There was a nice little wait on a Saturday morning but it went by pretty quick because of how fast everyone was working and cleaning off tables! It is rather small in here so if you get uncomfortable being close to other parties, this is not the place to go during peak hours! I ordered a basic egg plate and it came with eggs, that I ordered scrambled, toast and sausage patties. The eggs were cooked perfectly and there was a nice amount of them! The sausage was very tasty and the toast was crisped to a perfect crunch for me! The prices here are very reasonable as well, with my plate being about ten dollars, if I remember correctly. The service here was crazy fast and our waitress was flying through tables left and right! My drink never made it past half the glass before she was back refilling it!

The pastrami was dry and I asked for well done fries that were barely cooked and nowhere near crispy. The waitress was too busy chatting to get her attention so I just ate them. Another employee received a food delivery from Dunkin Donuts and proceeded to eat it behind the counter, in full view of all customers. $50 for 2 people for lunch and you can't get it right. Oh my!

I ordered four plain bagels with cream cheese and the total came to over $25 before any tip. Looking at the receipt afterward, each bagel with cream cheese worked out to about $6, which feels extremely excessive for such a basic item. The food itself was fine, but nothing about the experience justified that price point. At these prices, I'd expect something exceptional, and this was just a standard bagel with cream cheese. Another issue is the layout of the restaurant. The space is incredibly cramped. Between customers waiting in line, people picking up orders, and limited room to move around, it felt crowded and uncomfortable. If more than a handful of people are inside, navigating the space becomes difficult. Overall, the bagels were okay, but the combination of very high prices and a tight, congested dining area makes it hard for me to recommend. There are plenty of places in South Florida where you can get a comparable bagel experience for significantly less money.

You could taste both the spinach and cheese. The fruits were also delicious! I also got the cracking chocolate matcha latte. Cute experience! I think it would've been nice if it melted in the cup as well, but it just cracks and then you have to pick out the chocolate pieces from the cup if you want to eat it, else it kinda just sits there as full size chocolate pieces. The chocolate itself was also very mid. Not something I'd even buy in a grocery store. Wouldn't say the crackling chocolate cup is worth it other than for an instagram picture, but the food is amazing.

Parking was easy in the lot that the biz was located in. We walked in and were greeted by the staff and the space was nice and clean. We ordered an All-Nighter sandwich to share. This has double egg and American cheese, bacon, smoky chipotle aioli on a cheesy hash brown gourmet bagel. I'm not usually a fan of bacon but this sandwich was good! I decided to try the pretzel bagel they have to offer during Oktoberfest, which is bagel with Cage-free eggs, ham, bacon, Swiss cheese and Beer Cheese Shmear with a drizzle of mustard. It was heavenly! The flavors all blended perfectly and the bagel came out hot and fresh! I got an iced coffee as well and it had the perfect strength to it and it was very easy to drink. There was a nice amount off flavor to it without being too bitter either because I ordered it black. Very clean place but it does only have a couple tables due to the size of the location being on the smaller side. Regardless of the size, this place had some big flavors packed into the food I ate and coffee I had during my trip!

We ordered a juice, a latte, and some empanadas. The empanadas looked amazing, but unfortunately lacked flavor. The juice was served room temperature when it really could've been colder and more refreshing. The biggest disappointment was the service. After waiting 35 minutes for my latte, I finally had to go ask about it myself. There was no apology, no acknowledgment, just "we'll make it." After another 5 minutes of waiting, I noticed the cashier remind the barista again. She eventually brought the latte to the table, dropped it off, and walked away -- no "thank you for waiting," no apology, nothing. It's a shame because the place has so much potential, but customer service can completely change the experience. Sadly, after this visit, we won't be coming back. I really hope they improve their service because the atmosphere alone is not enough.

I was surprised that the wait in line wasn't that bad. There was a security guard who directed me around the parking lot instead of being able to go straight. My ID was checked and they asked that I put down my back window so they could see inside my car for security purposes. I wasn't aware that there was a graduation going on. I had never been to Bagel Boss so I didn't know where it was. I was concerned that there wouldn't be parking so I asked the security guard about it. He was very nice and told me that he didn't know if there would be parking since there was a graduation going on but said that if I couldn't find parking, I could pull up next to the building since I would only be a few minutes. Luckily, there were a couple of open spots. I had to present my ID again when I got inside. Once you get inside, Bagel Boss is to your right. They had shelves filled with bagels and a lady was filling the display case with muffins and cookies. They didn't have descriptions of the bagels so I'm guessing as to what I got: Pumpernickel, Everything, Plain, Cinnamon Raisin, Chocolate Chip, Sesame & Onion (2). When you order through the TooGoodToGo App, it's a surprise as what you will get. I got 9 bagels for a total of $6.41! The guy who helped me told me that I could wrap the bagels in Saran Wrap and put them in the freezer; then when I'm ready to have one, I can just pop it in the toaster. I would slice the bagels before freezing them. I had the Cinnamon Raisin Bagel the next day (after it had been in the freezer). After it was toasted, it was light and crispy. I can't wait to try the other flavors!
