Shoutout to manager Josh & his amazing team, great customer service with smiles -- makes our day! Here's our Da Vien tasting notes! Ube Cream coffee is extra strong Vietnamese coffee flavor that's perfect for hubs! Strawberry milk matcha is my jam as I try to reduce my caffeine intake -- though you can always add on an espresso shot or 2! Oh my!! Salted Latte is our absolute favorite!!! We had to get another large one 'coz we didn't want to share. Haha! Sesame latte is a nice change and love the black sesame, perfect for all sesame lovers! Don't sleep on the egg cream coffee! The service was normal and the ambiance inside was pretty spacious and comfortable. I was looking forward to their drinks seeing it all over my Instagram and got their banana matcha latte. The drink was a little too sweet and I couldn't taste too much of the banana in the latte up until maybe the end of the drink. It was good but I'm not sure I'd pay another $7 to get it again. Maybe I'll try giving another drink a chance before I jump to any conclusions. read more

my partner ordered a lychee green tea today and the ice was pretty much filled to the top of the cup, so barely any actual drink in the cup. i don't think we should need to add "less ice", so that the drink comes with a normal amount of ice. Da Vien Coffee locations have been popping up around LA and OC. Excited to see this one open in Cypress. We have tried 2 or 3 locations and they are pretty consistent in quality and service. This space used to be a Carl's Jr, so it's nice that it also has a drive-thru. Came here midday during the week. It wasn't too busy. Upon entering, we were greeted by the staff. It's light, bright, and spacious inside. There is a combination of tables and couches. Not sure if there are plugs, but seems like it would be a good place to work or study. There is a self-ordering kiosk, but I decided to order with a staff member. I ordered a Banana Matcha Latte with Oat Milk, light ice, and half sugar. It came out quickly and tasted as good as the other locations. The banana cold foam adds a nice texture to the drink and it doesn't taste artificial like other drinks with banana. Ice and sugar levels were good. Overall, giving Da Vien Cypress a 5/5. Staff, ambiance, and the Banana Matcha Latte I ordered were all great. Will definitely be back to try other drinks on the menu. read more

Really spacious and clean place at this location. Nice to have the option to order with the screen and see all the pictures. Tried the banana latte and it was so good. I'm usually weary of these being too sweet or the artificial banana flavor throwing it off but this drink had great balance. I did order it less sweet, so that might have helped. As always Da Vien doesn't disappoint. This cypress location was actually much spacier than I imagined, with plenty of indoor seating. I work from home and picked up my mobile order to utilize their app. I've ordered this drink a few times now and even when I order a large and request their "less ice" option this is what I receive. Customer service is really great here... this company is doing something right. I've been to a few of their locations and all the staff has been really friendly. Their drinks are good too. Some are very rich but a lot of people like that. My husband likes their Vietnamese coffee. I like their sesame coffee and their new drink... strawberry oat latte is really really good. I get all my drinks 30-50% sweetness level but the strawberry I think could be 100% level sweetness and it wouldn't be that sweet. I think they'll do well here. read more

I was visiting the area and wanted to get coffee. It's my first time here and seeing how busy the place is in the morning means coffee must be good. Line moved pretty fast and service was great. Was glad they have Egg Cream Coffee as I've always wanted to try it. And it did not disappoint! It was delicious, just enough sweetness but still strong coffee taste. I found it's best to sip it so as to get the taste of the cream with the coffee as opposed to drinking with a straw. It was perfect since I had a long day ahead of me. I love how spacious it is, with plenty of seating and outlets, making it really comfortable to get work done. The drinks are delicious, and their BOGO deals are hard to resist. The coffee here is great, not too sweet or too strong. It's 5.50 for the Marble drip which is Vietnamese coffee. I have tried the banana matcha which is delicious and has a good banana flavor to it. The service is prompt and ordering inside goes quickly. One downside is when my daughters and I went on a Tuesday around 1 pm we had to leave because there was no seating...every single table was taken. We ended up going to the Cypress Library. Just because Da Vien is known for their coffee, doesn't mean you need to get one. This time I ordered a matcha cloud, an ube cloud and a lychee jasmine green tea for my friends and I. I was a frequent flyer at both the Bolsa and GG Blvd locations, but I had to calm it as it was just too good, then you built one in Stanton, and now you've gone and thrown up a location walking distance from my home??!? This place must be a gold mine with the druve thru. Love their vietnamese coffee at 50% sweet and $5. My friend requested their egg coffee for her bday, and 50% sweet was good for her (but I would probs go with 25% because of the egg cream). Minimal drive thru line on a Sat at 8:40ish AM. Peeking inside, it looks pretty and similary spacious (but a little smaller than) the Stanton location. Parking is a little limited, but hard to say how many people dine in. Friendly staff. I went through drive thru and it was easy to order and they had most of my drinks done by the time I got to the window. They're really quick! My drinks came out really good.
