Service was impressively quick, and our server kept everything running smoothly while staying upbeat and genuinely friendly the whole time. My lady and I got the three egg shooter breakfast with a pancake and a side of biscuits and gravy (carb loading kinda day) couldn't complain one bit! The food was just as good as the vibe. While staying in Old Town Scottsdale, we stumbled upon Daily Dose on our first morning looking for a place to grab a bite.... ended up going here EVERY morning of our long weekend! Great selection and delicious food!! I think my favorite item I had was the Power Bowl breakfast! Loaded full of spinach, kale, avocado, egg whites, and grilled tempeh! So yummy and filling. Coming in at a close second was the Blue Crab Patty Melt, oh wow! This was on the lunch menu. Drinks were served perfectly! Bloody Marys, muah! Such a winner of a menu and everything seems super fresh. There are at least a half a dozen or more selections of pancakes, waffles, and French toasts, creative and tempting for sure! And on the other hand there are scads of healthy items all in the menu too... and everything in between. Prices are as expected, not too high, not too low. But because of the quality of food and the terrific service, you just can't go wrong. Casual dining both inside and out. Daily Dose is open for breakfast and lunch only, closing at 2:00pm weekdays and 3:00 weekends. Huge shout-out to our waiter, David, he made our whole experience memorable and extremely pleasant. The quickest way to earn 5 stars is to acknowledge and treat my furbaby with respect. Our waiter here went above and beyond by bringing our pups a piece of bacon as a treat. The dogs were so happy with their treat and we were happy that they were being spoiled as they deserved to be, especially at 12 and almost 16 years of age. As for my human breakfast, I chose the egg and potato plate with a cinnamon roll pancake. It was a great variety of food and everything was tasty. I also appreciated that they added a bit of cheese to my eggs without charging me for it as charging for a pinch of cheese would be ridiculous. When I'm in downtown Scottsdale, this is one of my go-to breakfast spots. The food is always solid -- the eggs, potatoes, and especially the sausage patties are really good. The only reason for 4 stars is the service on my last visit. It wasn't bad, just a little inconsistent. A bit more attentiveness and friendliness, especially toward working folks and contractors who stop in for a quick meal, would make the experience even better. Best Breakfast in Town! We come here quite a bit, and I've already written about their amazing lunch (they have my all-time favorite salad!), but I realized I've never reviewed their breakfast. I wish I'd taken a photo before we were almost finished--I'll add one soon! I had an egg white veggie omelet, which comes with two sides and toast, and it was absolutely delicious. I'm not sure if it's the ingredients or how they prepare it, but it's far from your basic breakfast you could make at home. The staff here really makes the experience even better. They've gone through (what feels like) a couple of renovations over the last few years but it really is a nice spot. I think the food is good, the menu is just ginormous. The plates are all massive, I loved my breakfast nachos. Bloody Mary was OK, I had the bacon one. On this particular occasion my friend did not receive the right meal. Scottsdale was as busy as usual. There were restaurants around the area with 90 minute waits. We had been to daily dose before and thought of them again based on our positive experience in the past. Stopped by early around 7:30am on a Saturday and the place is clean and pleasant. They have a very nice bar and ole Ty of seating on the interior. Loved that the omelettes came with a variety of sides, we opted for the brown sugar oats (simple but enjoyable), sourdough toast with jam, and seasoned potatoes! The seasoned potatoes come with a rosemary dipping sauce that was quite strong but I enjoyed with the potatoes and top sirloin omelette. I like this place. We came here on a Saturday morning during busy parents weekend for ASU. We wanted to go to JoJos, but the line was just crazy and we were all hungry. This was a nice alternative. We put our names in and were told the wait would be about 10 minutes-but lucky for us, we got a table just a minute or two later. The vibe is very much like a sports bar, Chili's, Applebees kind of feel, but it is only a lunch/brunch spot. Our server was very friendly and met all our needs, but seemed pretty stressed out because it was quite a busy morning. The menu is pretty large and there are a lot of choices and lots of boozy options too, if that's your thing. I am on wedding watch 2025, so sadly, no booze for me for now. We cleared our plates-if that's any indication of how the food was. It was a good and solid brunch spot. I had the Straight Shooter (eggs, potatoes, choice of meat, toast, and a fruit salad). I ordered my eggs poached, which can be difficult to get right sometimes, but these eggs were just right. I also was able to substitute for gluten free bread. Having that option alway makes me happy. The rest of my dish was all good-crispy bacon, the fruit salad was fresh, the potatoes were tasty--no complaints. The kiddo ordered the chicken and bacon waffle, but asked for the bacon on the side instead of in the waffle, which the server had no problem accommodating. As a lover of fried chicken, the kiddo was pleased with what he ordered, and as mentioned earlier, cleared his plate. My partner ordered the smoky chicken and bacon with French fries and also was happy with what he ordered. I'd definitely come here again and expect that I may be back when visiting Scottsdale in the future. read more

Omg we are so glad we got in to this place for breakfast! Incredible gluten free pancakes- you would never know they were gf. The cinnamon roll pancakes are a must! Today I went back (Monday) if you go on the weekend I recommend going early since it's a popular place! My hubby and I were greeted very warmly and seated right away. Our server came right over to take our drink order. They have a new Matcha Latte on the menu that's KILLER! First they use REAL matcha not the fake stuff from Starbucks that's cut with tons of sugar. The Latte has some maple syrup and an oat milk foam. It's EXCELLENT!!!!! Highly recommend! I also ordered the Mushroom & Avocado Benedict with DD Hash, hello favor town!!!
