Came here on a Friday at 4pm. Not too busy. Decided to have dinner here before we played some games. The hostess sat us down immediately. However, after literally 30 minutes of waiting I was about fed up. Why did I wait so long? I was thinking "oh just give them a chance, they're understaffed because of covid and blah blah blah." As I watched server after server and manager after manager walk by us without any acknowledgement or even a smile or even water, I said 'okay, that's enough.' After leaving the restaurant area I went to the front desk to purchase game passes. The two ladies there were very nice, helpful and seemed genuinely happy to assist me. The game selection is decent. After waiting over a year for this place to open, I went in a few weeks ago to give it a try. I've been to the DnB in Milpitas and it was always a lot of fun. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for this place. Let's start with the fact that its about 1/4 of the size and missing many of the "adult" attractions that make the other location so awesome, like pool tables. It took the 3 bartenders almost 15 minutes to even acknowledge me despite the fact that it was a slow Monday evening. Then it took another 10 minutes to actually get a beer in hand. Not a terrible experience, but not the greatest. I held off on a review until my second visit today. I again sat at the bar to avoid a wait for a table. Two different bartenders this time. They were all friendly enough, but didn't really seem to be all that skilled in the art of bartending. If you've ever seen truly experienced bartenders in action, you know what I mean. They can multitask with great speed and efficiency. These folks not so much. It was like they just pulled anyone off the street with zero training and said 'now you're a bartender'. As a former bartender I empathize with how horrible these kinds of bar setups are, especially with the "specialty drinks" everyone wants to order. A bar like that size needs at least 4 skilled bartenders at all times. They're responsible for every person sat at the bar (including food orders), have to make all the server's drinks, and serve the never ending line of standing customers. I was greeted in reasonable time. They gave me a dirty menu, which isn't their fault, but how do you just "run out" of printable, disposable paper menus. They also didn't do any wipe down from the previous customer. Their leftover dishes were still there when I sat down. I knew exactly what I wanted and ordered lemon pepper wings. They came out in a reasonable amount of time. The chicken itself was meaty, crunchy and tasty. However, they had so much lemon pepper (salt) they were inedible. While eating, I saw the growing line of people waiting on drink orders grow angry for waiting 30 minutes to place an order then be told they had to have an ID for each drink and could only order one drink per person. Here's an idea: maybe post those policies in plain sight so people know what to expect and then have one person dedicated to that well service area. That way your bartenders don't have to waste valuable time explaining those policies to every customer and then having the customers take their frustration out on the bartenders? Here's another idea: instead of having 4 employees at the front door doing nothing, and another three standing around the bar seating area doing nothing, maybe throw them behind the bar to clear dishes and do wipe downs, or at least have them filling up people's waters or something actually useful? After the wings were taken away the bartender asks how they were. I told her they were way too salty and she said "you should have said something". Or, someone could have asked me how they were when I got them? Or they could have been taken off the bill regardless of when I told you? Their ranch dip was flavorless and watery. I decided to try the Hawaiian Chicken Sandwich, which also came pretty quickly. I ordered without fries but it came with fries anyway. Not sure if I was charged since I was never given an itemized bill, and I paid before the food arrived. Either way, the fries were soggy and flavorless. The chicken was tasty but the crunch didn't hold up under the weight of the sauces. The bun wasn't toasted so it got soggy and fell apart. So, I ended up with three chicken strips soaked in cole slaw juice. The bill came out to $31 after tip for a sandwich and appetizer with no fries and water. Pricey for the quality. They also have this irritating tip calculator it seems every corporation is using now so they can pay their workers a little as possible and shift it to their customers. Here's another idea: pay people a living wage and maybe they'll actually want to do their job well? Since I was never provided with utensils or napkin I went to the restroom to wash my hands. The restroom was a disaster area. Paper towels and water all over he counters and floors. I've done enough restaurant openings in my time to know it's never an easy process or without a lot of hiccups. That being said, good management, training, and quality control is usually what makes the difference between success and failure. This place seems to be failing on all accounts. It's really unfortunate too because they're one of the few places around who show UFC PPV and I was really looking forward to going for the next fight. But after seeing how poorly things are run on an average Sunday afternoon, I can imagine what a nightmare a packed Saturday night with a couple hundred drunken fight fans would be like. read more

She is genuine, honest and brought out our food items and drinks with a swiftness that had us in AWE.. The gaming experience was good rather expensive. There were both some good and bad reasons to come here. Starting with the good, everyone on staff was extremely helpful and nice. Food and drinks are ordered with a QR code which was easy to navigate and made the process quick. The check was also paid online, another plus. Everyone also enjoyed playing games, 175 tokens lasted over two hours! For the not so good, each person had to load game play points/tokens onto a card and there was a $3 activation fee per card. What is the purpose of this when you have no choice but to use a card to play the games? Lastly, the food I ordered was nothing like the picture or the description on the menu. I ordered the cheesecake dip, which is described as a cheesecake filling with cookie crisps. Please see the picture of what's on the menu compared to the preschool snack that was delivered to my table. Overall I'd say come here for the games and maybe a drink or two. Phew glad this place was able to open after the pandemic and the stock crashing to $5; they were super close to bankruptcy before bouncing back. I haven't tried the food here, but I can say the arcade was a lot of fun and seemed fairly priced all things considered. They had everything from Mario Kart to axe throwing and virtual bowling. It took about an hour and a half for three of us to go through $40. You do have to get a card to play, but I would recommend linking it up to the app/your account so you can keep all of your tickets and credits registered. They also have a rewards program if you set up an account. It wasn't too crowded when we went on the weekend, but we'll probably head back on a Wednesday since it's a half off day. read more

Then we couldn't pay from the app not even the cash option would work. Finally ordered and they couldn't grasp the concept of lime & salt in a modelo. They brought the beer with a SUGAR rimmed glass. We requested Patron in place of the cheap tequila and that was a headache to explain. Finally we got it.. till the 2nd round and they came with an extra shot AND priced cheaper. That was the restaurant part. Our waitress was very kind and patient and the manager adjusted our bill apologetically. The bartender however had an attitude. As far as the arcade it was fun but my 10 points for some games is a lot and went very fast. Ate here yesterday for lunch. No one one sat us so we satnourselves at the bar. No one was tending to the bar. Then we find out the server was also the bartender. Place had decent amount of people eating st lunch and was very slow service. Not the server's fault she was the only one. We sat a bit til we were tended to. The male manager very slim came up to ask what we wanted to drink. He just poured us 2 waters. The server shortly came to us and took our orders. We wanted to make sure one of our order was a side item of fries. We let the manager know. He said ok. He didn't communicate it to the server. He went behind the bad and pretended he spoke to her when he clearly didn't. Upon checkout we asked our server if we got charged the fries as a side. She said no and it was full price as manager failed to communicate that with her. As the manager, he should have fixed the pricing and communicated with the server knowing she was the only person serving/bartending. He disappeared the whole time we dined. The manager sucks. He should have helped her bring out the food and watched the bar or some of her tables. Nor did he even walk around to check if the diners needed anything. He's a terribel manager. I really don't think he would be in the back helping put the food together as service was very slow. We sincerely felt bad for our server. She was kind and understanding and most of all hard working. The redemption center had a really good selection of prizes for adults and kids. And the food was really good. The garlic parm fries were good they were nice and crispy. They were really garlicky. Which is a good cause I love garlic.. The steak was seasoned so good you didn't really need any sauce or anything. The burger was a basic burger but it was cooked nicely. Ok, so once you are over 50, the noise, neon colors, and raging decibel levels are no longer a novelty you want to pay for I guess. My very large beer took 15 mins. to get. OK, why am I here? This restaurant is located in Fairfield, California, and I wish I could give the workers and general manager there a 0 star rating since they are so awful. Make sure you eat before you go because if you don't, you'll wind up paying for something you didn't even want. If they get their hands on your cash or credit card, they'll also tell you to kiss your money goodbye, whether you ate or not. This location is not well-known; rather, it is notorious. But what's not okay is that after we ordered it was extremely difficult to flag down the server for anything else. We went to the restaurant and ordered our food through the app. The waitress was very nice however our food was cold by the time it made it to our table. The women's bathroom half the stalls are out of order and it smells like a pit toilet. The arcade is very limited and mostly children games like Chuckee Cheese. We've been here many times now. The kids (4, 7, & 8) enjoy going here (esp on Wednesday for half price games). It's just a nice place to entertain them for a few hours. Games and musics are pluses. My kids love the crane games especially the little ducks one bc it's easy to win. When they're done using up their credits, they love watching the other patrons play games. I enjoy the wine and snacking on appetizers while my SO enjoys the black Superman cocktails and playing games. I can't imagine working here as it's loud and probably hard for the waiters/servers to hear you.
