It's been a minute since my last visit to Opulicious, and I was so happy to find them in their new spot inside Da Hale, right next door to their original location. The staff was super friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The food was ono, and the portions were even bigger than I remembered! They packed my plate in a to-go container that was barely hanging on because they loaded it up. I ordered the ahi katsu and swapped one of the two scoops of rice for mac salad. Everything was fresh, crispy, flavorful, and definitely hit the spot. One thing to know... Opulicious runs on a little bit of island time. Don't expect McDonald's drive thru speed. I stopped by Opulicious, the poke takeout window inside Da Hale Bar & Grill, for lunch. Even though it's set up as a pickup window, you can still grab a table inside the restaurant and enjoy your meal there, which is a nice option. I built a poke bowl with the Hawaiian and spicy mayo poke. Unfortunately, they were out of salmon when I visited, so ahi was the only fish available. The fish itself was fresh and flavorful, but the rice had a crunchy texture that took away from the bowl. The highlight of the meal was definitely the mac salad. It was creamy, well-seasoned, and the macaroni seemed to be shredded or cut differently than usual, giving it a unique mouthfeel that I really enjoyed. Overall, Opulicious is a good option if you're craving poke and appreciate having the option to dine inside after ordering at the window. I just hope the rice issue was an off day because good rice is just as important as good fish in a poke bowl. read more

Looking for some ono poke nachos? Opulicious is your place! Opulicious offers a few plate lunches including lau lau and poke options, it's cozy inside with a few tables. Service was friendly and we ordered the poke nachos, wit garlic salmon and Hawaiian ahi. Also a mixed plate with kalua pig and garlic chicken. Really wanted Lau lau but they were sold out. Ahi katsu looked good as well , but ahi is cooked all the way through instead of rare, so we passed. Poke nachos were yummy. Good portion and poke was fresh. Love the wonton chips. Support local biz! This is a hidden small mom and pop shop in a plaza with future Tesla superchargers. They have all the classic poke dishes and chicken and rice plates. The spicy mayo poke I got was delicious! The hubby got a fried garlic chicken plate with beef stew. We wanted to check out Opulicious Poke & Plate Lunch. We arrived around 1:15pm on a Friday . They had a late start so unfortunately they were out of most of their pre-made poke flavors but they could make more if needed, though they had limited amount of salmon poke left. Unfortunately, they didn't have the squid Luau, or lau lau. Sadness But they had other dishes to make up for it. Also, soda fountain machines was broke. Only canned/bottled soda or Hawaiian Sun drinks. Hawaiian house music. Indoor air-conditioned seating only. Two separate men & Women's restrooms. *Combination Plate: mac salad, steamed rice, pastelle stew, garlic chicken. The mac salad is different as they use spaghetti-like pasta. The pastelle stew is seasoned well and hearty. The garlic chicken was deep-fried to a golden brown and had a nice crunch to it. Though, it was a bit over-fried so the chicken was dry. *Salmon Furikake: teriyaki sauce, furikake, & onions (4/5). Flavorful, yet it doesn't overpower the salmon. *Ahi Limu & Ogo: salt, onions, inamona, oil, chili, limu, ogo, Aloha shoyu (4/5). The tuna was fresh and subtle. Reminded me of Hawaii. I showed up about 15 minutes after they opened and was greeted by the employees working behind the counter. I ordered a ahi tuna poke bowl with half rice half greens and a garlic sauce on top. My order was ready within minutes and I was on my way back to work with my bowl in hand. First bite was incredible. The ahi is so fresh and flavorful and the bowl is something else. Yasssss Opulicious Poke! Just landed in Las Vegas and was craving some delicious poke. When I first arrived I was so lost and confused with the location, I thought it was closed or closed down. Poke is located in a big plaza with tons of parking. The restaurant has tons of signage but just make sure to look for the front of restaurant, they are OPEN for business. Waking in I got that fresh fishy smell that I'm not too found of but that also lets me know it's going to be good. They do have tons of indoor seating. The restaurant is not on the strip but not far at all and definitely worth the trip. As I walked in I was immediately welcomed by the guys and felt like a friend and not just a customer. I went to place my order at the counter and was a bit hesitant on what to choose, so they offered me to sample any fish I would like or that I haven't tried before. All the fish were on display so you can see how fresh it is and how they are prepared. I got a bowl with two different protein, they were both fresh and flavorful. The poke bowls felt so authentic like if I was eating one on a island, took me back to my vacation days. I also got a couple of musubi to go for dinner and I'm so glad I did. What you will find in Hawaii are bowls like this: delicious fresh fish on a bed of rice (I did half salad). They have a variety of sauce options and the fish was extremely fresh. Very tasty and a decent price. My partner got the fish trio which was a STEAL! The amount of ahi katsu they gave was incredible. I wish I had a picture to show. Every trip to Vegas I come here multiple times. I love their shoyster ahi poke, but always have a hard time deciding what to get because their garlic chicken is also delicious. This time I got the ahi shoyster poke, lomi salmon, and kalua pork over rice in a bowl and it satisfied my craving. I saw a picture of their salmon katsu & am definitely getting that nexttime.
