We sat at the bar after the host warned us about the sunrise comes through and hits some of the tables pretty bad. Outdoor seating is somewhat cramped but more alike to resort restaurant. Wait area is super small so even 4-5 people in line will create an obstruction in entering the restaurant. Food is ok. Menu has lots of choices, but I cannot say that I was overly impressed. I had Eggs Benedict with poblano peppers which was about average. Coffee was so so and service was super slow. read more

What a great little locally owned breakfast spot! We were visiting from the Bay Area and this place was personally recommended by a cousin of mine who grew up in Arizona. We were looking for a spot to grab a bite before a game at Scottsdale Stadium (Go Giants!), and this popped up on the list of places within walking distance. We arrived around 9:30am on a Sunday, to a light crowd. We put our names on the list, and received a text within about 5 minutes of stepping outside. Our server, Jordan, was super friendly, patient, and made our experience even better! *DRINKS* Specialty Coffee Drinks ($6.25): ~White Cinnamon Sugar Bean (White Chocolate Sauce + Brown Sugar Cinnamon + Vanilla Bean) ~Bee Keeper (Wild Flower Honey + Almond Roca + Vanilla Bean) These drinks come with a double espresso shot, with the option to add an additional double shot for only $1! You can choose from Whole, Oat, or Almond milk for no additional charge (amazing!), as well as various Ghirardelli sauces and Torani syrups. We were taking a break from adult beverages, however they do have an extensive menu of Specialty Cocktails, Bloody Mary's, and Bubbles. *FOOD* ~Southwest Flannel Hash - (Our shredded corned beef hash cooked with jalapeños, tomatillos, potatoes & red onion, served with two eggs over medium + biscuit & gravy) - $13.75 ~Southwest Wrap - (Pork chorizo, red onion, two scrambled eggs, avocado & mozzarella in a chipotle tortilla, served with pico de gallo, herb potato & fresh fruit) - $13.75 ~Chorizo Patty (2) - $3.75 Everything was VERY tasty! The Wrap, which was basically a breakfast burrito with the potatoes on the side, was BOMB! I specifically liked that the potatoes were on the side, as I like to order them extra crispy, and they tend to be mushy inside the burrito. This also allows for more filling of the delicious eggs, chorizo, and avocado! The potatoes were tasty, and I loved that they included a side of fruit! This was legit one of the best breakfast burritos I've ever had! The Hash was also very flavorful. The eggs were cooked as requested and the meat was tender and delicious. We had never seen chorizo served in the form of a patty, so we had to try it! It was grilled perfectly and juicy in the middle. The biscuit tasted freshly made, and the gravy was popping with flavor! Overall we had an exceptional experience at Daily Dose! The service was great, and the food was amazing! We did notice a large amount of people waiting for tables as we left to walk to the stadium, so expect a wait if you come after 10am on a weekend. Everyone at this place was extremely nice. Good menu of food along with plenty if selection of different coffees and breakfast alcohol drinks. I went with the boring old black coffee. They definitely came around and kept the cup full throughout my time there. For breakfast I had the two eggs with two pancakes and bacon. Eggs were good, just normal eggs. I had the cinnamon roll pancake. Usually not a sweets guy for breakfast, but it was delicious. As for the bacon, It was hard to chew, probably the eh part of my meal. We stopped at Daily Dose the morning we landed in Arizona. It was early, not a lot was open downtown, so we tried it out. Service was fast, we got a nice outdoor table, and the food was good. Portions were just right, not huge like a lot of places, but a perfectly normal serving. I like to try avocado toast whenever I go to a new breakfast place and this one was pretty good, the egg bread was soft and flavorful and the hard boiled eggs and bacon were a welcome addition. The host was very attentive and our server was speedy to come over and offer us something to drink. The table water is a carafe of cucumber water which was so refreshing and a nice touch. We each ordered from the specialty coffee list. Definitely recommend the honey bee or the choc-o-nut. Very sweet coffees so beware but yet, delicious and hit the caffeine craving we both desperately needed. We spilt the Banana Bread French Toast and OMG it's a MUST try.
