Absolutely awful experience. First of all, I researched their website and it said $23 for a full set of acrylic. That sounded like a good deal so I went. Then I got there and I asked for the simplest thing possible. A full set of acrylic, no gel, solid color, nothing complicated. I sit down, tell him what I want, and he's like ok $33. What?? I said the website said 23. He said yea it's more expensive because of the nail polish. That's $3 extra. Ok... but the other 7? He said it was because I wanted a coffin cut. So you're telling me it's 7 extra dollars to make another little clip with the clippers? Please. So he finishes, and I ask for a matte top coat. It took him a while to find the matte polish. Once it was finished drying, I looked at all the edges of my nails and NONE of them were matte. He only put the matte on the top and completely forgot or just didn't care about the edges of my nails so half of them were matte and half shiny. I had to have another girl fix it for me because he was nowhere to be found after he finished with me and he gave me major attitude anyways. Aside from all of that, the worst part were the tools he used for my nails. The container of liquid for the acrylics was completely covered in moist, black mold. I was horrified. Needless to say, I will NEVER be returning. Don't come here. read more

I asked him before he began not to be rough in my cuticles which he was and to pay special attention to my heels- he DID not and kept stating that I needed to use a razor which we all know is horrible for foot care. I've been going here for at least 6 months now. They usually take good care of you and the owner always makes sure everything is okay. I did have an issue with the gel polish chipping a few times and when I would message them on Facebook they would tell me to come in and fix it. I went there Wednesday 8/8/18 and had a guy do my pedicure and nails. The pedicure was terrible but he was nice so I felt bad. He was using the sponge to file my toes and it was rubbing my other toes. Once he put the gel on them it was burning like crazy they just looked red so I left it alone. He did my nails and I had a lady do the design after she was done I stood up and noticed my toes looked cut so I told her she put Neosporin for me. I left not realizing how bad it actually was. Thursday after work I got home and noticed how bad it really was and messaged them right away on Facebook which is where they normally communicate and usually fast. Needless to say I haven't heard back and I sent a message Thursday to Saturday giving them the opportunity to make things right. She is meticulous and personable and helpful and the only reason this review is 3 stars. For the second time tonight I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. Jessy was unavailable tonight, so I was waiting for anyone who was available. My appointment was for 615, and at 625 the hostess was giving me apologetic grins and assuring me that I would be seated shortly. At 635, same thing, this tech will be with you soon, he's just putting on a top coat now. At 648, I walked out. I am almost certain a walk-in was seated before me. I feel like an idiot for trying to be courteous by making an appointment and showing up on time. If you try this place, ask for Jessy, but don't bother with an appointment. read more

I am huge on luxury service and paying for what you get. Daisy's lack of customer service makes me regreat passing over 17 nail shops to get there and spending hundreds of dollars this year alone (1400 per year) to continue service here in the past. Though the place is clean (which is why I picked this place) Tina the nail tech is beyond rude and I've taken back my tip from her pay. Due to her untidy work station, I bumped a nail during her polishing. causing her to redo the polish on ONE nail. Her response was rude as she told me "good job" once i asked her to fix it. Even after I paid ahead and she thanked me for the tip!! Her poor attitude definitely defines her work as my nails were so sloppily done. Realizing the owner shouldn't pay for loosing a customer. I decided to reach out to daisy the owner right after me walking out. Daisy sent a message via the appointment assistant with suggestions she was busy but NEVER followed back with me. It's been 2 weeks! I have been going to this nail salon for about three years. Pre-Covid, everything was great. The front desk girl was amazing. Always said hello, always friendly, and would even check on us while we were getting our toes done. Every time we went in, water was always offered to us, color swatches always provided once we sat, and the staff was always very friendly while doing our toes. The past two times have been a little different. We had an appointment for three people, don't get me wrong we were late (25 mins, and they were closing in over an hour) , if that is the case, they should decline service instead of giving a subpar service and scrutinizing you for being late in a completely dead salon, that is understaffed. Upon sitting down, we were made to wait about 30 minutes before our toes were started. Again, we were late, and I do not mind waiting. The problem is, is the staff would not look us in the eye nor even greeted us with a hello, the other workers who were not doing our toes kept walking by us and staring as if the whole staff was talking about us, even the manager kept pacing back-and-forth in front of us rushing us to pick a color when they never even provided us with a color swatch. Finally after picking a color, the pedicure lasted about 25 minutes until they put the color on our toes. I found this to be odd and a very short pedicure, considering they have raised their prices about $10 within the past couple months. I looked around, and noticed all the other customers were getting massages and hot towels wrapped around their legs while they we're grooming their toes and prepping them for color. I noticed our nail techs were almost finished with our pedicure and I had to ask them if we were going to get the same treatment. Their response was 'yes' we do it after we are done with everything.' I have been going here for three years, I have never experienced this before. It has though they could not give us an adequate service because we were a couple of minutes late. No one in there knew English they asked 5 times what I wanted I kept saying pedi and they kept trying to get me to get pedi & Mani by pointing to the most expensive thing on the menu with deluxe pedi...I kept saying no regular and pointing at regular pedi but they wouldn't let up on trying to over sell me I almost walked out but they finally started on my pedi so I just stayed... but anything I asked the lady who did my pedi she kept getting manager who also knew no English who had to get the front desk who happened to be the only one who knew how to answer my questions, so because of her they get one star. actually i wanted to give zero star instead of 1. may 3, 2016 i was lured into this place because it looked so clean and inviting but after entering and receiving my nail care i was apalled by the poor service there. the workers speak no english at all only vietnamese language so they have no clue what their clients really need. i walked in with my finger nails all tipped and acryllicked one week prior and only needed a polish change for a wedding i was to attend. the older lady at the back table wrapped all my fingers in foil paper and some form of chemical instantly, after i told her i have acrylic on and need a polish change. then after she finished my toes she came back to my fingers only to find all my tips with acryllics melted off !!!!!!!!!!!!!! she quickly walked away without saying anything because she knows no english then the boss named son returned to me telling me that he will finish my nails for me. all this time, not one apology was made. i am a decent godloving lady and wanted no war in there so i quickly counted to 20 and relaxed my mind. son came, inspected my fingers and was too embarassed to say a word. he buffed out all my nails to a very short length to the point where it seems i had no tips on as they were all damamged. at this point i said to him "what are u gonna do about it?" as " i have no tips left on my hands" he said " ur nails are still there" . he polished my fingers and then took the full amount without an apology. of course i am not like the normal lady so i left and promised never to return. i told all my friends and co workers at the hospital i work at to avoid this place. horrible service. it makes me wonder if this is how he treats all his black clients. #deplorableservice. read more

I came here based on the Yelp reviews but It was totally misleading . I got a fill in for my pink and white for liquid gel and only got the pink filled in the guy that did my didn't take the proper steps to put the builder liquid gel after he filled the pink I also got a polish change on my toes to save money I didn't get a pedicure because I did it the night before I got my nails done I have the proper tools at home and know how to do it myself I had to keep on telling the nail technician to clean around the edges because it looked very sloppy and he said it was due to not getting a pedicure..? As he was doing my nails he was very lazy and just wanted to be done. 2 days later the majority of my nails were breaking off. I called the nail salon and spoke with Son the owner explaining what happened and that I wanted to be compensated for the poor job that they did on my nails he stated that he was not the owner that he is the manager and that I leave my number and the owner will call me. I have not received a call back from the owner because clearly Son is the owner. I paid $63 for my service and I work very hard for my money. I wanted to be compensated with a full set or just get $45 back for the poor job and son the owner could not accommodate me. As I will have to pay someone else to professionally remove my nails and do a full set I don't think that it's fair and this nail salon is very shady for that. Mani itself was very poorly done; one nail longer than the other in noticeable length and some nails shinier than the other. Went back and they fixed it and now days later polish is peeling again. Walking in for the first time you can tell that this salon is clean and welcoming. Now that I have been coming here for a few months I can tell you that there is so much more to it. My nails can be a pain, acrylic and gel sometime have a hard time sticking and they get then to stay here. I also love that when you get gel acrylic that they paint with gel polish FOR THE SAME PRICE! One of the main reasons I keep coming back is the atmosphere. They did a thorough and quick job with my nails. I went for a regular manicure and was charged 14 dollars. I was seated at a station and when the tech came over she didn't even greet me. No words the whole time except when she asked me to upgrade to gel which I refused. The whole process from beginning to end lasted less than 10 minutes. There was a quick file, clip cuticles, lotion, spray alcohol on nails and polish. I'm expecting the polish to peal because there was so little time to set between coats. Worst manicure ever. read more
