If there ever was a monster conglomerate of ice cream and some junk food add-ons, it has to be DQ with over 7,000 locations within 20 countries. This Warren Buffet operation has been giving us ice cream since the 40's and we've been licking our lips ever since. Since we were kids we've been savoring and delecting in such items as the Buster Bar, the Peanut Buster Parfait and more... it just didn't seem right when they started offering burgers! Anyway, overall, this is one fast food joint that has held it own, pretty consistent considering the times, albeit their prices are almost at the ridiculous! But, all things considered, this is your typical Dairy Queen or as now known as DQ fast food and ice cream parlor (I'm dating myself here) with their regular brand menu and unique offerings. As a sporadic junk food-eater I've over the years respectfully tried everything on Dairy Queen's menu (I refuse to call it DQ) at least once, sometimes more - actually, many times more. Overall, I don't think they're as good as they once were - generally speaking but continue to hold their consistency and quality... except prices. So as to make it easy to gauge each of these places, when I do try them, I've devised a scale of 1 to 5 with 1 being outright down and dirty nasty, and 5 being the best a fast-food joint can be! I gauge: 1) cleanliness; 2) quality service; 3) product quality and consistency; 4) convenience; 5) accessibility; 6) taste; and 7) the personnel's attitude and customer service level. I do not review any location without visiting it a minimum of twice. This place scores 3.8 of 5. I will come back and do recommend it! Just be ready for sticker shock. read more

Service here is ridiculous. I placed a mobile order at 10pm, showed up to the establishment at 10:10pm, receipt stated my order would be ready at 10:15pm. I decided to go through the drive thru, once I came up to the window they had me wait in the front, where I waited 15+ minutes. At this point it is 10:35pm. I decide to go to the drive thru AGAIN to ask for my order. I did not receive my ice cream until 10:44pm. I'm really disappointed with service & lack of awareness here. read more

Drive thru wait was at least 20 mins. If they didnt have a curb I would have driven off. When we got to the window the young man gave us the wrong order. When we got the correct order, both the blizzards were melted. It appeared that there was no management present and if there was, they were greatly understaffed or undertrained. The prices are high for a smaller quantity of food. Be sure to double check your order before you go. This location also doesn't answer the phone. The worst experience ever! These kids don't care. My order didn't show up on their system but I showed the receipt it was paid. She asked us to move forward and get the order ready. 10 mins passed, I decided to walk in, she realizes its me and run to the back, a gentleman came out, he also, couldn't find the receipt, at one point kind of said "nothing he can do." I asked for a manager or something who can help, also wanted the young lady name due her unprofessionalism. He was able to get my order but forgot my drink. Came here specifically for the vanilla cone with the crunch topping, because they no longer have it where I live. Every time I go to Dairy Queen I like extra topping in my blizzard so I always ask for it and they charge me which is great I get it you have to pay if you want extra but every single time I never get what I'm paying for! I usually go inside to get the extra topping I paid for but the inside is closed and they only have the drive thru open so there's no way I'm going through the drive thru again. Typically I'm pleased at this location,but not tonight. Service at the speaker was prompt and pleasant. We ordered a misty freeze. The cashier was prompt and polite. She handed me a misty slush rather than a misty freeze. No big deal. I waited for someone to return to correct it. The young man ( tall,slim,glasses,dark wavy hair) opened the window and I told him what had happened. He looked at me like I was stupid and said "what"? I told him again it was supposed to be a freeze. He literally snatched it out of my hand without saying a word and abruptly shut the window.
