My friends and I were actually pretty impressed with the quality of food served here. The servings are pretty big. We ordered the cantina nachos to share; it was decent, nothing to rave about. Chimichurri bowl with salmon (4/5) - I loved it! I docked points because the salmon was fairly small, the asparagus was overcooked, and the rice was more on the mushy side. The taste however was delicious. My friends ordered the voodoo pasta; they said it was soooo delicious & that they were happy with their food selection. I enjoyed my strawberry watermelon margarita (3/5) - it tasted pretty sweet, but was light on the liquor (could hardly taste any liquor); it tastes like a jolly rancher candy. The two stars are for the fact that my boys have a blast playing the games. However, this is now the second time that the restaurant staff and service have been absolutely horrible. We were there at lunchtime, but on a Monday, so no big rush. Just like before, only one server was scheduled for the dining room. Not a problem. There were 4 tables previously sat when we arrived. Two had food already. One had ordered and another family was sitting with their menus (they were sat right before us). I have never seen a server move soooooooo slowly. Like literally strolling from table to table and wandering around the empty dining room. No one came to our table or the table who was seated right before us for over TWENTY minutes. Not a hello. Not a drink order. Nothing. Finally, the third table was provided with their food. Did he come to us? No, he slowly walked back towards the kitchen and the 2nd host stand. The table before us just got up and left. (which we should have done and just gone over to the Habit). As my boys were starving, I walked over to the server and asked if it was possible to order as we had been sitting for now 25 minutes without being even welcomed. If you are truly slammed, I would expect a server to run around, getting tables served, orders taken. This guy literally had five tables. That isn't some huge number on a very dead lunchtime. I've seen lazy servers, but this was truly a whole new level and he didn't even apologize for making us wait for almost 30 minutes to even be offered water. This was the exact experience we had before a few months ago. We will definitely never try to come here to eat while playing games. The lack of training and proper staffing is beyond ridiculous. read more

Great atmosphere for game day . Host was helpful. Make sure you get there 30min before kickoff for a good seat. I purchased the all you can eat wings. I will recommend them. The only downfall is that they took a while bringing out the food and had some confusion with some orders. I would definitely come back. Clean environment with a great ambiance. read more

The food is awful, the staff is awful, the place looks run down, and there are fights all the time, so your safety is in jeopardy anytime you visit here. Back to celebrate my daughter's 8th birthday with her little friends. Was a hit! Everyone enjoyed the food and games and tons of fun. If you ever sit in the big 10 person group tables, make sure your server is Jada. She will graciously and patiently tend to your requests and orders w/ a smile, very accommodating and approachable. She checked up on our big group more times than I can count. The kids really enjoyed and had tons of fun. Again the food here is really tasty and appealing. I'm so happy Dave and Busters reopened after the pandemic !! Hubby & I love this place! The games are always great to play while drinking, and it's a plus they serve good food here too. Ever since we became new parents though, we aren't able to socialize in crowded areas but we still like to enjoy D&B food! Last week, we ordered delivery and wanted to try some new menu items. First, I'd like to comment on how fast the kitchen works and delivery! I literally put in the order at 11am, and food was delivered around 11:35. We loved it!!! We ordered : mango shrimp tacos, pretzel dogs, truffle fries, mushroom stout burger, & beast mode bacon burger. I absolutely DEVOURED the truffle fries. And they gave such a huge portion , they fit it in a pizza size box (lol). Second fave was shrink tacos!! So good! I was disappointed by the burgers though, meat tasted dry. Maybe overcooked? This is the smallest D&B I've even been too. It was definitely giving CEC. Another thing was ALL the televisions were on 2 channels. They had no problem changing the channel but come on, it was about 5 different games going on. This is a sports bar. Last but not least, the food was slooooooow. The waiter was friendly and polite, the food was out of their control. Maybe the are short staffed in the kitchen, but it took a least a half an hour to get our food and we went in the late afternoon. Was the food good? Absolutely! I can't deny that. read more

How FUN is this place!!! Not only is it an arcade with gazillions of lit up modern video games, but it's a sports bar as well with TV's in every direction. Food is good too! I took the kids and some family to this D&B location. I had been to other ones before so i was expecting to get good food and drinks. We came in to an almost empty place. It took a long time to find someone to help us find a table. We approached a manager and he told us to wait until he was done with his tablet. They gave us a table away from where the action was so I asked for a better table. They said they needed permission so they left and went in the back and never came back out!!! We had no choice but to leave and go to another restaurant. I think they didn't want to serve us bc we are a Mexican family. Yay, we have a D&B near me. Let me say, the customer service is OUTSTANDING here. Everyone is eager to work! I walked in the place and was greeted from two employees and they couldn't wait to help me. The waitresses were very nice and helpful, the food is way better than the D&B in Concord, which is a PLUS. Her personality and cheerful greeting as we walked in was everything!!! It is my fiancés birthday and she made our day with just her presence!!! She gave awesome customer service!!!! Where to start!! The manager was very rude. He was mad wasn't helpful at all. No servers or bartenders to be found at 11:30. I asked the manager if anyone is working he said yes they're out somewhere look for them. Okay!! I walked around didn't find anyone. 30 minutes later a server came in took our drinks It took another 30ish minutes to get our drinks 45 plus to get food. Our server kept disappearing she would check on us every 30 minutes if lucky We kept ordering drinks at the bar but the bartender was busy. The games are clean and the floors clean. However, there is not enough staff to watch over the games. I ordered a pretzel and literally 55 minutes later it still wasn't delivered. The bartender, only one for a huge huge bar of 35+ seat, apologized but even then had to wait for a manger to take the pretzel off the bill. I was not the only one waiting for food, as several couples were also getting impatient. You could die of old age before your food gets there. Why bother? Not the bartender fault but would I recommend this place? No, lack of service, lack of games being staffed leads me to give three stars at best. read more

Went for lunch today with my dad. You could count how many patrons. We did not receive water or menus for 10 minutes. We placed our orders (fish&chips)then did not receive our meals for another 20 minutes. The service and food were terrible. The food was greasy and the fries were lukewarm. I would not recommend to anyone. Also you needed to where a snowsuit to stay warm. The staff is unprofessional, the manager on duty just walked around and was shooting the breeze with the bartender. I had reservations with a very specific request for a certain spot where we could watch the UFC fights and was given a horrible seat where we couldn't even see the tv. Then when we went to order drinks, I was told very rudely by one of the managers, Michelle Montoya, that I couldn't order a drink because my ID was expired by one month (which I understand is my fault) but there was a better way that she couldn't have addressed the issue. I then told our waitress that I had a temporary id and asked her to ask Michelle if that was okay to use, Michelle came back and said her general manager said no, and when we asked to speak to the GM she said he/she would be over soon....they GM never came to speak with us. I understand the expired ID was my fault, but the way that Michelle acted toward my boyfriend and me was disrespectful. I have heard many complaints about this "manager" or whatever position she is in from multiple people and have witnessed her not being kind towards others. As someone who has worked in customer service...she should not be in the position she is in. I love D&B and love to come watch fights, have some drinks, and play games in the arcade, however, this lady is starting to make it an unenjoyable experience. D&B would be much better without her. Just came from D&B in Fairfield. It was pretty busy lots of families with young children. The food was bomb. The drinks were strong. The ordering can be cumbersome if you haven't checked out the website and know what you want. The good thing is you have 7 separate people with separate checks they are charged individually. James is a HORRIBLE manager at this location. Every meal that we ordered was messed up. When we spoke to the "manager" (not the real one) he stated "well I can only refund one meal cause you guys ate the others." We explained that we weren't looking for a refund besides the dish that was barely touched and the salmon that was burnt. We had our son's first birthday here a couple of weeks ago and we were very happy! The manager, Jordan was very accommodating. We left a couple of birthday cards there and Jordan made sure to contact us and let us know so we could pick it up. Our server, Itzel... what a rockstar! We got a private room and she was our only server. One person serving over 50 people! Itzel did a great job making sure we were all taken care of. Our guests had a great time! I lost my card in Dave and Buster's with over 2000 tickets. Here's how it started. I went to play "Speed of Light" with a girlfriend, then after that we went to see a movie. After that movie, we went to go back to play some more arcade games to call it a night. So we went inside, and I realized that I LOST MY DnB CARD. I went up to the staff at the desk and told them what my problem was. Luckily I keep receipts for everything and the staff helped me get a new one and called the manager. Those two girls, whoever they are, THEY WERE THE BEST. But the real one is Heather. Heather went out of her way to give me about 100 chips to play with and give me 2000 TICKETS!? What kind of manager does that? I know only a good manager does that. 5/5 stars good place, good staff. Dunno about the food tho.
