This place was very stuffy and had a little stench! I felt like I needed a shower after!

Here is the story: This year for my birthday, I decided to host a Lan party, something that I have never done before. I just thought that it would be a great idea to get some friends together and play each other, just like the old days. And so I call this place called Euphnet, the only cyber Cafe in the bay area I've known about until I found this place. When I had called them to make a reservation, it didn't quite go smoothly as I would have expected. I had to pay them upfront twenty five dollars per person with it being non-refundable if plans changed. But then I call this place and they were super flexible with the reservation, it was only $40 dollars for the whole group! And not only that, the money that you deposit is refunded back to you! It was already a done deal at this point. So when I got there on my birthday, they had set up a cake with wall decorations, wishing me a happy birthday, and not only that, they gave me three FREE hours to game for a birthday special deal! Boy I had never had this kind of customer service anywhere else I went even if it wasn't a gaming Cafe, and for a gaming Cafe, this degree of customer service was beyond expectation. The location of this gaming Cafe is exceptional as well, it is in the corner plaza between El camino and Lawrence expressway, across the street from Lawrence plaza. I later found out that this place has recently opened for about a month so the Cafe is pretty brand new, it's neat and clean when you step inside where you will see a few seats through the glass windows, and there's a more secluded back area with walls diving the sections. They have around 30+ computers with a variety of drinks, snacks, even instant ramen to accommodate your stay. There are many restaurants, shops, and places to explore nearby and it can be a great place to kill time during break for people who work or to use the computer/internet to meet your needs if you're a student or traveling. During my initial stay here I did go through a few minor technical problems with the brand new computers with its sound, connection, and changing language settings. In order to change the language settings to English, just press Alt+tab and boom there ya go for anyone who is wondering. If you have any issues with the computer, feel free to ask one of the staffs and they will swiftly resolve the issue. Perhaps this is still a new venue so that such minor issues could improve over time. Over all this was an absolutely fantastic experience for me and I cannot wait until I could come back to game on with my friends again, I just want to do a special shout out to all the friendly staff members that accommodated my stay, until next time! read more

This place is not very big but extremely clean and well-organized as well as cozy, perfect for any kind of gaming or/and relaxation that comes with such. Owner is a young man with a passion for gaming and gathering while also carrying a tremendous entrepreneurship mindset. Pricing is good and they offer some attractive membership programs for the regulars. First time going to an internet cafe and wow, the vibe was definitely there. Everyone shouting and having a good time in the background and the lights is dimly light which is how I like it. I wasted a lot of time just trying to download a particular game but the good sir behind the table gave me an extra hour from my trouble which I cannot thank enough. They genuinely want you to stay there as long as possible and are looking forward to setting a bday event in the near future. read more

One of my friends introduced me to this place. To start, the equipment all work perfectly. I have no connectivity issues or lag when playing League. However, it's not the equipment that convinces me to continue coming here. The owners of this place are extremely friendly. They try their best to interact with everyone that comes in, and I am pleased by their efforts. They also provide additional drinks and snacks, but they cost $2-3 extra. I think all that is enough to keep this place going. Since it's also one of the few places in the bay that is open past 10pm, whether it's solo gaming or hanging with a group of friends, this place makes a nice escape from life when needed. read more

They get so many things right: it's clean (even the bathroom), good service, good selection of drinks and snacks, has all the mainstream games, it's not damp, not too dark, basically doesn't feel like you're in a video game crackhouse. Perfect place for a typical normal Human, Gamer girls, Pro Gamers, Neckbeards, Nerds, Stoners, Asians, Weebs, and Silicon Valley Employees to all come together and play league while eating Korean honey butter chips. This place is really amazing one of the top cyber cafe we have been to! Me and my friend went there couple nights now we are female gamers and we were hesitated at first when we walked in, there were other females gamers there too the atmosphere is #1 they have all night pass and it's only cyber cafe that is open 24/7 only if you purchase their night pass. We played Valorant had no issue at all they use HyperX keyboards with Razer mouse and LCD is 244hz which is good for fps games. This place is our to go list now. read more

High quality computer and comfy chairs were all I needed. This place certainly has them, and more. Love the lightings and crisp interior, and curved monitor. Considering those, $5 per hr doesn't sound too bad at all. Good old time memories eating cup ramen noodle with soda, playing League of legends with friends. This was a wonderful place to hang out while we were in San Jose area. All the 3 owners were very friendly and they're spending their time in there so they service and quality is always top notch. It's a gaming cafe built by gamers for gamers. You'll see the owners either fiddling with the hardware to improve it or playing games. The hardware is fantastic. The design of the LEDs inside the Pc box is just awesome & quite creative. If you like flavored milk - don't miss out on Korea's favorite strawberry milk - one of the best strawberry milk I've ever had!! And their muffins are to die for - do try them out. read more

Only one visit to my first cyber cafe, and I'm hooked. I wont even bother with the other places. The place looks Gucci. The computers are pretty good. They got most popular games already installed; steam, uplay, battle.net, and those other games. The friendly staff is probably the best part of this place, that and those chairs are. No, but seriously, they do help recommend you to a suitable computer according to your play style, and they are nice people. The snack bar is always full with a little white board for you to post any recommendations. The only thing that got to me was the headsets didn't produce the best sound, but tic for tat. The overall sound quality was good enough. I just miss owning my own computer. read more

Cyber Raccon is the only place I can have fun and play games as long as I want they provide everything you need to eat while playing games such as coffee cold drinks ice cream and chips they also have noodles with different taste and flavors they both brothers are so friendly with everyone they treat everyone like family Mr. ReZa keeps everything clean and sanitized he works really hard at his game store he play pool with anyone that don't have partner he is a pro pool player but sometimes he is too nice to let his first timer customers win the game his brother ( Maisam ) is a genius he is a pro gamer sometimes you just want to sit next to him and watch how smart he play the computer games he also play with his customers to win a game against enemy because he knows all the tricks and and good game winner his customers request to play with them in a group.
