I suspect many pass by this restaurant to go to the other pho joint across the street, but they're seriously missing out. Hailing from Washington DC, Jayce has been running restaurants for the better part of the last 20 years. We were met with a warm welcome and some easy, friendly banter with the owner who still shuttles back to the East Coast to mind her other restaurants. Their pho is made from scratch, not powdered as many establishments around town claim to be. The ambiance is fun but not loud - clean decor and the absence of heavy dance beats give way to easy jazz selections. It's nice not to have to compete with the volume and hear your dinner party for once. This is easily one of the best pho you can find in town and I highly recommend!
