but certainly not least, my favorite dish of this restaurant is the Chilean Sea Bass hot pot. The order comes with your own tabletop gas stove, along with a hot pot filled with a tom yum like sour soup base. For ingredients, it also includes a plate with slices of pineapple, quarter cut fresh tomato slices, fresh bean sprouts, rice noodles, and a full plate of large pieces of Chilean Sea Bass. Just put all the ingredients in the hot pot and let it cook for 5-10mins on high, I promise you it is one of the best soups you will ever have! Service is good as always. This place always seems to be busy, so you may have to be on the waitlist during certain business hours (eg holidays, prime dinner time, etc). Parking wise, the restaurant is located in a busy plaza, and so you may have to drive around a few times before finding an open spot. However as I said earlier, it's worth the wait. Highly recommended.

This Vietnamese fusion seafood restaurant specializes in fresh seafood and hot pots. We started with the razor clams, which were the standout of the meal. They were incredibly flavorful and paired with a delicious sauce that had us wanting every last bite. The spicy scallops were another solid choice with just the right amount of heat. The escargot was a little chewy, but the savory sauce made up for it. For our main dishes, we ordered the Tom Yum seafood hot pot, which was just okay. We also had the deep-fried tilapia, which was cooked perfectly--crispy on the outside. It's hard to go wrong with anything deep-fried here. Overall, the razor clams and deep-fried tilapia were the highlights of our meal. If you're willing to wait for a table, this is a good spot for fresh seafood with a few standout dishe
