Come prepared to wait regardless if you know what item you want. The first time I came in they needed to check their system time and time again and I got restless just waiting. The second time I came in I knew exactly what mattress I wanted but this time I checked what time I stepped into the store. I stepped into the store at 6pm knowing exactly what mattress I wanted and they needed to verify with 3 stores because their system claimed to have them at these exact stores and no body could locate the mattress. The disconnect I noticed was the sales rep to inventory. The system shows a certain number of mattress but they aren't sure if it's actually in the warehouse. I left the store with NO mattress. They're transferring a mattress from LA to OC by Friday. Today is Monday.... I'll update if they fulfill what the company it self has claimed. Changed my review to 3 stars. I got my bed Friday. No they won't beat any price! That is absolutely false! We went in to the Anaheim location to buy a 80 inch TV brought in a competitors price and they said they couldn't find the price online through the competitors website. They then said that if it was an in store special price that we would need to go back to the store and take a picture of it, so we did. When we returned with the picture of the pricing they then went round and round with us saying they couldn't do it now because they need a special code and none of the managers were able to approve it. So they talked us into getting a 65 inch TV instead. Then when I told them my sister referred me they wouldn't honor the refer a friend special because I had applied for credit online instead of doing it in store. Our sales person Juan in electronics was really nice and tried to help us as best he could but other than that this place sucks! Complete false advertising and I wouldn't waste my time if I were you. I was there with my wife on Monday or Tuesday this week to buy my mother in law a Samsung TV employee Luis was great , knows a lot of knowledge regarding Samsung TVs, but unfortunately we were promised a 75 inch QLED but they call us stating a new person used that TV for display model and they currently have no more , so they told us we can get 75 Inch Samsung Crystal Tv and was going to be deliver today. Well turns out the "delivery guys" stated they where outside the house and no one is answering, when we never got a phone call and how will they be knocking at the door when it is a gated community and I have been waiting for them this Tv is a gift, not for me. my experience with Curaco customer hasn't been good at all. I paid for extended warranty for my furniture which I bought a living room set. I have notice the quality of the material isn't that great and the stitching has been coming out. I contacted Curacao the begging of August and opened a claim. They said I needed to have the paperwork from the last repair they made when the wood legs were coming off when moving the sofa. I asked if they would have all that paperwork and they said no I would have to look for it or request it and email to them. I disconnected the call from service and repair and called again to speak with customer service both times I have to wait on hold anywhere between 30 45 mins on hold to be transferred to an associate who speaks English. Once I was transferred to the appropriate department they said they wouldn't be able email me the requested documents service and repair is requesting before they are able to create a claim and they will be contacting them directly. I was unable to have the documents emailed to me and now I don't know what to do and I'm scaredy warranty is going to end before they reach back out to me. It's been 3 weeks now and would like someone to contact me as soon as possible. Thank you read more

Worst customer service.... make that non- existent customer service. I gave this 3 separate shots. I came in to buy what I believe are big tickets items. My 1st attempt: I went in to buy an Apple IMac computer, I was beyond the research phase and ready to walk out with my purchase. I was there 45 min asking for assistance, only to be brushed off and ignored. So I made my purchase that same day at the Fountain Valley Curacao, way more helpful staff. 2nd Attempt: went in to purchase a mattress set, chose this store again since it was close to home 5 min away, easier to drive the mattress home. Again we were in there almost 1 hr, we requested help from multiple employees but apparently that was no ones department and they would move steps away to man their non-customered departments. So again we headed over to the Fountain Valley Store, who again were AWESOME. Yesterday I decided one last attempt, I was shopping for a baby stroller, I was trying to decide between 2 strollers priced at $400+, these strollers were on a higher shelf and needed assistance to bring them down for decision and purchase. Again I was completely ignored by staff just walking past pretending to not hear. I will not be back to this store, I now understand why Fountain Valley's location always has a much more full parking lot. read more

Where do I start... lol. My mom has been a customer for a really long time. When I was going to graduate she wanted to get me a mac book. Given that she didn't have much money this store was a great option for her. It was a 2017 Mac book pro. My mother spend almost 3grand on that thing. Cool, we got insurance with it since it was such an expensive device, and it worked perfectly. Up until last year. It did not want to turn on. It showed a blue screen, but nothing from there. When this happened, I was actually employed at Curacao. So I knew their ways. I contacted the insurance, no help. Their reason: "we only deal with hardware, not software", I begged and begged since it was my only device for school. Nope lol, no luck. All they did was fix my buttons because they were f***ed up and stayed pressed down, so weird. But anyways, back to the good part. Since I could get them to help I seemed help from the actual Apple Store, thank god I did. I went and they told me, that my battery was a THIRD PARTY battery. And that the placement of the mousepad was off. The fan wasn't working and so on lol. I was pissed. My mom did not spend nearly 3grand for a knock off. Thank god they got it to fix. After a few months, boom same thing, so I went to the Apple Store again. They told me that it was completely jammed and to fix it, it would start from 475. And the best part, there was a chance that it wouldn't be approved to be fixed, because they don't know what the battery was capable of. It could explode for all they knew. Terrible store. Anyways, remember how I mentioned I worked at this store? Yeah lol they're a scam. They want people to buy with credit because that's how they f*** them over. They charge hella interest. I really do not care for Curacao but due to amazing service at the return counter I will give them a well deserved 5 star review! I bought a lap top at the Chino location and when I wanted to return it, they said I can't?!! I paid witha debit card so I should have gotten cash back or the money back on my card, but they wouldn't even issue me store credit and I had the receipt! So I drove here, no issue at all, got cash right away and was treated well unlike the Chino location. I looked around and the prices are high, not really worth buying anything, but it is geared towards people who have bad or no credit, so they bump the prices. Never been here before, but often wondered what's inside when visiting Lowes next door. Well, it's a mish-mash of just about everything. It's a computer store, a TV store, an appliance store, a furniture store, a toy store, a cosmetics store, a handbag store, a baby store. About the only thing it isn't is a grocery store. Wait - I didn't see any shoes, but maybe in the baby section? I didn't check because I don't have a baby. Anyway, I found the store a little confusing because of the variety of merchandise. It felt a little messy. Not Big Lots messy, but not Best Buy clean. The employees we ran into were super nice and helpful. They had a section in the back of imports. Kind of fun to look at tiny stoves and TV Brands I've never heard of. All in all, I actually might stop by there when I'm Christmas shopping. I purchased a laptop, printer and software bundle on 8/1. My customer service associate was Iris. She was professional and very friendly. Sadly, one of components of my purchased package was incomplete. The anti-virus program wasn't allowing the directions to be printed. As anyone can imagine, this is a key component. Its absence makes the entire purchase of no value. I waited for well over an hour for this issue to be corrected. I was told that it was a problem with Curacao's programming. I was also told that I would be receiving an email that would provide directions to download the program. I never rec'd the email. I did, however, visit the Anaheim store in person. There I was told that I was the first person to have this issue and that it was now occurring all throughout Curacao. I was hoping for a resolution to my issue. Being a plank owner of a larger problem brings me no solace. It's my hope that Curacao can arrive at a proper and or creative resolution by 1700, Monday 8/5. read more

I bought a camera here through credit and they helped me out by giving me "more credit" when i checked my credit online it went down DRASTICALLY i came back to speak to the credit lady and she was trying to make sense of the situation. so i gave it time.. its been about 4 months and my credit still goes down because i am "above my limit" but funny thing is i have been paying my bill on time and even double and they still don't record this.. My first (and last) time shopping at this store. I visited them after receiving a letter of credit approval from Acima Credit. After visiting the finance department (and by the way, there was no social distancing in place at all...employees had customers far too close to each other), they could find no record of my approval. Spoke to a manager (Frank) who informed me that Acima is where they send people who have been denied credit by Curacao. I showed him my approval email from Acima but he didn't care. I can only surmise that they want you to use their financing first and foremost, which is still shitty. Horrible experience and highly incompetent staff. read more

I had to explain to this lady 5 times if not more that I DID NOT want to pay with my credit card but cash...I even handed her the cash and she still insisted on adding the glasses charge to my credit card. If I could give a negative star I would! I've never been discriminated against as bad as I have here the two times I've been here, but the first time I was just thinking it was the lady and maybe her just having a bad day but now I know it's Curacao! Obviously their culture is one of discrimination. As a trans person, able to verify everything under the sun but because my picture doesn't "look" like me anymore (which who's does look like their drivers license pic from 10 years ago) ..they wouldn't sell to me even though I have a line of credit at their store, have always paid on time and have spent thousands at their store! So some small minded, ignorant, uncultured person at the store thought they'd be funny and not want to sell to me and discriminate against a trans person. It has nothing to do with a picture but the fact that they wanted to discriminate against me because I'm trans, I've never had issues before using the photo identifications that I currently have before at any other store or credit facility once I share with them that I'm trans. I even made sure I went to the store with stubble and hair up to help me look more like my ID because of the issues I've had here before and wanting to ensure I didn't have any issues but even-though I did all that I still have issues. To add insult to injury, I was going there with the only line of credit I have to buy a new fridge because the one I recently bought (used) died. I don't have cash to buy a new one but I have a line of credit with Curacao that I could've purchased one. One big scam! They over charged me for my extended warranty without informing me and are expecting me to pay. I've gone in person and I have called customer service to cancel my warranty when this initially happened. When i go in person they always tell you that a supervisor is not available at the moment and they don't have the power to help me. When i call they put me in hold and hang up or tell me that a supervisor will call me back and they never call me back! This has been going on back and forth for several months and it's affecting my credit. They have been pressuring me to pay by ignoring my cancellation requests for months. I never signed nor agreed to pay a big amount for an extended warranty. This is frustrating, bad customer service, and a scam. read more

Had the worst experience with two employees at this location 1520 N Lemont St., Anaheim. Very disrespectful young girls the one at the door and the cashier by the name MCastro. We went in because we wanted to buy some Christmas presents and the girl at the door said to put my mask right, by the way my mask wasn't even down my nose. Saw many employees with their mask down their noses as well as customer. What bothers me is the hypocrisy and disrespectful employees, they totally ruined my shopping experience.
