Very great prices, had our installation completed two days ago. Loved Chuck and his son Carlos. We have 24 windows in our house and we ordered honeycomb shades for the entire house to keep the heat out. The shades came in very quickly and prices were hard not to pass up. Highly recommend read more

I would give 10 stars if possible! Chuck called within 24 hours and set up an appointment to come to our home in a couple of days. He showed up when he said he would. We told him we needed simple 2" faux wood blinds. He was friendly and honest and never tried to upsell us. He has these blinds made locally so no shipping delays! They were delivered within 10 days and installed within 2 weeks of ordering! Chuck showed up on time, took down our old blinds and replaced them with our beautiful new ones. Dealing with this company is like dealing with and old friend. They are honest, efficient, and instead of pressure sales, they respect and service your needs. We bought a new home in Henderson and I've been living with the temp paper blinds thinking I'll get around to ordering some online and installing them myself. Well a month turned into 6 months and I still hadn't gotten around to doing anything about it. I found Chuck on Google then Yelp and his reviews were so good I gave him a call. Like many reviews said, he came the next day, measured and gave me a bid for the house and our 15 windows. The blinds and installation were not much more that anything I found online and included installation. I gave Chuck the ok and 10 days later the blinds came in a Chuck installed them. The blinds look great and the installation is perfect. I couldn't recommend Chuck any more highly. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. If you need window treatments, I highly recommend Day & Night. Chuck came out to measure the day I called. Two weeks later, my blinds are installed and look gorgeous! I got another quote; they were way more expensive. Chuck was great - helpful, professional and efficient. I just can't emphasize how great our experience was. I'd give him 10 stars if I could! Everything said about Day & Night is true! Chuck is the nicest person who really takes pride in his business. We called about some windows in our bathroom that face East and get very bright sunlight in the morning. Chuck was able to come by in a couple hours, not days like some other companies. He looked at the windows and suggested blackout honeycomb blinds. Chuck was well prepared with the many samples he brought along. He took some measurements and in 2 weeks he came back to install them. They are exactly what we needed and the color matches our walls perfectly. They make a huge difference in the mornings and block almost all the light out. For blinds, shutters or shades I wouldn't use anyone else. Great service and very reasonable prices = RECOMMENDED! read more

Chuck did an outstanding job installing honeycomb blinds in our very first home. Everything about the process was easy: communication, pricing, and install. The blinds he installed were well-priced and high quality. In two words: GO LOCAL. You may find a better option in the area, but I seriously doubt it. Chuck has amazing customer service skills and prices. I had some issues with the vertical blinds on my back door a few months after install and he was quick to fix the problem. Fast forward to a YEAR later when my blinds are having the same issues; I reached out to Chuck to see if he could tell me how to fix it myself and he told me he would order a new rail and come back and install it for me. I haven't had any issues since and haven't had any issues at all with the blinds on the windows. I am so impressed by Chuck's customer service skills and would recommend Day & Night Blinds to anyone. read more

We needed to repair our shutter sliding doors, the framework was sagging on the top, and frame started separating from the wall. The doors were difficult to slide open. On a Saturday I called Day & Night Blinds for an estimate. Spoke with Chuck, explained the situation, he even suggested to send a photo or video of the problem which that helped him to decide how extensive the shutter frame and doors needed work. Chuck came first thing on Monday, did a most professional job that I haven't seen in a long time by company at a great affordable price. Chuck was so easy to speak with and explained all my concerns that made me feel so comfortable and feel like I could trust him to complete this repair! The repair was beyond my expectation and feel it should have cost more because parts and paint touch was not included. Chuck is a genuine and friendly guy and above all, provides excellent service. He provided me a quality product (Norman Shutters) with a lifetime warranty at a competitive price. The installation was performed perfectly and on time. About 2 weeks after installation, I noticed some minor scoring on a few of the shutter louvers. I phoned up Chuck and of course he stood behind his product and replaced those louvers at no cost to me. There's a level of service and commitment that you get from Chuck that is not easy to come by. We bought a new home with over 40 windows. It was important for us to pick somebody we can trust, has expertise, and also well priced. Met with 3 different companies and Chuck by far exceeded our expectation and was best of the bunch. He offered good ideas, great follow ups, and the process was impeccable. This is the absolute best Blinds company in the city! There was a small mishap with the install company, as they use a third party to insure install since he has so many customers, and the company no showed two different days. The owner of Day and night came out and installed EVERY SET OF SHUTTERS all by himself (his friend helped with the frames), to ensure that we would have them in before my parents came home from vacation. He took ALL DAY LONG, went across town several times, and is a OUTSTANDING GUY with incredible service and product! Chuck has changed our lives. We are both essential medical workers on graveyard shift. Sleeping through the daylight hours has always been a problem We covered our windows with several layers of curtains, black out paper shades, and vertical blinds. Light always seeped through and sleeping through the day has always been a problem. He was recommended to us by a co-worker. WHAT A DRAMATIC CHANGE. He installed black-out honeycomb cordless window shades (that can pull down from the top and pull up from the bottom. The room is completely dark and we have slept straight hours for weeks. Our windows also face the street so the pull down feature allows us to get sunlight with complete privacy. These shades are high quality with a classy clean appearance. They are reasonably price and Chuck is a top notch professional installer and clearly takes pride in his business. We highly recommend him. read more

The quote was done on the spot, with a rough ETA of when it would be installed. He and Breanne kept me in the loop while the shutters were manufactured, and set an installation date that worked best for me. Antonio then went ahead and removed the old blinds and installed the new shutters in record time while still being considerate and doing an amazing job. While looking at pricing I also compared Costco and Ryan was able to beat them AND offer a better product, which is amazing.

He was able to come out a few days later, take measurements and get me a quote. He was also able to source the door and trim which saved me a lot of guesswork. As soon as the doors came in, he reached out to schedule and he had the doors hung within a couple of hours. His attention to detail is what really stood out to me. He was able to source the exact doors, trim and handles I have so it looks like this came installed from the builder. Everything is level and looks great. He was even able to refer me to someone to get the doors painted and that person did an awesome job as well. Was quoted by a different company $4,500 to replace it and that price was unacceptable as it cost me $8,200 to replace all my other windows including a new sliding patio door recently. So I found this company who was able to replace parts of it and save me a lot of money. A tech was sent out to measure and provide an estimate (sorry cannot remember his name) he quoted for all 6 pieces as I asked but told me I only needed to change 2 if I was going to do any of it. The 2 main pieces had dust and dirt in between the panes so I could never get the window clean. After I decided to move forward I scheduled the install and Marlo showed up and was very professional and polite. He did the job very quickly and when he was removing the 2 old glass panes we discovered that they had completely failed as the outer pieces of glass separated from the inner spacer in effect leaving me with single pane glass. Marlo installed the new low e double pane glass and I now have a window that is in much better condition, clean, and way more efficient. Thanks Cut Rate & Marlo

I just randomly found Day & Night Blinds on Yelp and figured I'd give them a call, I had nothing to lose. I called and spoke to Chuck and he was incredibly helpful and we set a time for him to come out and check our situation. We had some shutters that had fallen off our glass bathroom door leading to our backyard. Chuck sent me a text right on schedule and arrived and got right to work. Noticing the original company that had installed the shutters had used poor workmanship(i.e. tiny little screws into the frame surrounding the glass), our shutters didn't stand a chance. Because of his expertise and experience, Chuck was able to repair the shutters in less than 30min and his estimate was exactly what he quoted me on the phone. Our shutters in bathroom look awesome and I'm glad to say that we won't have to worry about them falling off again. Now the other ones throughout the house may be another story. At least I know, if and when they fall off, who to call to have them fixed correctly. Chuck was very friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job of explaining his process. We put in blinds upstairs and shutters downstairs. We just bought a house and called a couple of blinds places and didn't realize how expensive is was to do the whole house without it costing us a fortune. Got lucky with Day and Night Blinds. Best price around and Chuck the installer was very patient with me because I had no idea there were so many options and my wife and I were pretty picky. Chuck Nino is phenomenal. We wanted blinds in our small windows but we wanted shutters in our massive front window. We have friends with shutters and were expecting to pay an arm and a leg for them but Chuck produced quality (and beautiful) shutters at a very reasonable price. They look great!!! I had a great experience with day and night blinds. Our service rep and installer Chuck was very cordial and knowledgeable. We purchased for a 2400 sq foot house with some windows in some less than ideal locations, but the initial visit and installation were easy, quick, and efficient.
