Our filter had a short circuit during our last power outage and had Jaime come over and give us a…read morequote to reestablish our TV system. He gave us a quote that was well under another quote and based on that and the comments on Yelp, we went with him. He and his helper (Dustin?) arrived on time (and texted to let us know he was on his way). He cleared out the electronic boxes we didn't need, and hooked up our new TV and a sound bar. They were respectful of the property, were very tidy during the installation, and cleaned up after everything was done He cleaned up the mess we had in our closet where all the other boxes are (cable box, router, DVD player, etc.). It was like a wire nest in there! Everything in there is now neat with wires and cables neatly rolled up and secured to the wall. He installed a surge protector which makes it so easy to reboot the modem/router now. It was so hard to do before. The TV is a big upgrade from our old TV and Jaime took the time to show me how everything works. He tried to set up the Harmony remote we have to be the only remote we would need but it wasn't set up properly when the first installers installed it so it is not as usable as it could be. But Jaime really tried to set it up. Bottom line, Jaime is excellent and I would happily recommend him to Anyone! You won't be sorry! Thank you Jaime and Dustin(?)! Great job!!

The employee told me they were backed up and wouldn't be able to diagnose it this week unless I signed up for their membership, which would move me to the front of the line. I told him I wasn't interested in a membership. He then said it would cost $165 for a diagnosis. I pointed out that their website states diagnostics are free, but he ignored my question and continued trying to sell me their $39/month membership. After I declined again, he explained that the $165 diagnostic fee would be applied toward the repair. I asked what would happen if the repair only cost $50--would I receive the remaining balance back? He said no. He then suggested that if I signed up for the membership and kept it for a minimum of two months, I would receive a discount on the diagnostic fee. At that point, something didn't feel right, so I decided to leave without having them service my console. I then took the same Xbox to the uBreakiFix on Harbor Boulevard. The employee there told me they would inspect the system, call me with an estimate if repairs were needed, and that there would be no charge unless I approved the repair. Based on my experience, I would avoid the Bristol Street location and take your business elsewhere. Go to the Harbor Boulevard location
