Huge improvement. Tonight was the old cup pop I love. Fresh veggies, tasty fresh beef, excellent staff putting it all together. Really tasty! I sadly have to update my review after a very disappointing visit. After parking my truck I watched a male employee emptying garbage into the dumpster. He entered the store behind us and I watched him proceed to begin filling drive through orders without washing hands or changing the gloves he was wearing. When it came my time to order I asked him if he was going to wash hands and change gloves after handling the garbage and he got nasty about it and I exchanged insults with him so we left without ordering. We have been long time customers but last night was the worst experience ever! Horrible customer service, employees using the F bomb and flipping each other off right in front of us, and gagging over our food WHILE MAKING IT (you heard that right!!) Outward, extravagant gagging because apparently the sauce came out watery (I asked why he was gagging and that was his answer). When we finally made it home the noodles were too chewy to eat. I went to the Cupbop inside UVU almost every day when I was going to school there, so I was so happy when they opened one up down the street. I always get the sauce at a level 5, not because 6 is too spicy, but they use a different sauce which I'm not a major fan of. It's more bitter. You can't go wrong with the protein, be it chicken, pork, beef, or tofu, they're all good. The tofu is actually surprisingly tasty and cooked perfect. The staff was super nice and when I noticed one order was low on tofu and asked if I could get a little more she piled more on without any argument. And when I asked for extra sauce she made it rain! I liked her style. I love the whole concept of Cupbop. The cup is a well rounded and perfectly portioned meal on its own which makes it perfect on the go or for a quick lunch. There's really no bad I can say about Cupbop. They are a staple in my diet and after writing this review I am dying for a cup of those delicious noodles, rice, veggies, meat and especially that sauce! read more

Check your receipt! I just got charged a double tip from Cupbop Draper. I needed the receipt for a reimbursement and it appears I was charged a "Cupbop Drive Thru" charge of 8.25%, $3 on a $40 order of food. In addition to the tip I gave, the workers got over $10. Pretty shameful, considering I didn't go through the drive thru ... but even if I did, I would have the option of tipping there as well. Would the average 'no receipt' consumer know they just gave an involuntary tip? read more

I called the restaurant to explain what happened, and they remade my order completely in time for the new driver to get it. when cup bop is good, it's great. but this location is SO unpredictable. the food is only good like of the time. the rest of the time it's problems from overcooked noodles, undercooked rice, no cabbage, burnt meat, way too much sauce so it's soup, way too little sauce so it's dry, skimping on portions, etc. it's sad cause the food can be good, but this location just can't get their food to be consistent. i kept giving it second chances but I probably won't be back now. read more

I messaged them on Facebook. Imminently I got a request for my phone number so they could call. I was so happy when they offered to mail me some free cup coupons to make up for the disappointment. But this is a new business, so I went with it. Just ordered from Grubhub and the order was wrong. This place used to be great but it's going down hill. They usually put two types of sauce on the dish I order and there was only one and it's the mayo based one. So imagine eating noodles and rice with just a mayo "sauce" super thick and doesn't mix in well. Also asked for a side of sauce and it was missing. I told the employee which bowl I wanted and while it was being made I had to remind them 3 times what I had ordered. Then at check out, I told them I wanted potstickers. I hate this place!!! Why, you might ask??? Well i will tell you why. My daughter is home from college and told me she wanted to take to this Korean place in Draper. Korean?? Draper??? I have had Korean food maybe 5 times in my life, but, fine, what the hell, I will appease my daughter. We did take out. I didn't know what I ordered, but I ordered several things to try it out. I figured if it was bad, I could always do McDonald's!! :). The first thing that alarmed me was just how nice they were. Like, genuinely nice. That's odd in today's day and age. As we were driving home, I noticed an odd aroma. One that felt like a spicy slice of happiness. I get home and start eating. Oh my good god!!! That food is incredible!! Like give up pleasures of life to have this daily mixture of spice and savory and happiness!! I enjoyed every stinking bite of my 7.5 spice level of goodness. I even "helped" my daughter with hers!!! I am in love. So why do I hate this place??? Because now, I will be making the 25 minute drive numerous times a week to partake of the holy grail of good!!! The music is SO LOUD I had to repeat my order twice, the lady couldn't hear me. For the cupbop I got the Ugly Pop Bop with sweet chili level 3. Ya get a big bowl of pretty much noodles with a few small chunks of chicken, a tiny bit of rice, and a pinch of lettuce. The flavor was ok, level 3 is not spicy as all, maybe the sweetness just overrode the spiciness; I had to add some siracha to spice it up. This is a great place for a quick and filling lunch or dinner of something a little different. The price is right, the portions are big and the menu is nice and simple. I understand some locations have one or two different items, for example this location had the Ugly Cup Bop which is fried and I don't always see that at other locations. I always order the KKo KKo that is chicken and ask for less rice, cabbage and lots of those sweet potato noodles. I'm a level 4 or 5 spice girl and I like to experiment with chop sticks though it gets a bit messy. This is a great take out item for a picnic and or at home with Netflix. read more
