I decided to come back to Day Nails after being gone for a number of years. For the cost of $35 for a pedicure, you would think you would be treated to a relaxing experience. Instead, they turn on the massage chair, which nearly throws you out of the chair. Not relaxing. The technician was okay. Nothing special. Polish application was too close to the cuticle and top coat didn't make my nails shiny. read more

I refuse to go to any other salon for my manicures. I typically get SNS, and any other salon makes my nails chunky or they don't get the shape right, or the finish isn't smooth. The first time I went to Day Nails Salon, Jessica took such great care and really spent her time to make sure my nails were EXACTLY like the reference picture. I can get any design I want and I know it's going to come out perfect every time at Day Nails. They also last way longer than when I get them done at any other salon. Sure they grow out, but that's because nails grow, but they never break off. I'm going on my 4th week and they're all hanging on still! They are a bit on the pricier side, but they are so worth it for the nails themselves, plus you get a back/shoulder massage every time! read more

This was my first time at this salon. I was driving by and thought, "It might be time for a pamper-me day." I noticed the salon in the shopping center I pass by daily. From the door, I felt like a VIP. Hanna took care of me well (pedicure). I wore a jean skirt, and Hanna gave me a cloth to put on my lap. Hanna did not rush (like other salons); she took her time. Hanna asked if the water temperature was comfortable and adjusted my massage chair. She was super friendly. She even told me about the renovations being made to the salon and invited me back on Aug. 1st, 2023, for the Grand-Reopening. I will be back. read more

I walked in to get a gel manicure and it was dark and decorated poorly with 3-4 employees just lounging around. They didn't greet me or anything like that, which is fine. I didn't expect amazing service, I just wanted my nails done. I had gone somewhere else previously for my gel manicure (a place that did it RIGHT) and they kept saying "are you sure that's gel not acrylic" and "no that's too thick to be just gel, it's acrylic" as if I didn't know that I had gel on my own hands. Finally, after getting gel manis for over a year, I know the process and how long it should take. I went in around 12:30 and usually I'd be done by 1:30 (an hour) but I was there until around 2:30, in an empty nail salon. I was the only one there. The lady doing my nails took about an hour simply getting the gel off and then yelled at me when I told her the new gel polish was too watered down (it was basically all watered down, barely any color at all). I had somewhere to be at 2:30 so I was getting stressed that it was taking so long and the end result was disappointing at best. The gel was incredibly thin, watery, uneven, and there was gel polish that was cured UNDER my nails as well. Within a few days, my nails were starting to break off. They had the audacity to be pricier than other places as well. Will NEVER return, please don't waste your time and money like I did. read more

Not too much to say about this place..I've been in the area for 5 years and they have always been consistent. When you walk in they know you if you've come in often. So many colors to choose from. They are always busy but take their time on you each time. You are able to call ahead to make an appointment . They are on the pricey side but it's worth it read more

Worst nail salon ever. Very poor customer service, and rushed, poor service. They overcharged me by $20, and refused to issue a refund. They also don't use sterile tools or towels. Had to use antibiotics after going here for a week. I would encourage them to contact me about a refund. read more

Just came home from my second visit. I only get pedicures. I arrived a little late and they stayed late to get me finished up. The work was just fine, no problems. I had never gotten a sparkle finish and they explained how that worked and then did it and the result was very nice. Everyone was very nice. Great Experience !!! New to the area and this is one of four salons that I decided to try. I had Jessie for my pedi and Hannah for my Mani. I can't tell you about the prices because this really the first salon I have visited in the area, so I am establishing my base point. In addition , I requested some additional services. However, I feel the quality was well worth the price. The one word that I can say about everyone there is "attentive". Be it Jessie or Hannah, they each answered my questions with no hesitation, made recommendations but also explained what they were doing. When I was finalizing , Kim, the owner, came up to me and seemed to be very interested in my experience in her salon. This is an excellent salon and a fantastic experience. I have been going here for years, at least 8, maybe longer. They are always friendly, and consistent with their work. The girls do a great job, not only with the pedicures but waxing as well. If you are in a rush, you should make an appointment, because it is first come first serve and they do stay fairly busy. read more

Don't really care for this place, when I left I was absolutely furious. I went in for 2 nails to be repaired and was seated in a chair immediately. My nail was cracked on one side and only needed a soak off and replacement of acrylic to save the nail (I should know I've had an acrylic overlay on my nails on and off for 5 years) when my service stared she began to BREAK the acrylic off of my nail instead of soaking it off (pure laziness, breaking off acrylic damages the nail bed and thins the nail, and it hurts). After I politely asked her to soak it off instead because she was obviously hurting me, she gives me an attitude, started speaking a different language then when to do her OWN nails after she set me up to have the acrylic soaked off. After only 3 minutes my acrylic was ready to be wiped off and she was still sitting doing her own nails 10 minutes later so finally someone else (seemed like the manager) decided to finish my service. She replaced my acrylic and said the total would be $20 because I had long nails. $20 sounded pretty darn steep for a nail repair and a polish change seeing that a nail repair is $3to$4 depending on the salon x2=$6to$8+$7 for a polish change equaling $13to $15 before charging me A LOT for my length which really isn't that long. Then she changed my polish as requested, she put on the top coat I noticed she did 2 coats on my left hand by accident but I wasn't sure so I said nothing because I was already irritated. When my nails where practically done drying I pat them to see if they were dry, the left hand was still very wet validating my thought earlier so I said to her "I think you may have put 2 coats on this hand" while showing her she snapped at me and said "GIRL, i did not put to many coats because it would be thick, I know what I'm doing" so I simply replied "yes, and that is exactly why one hand is dry and the other isn't, because there's too much here" she said nothing and gave me a dirty look. I did not have all night to wait on that hand to dry so I left. The next morning I woke up to nails that still weren't dry and were halfway smeared off the nail and indented, not to mention the nail she "repaired" looked like a thick humped claw compared to my natural nails.
