I did not know what I wanted and they were patient with me to look at the menu and make a decision. The line was out the door at Deco Deli but it moved fairly quickly & all the food/smoothies were delivered to the table really quickly as well! The staff was really kind & helpful. I decided to go with the Blue Dome smoothie with peanut butter & I'm so glad I did! The smoothie & the added peanut butter had so much flavor. I was sad when I got the bottom of my smoothie & there wasn't another sip left. The other people on my tour bus said all their food was delicious as well! The foo, the service, and the convenience of the Deca Deli made this place my "go to" place for my week of business meetings in downtown Tulsa. I went there for consecutive days in late September for both breakfast and lunch. Everything I had was outstanding. And, most enjoyable, each morning, and each afternoon, I was greeted by their wonderful cashier, Abigail. She remembered my name (by day two), my food preferences, and always greeted me with a smile. It was worth it to go to the restaurant, just to bask in her glow of happiness. I tried different things each day for breakfast, and all of them were good. Deco deli is always pretty good. On my most recent trip I had half of a chicken salad sandwich and their lobster bisque. They have great chicken salad but I wish they would toast the bread. That may just be a personal preference of course. I had never had their lobster bisque and I can't say that I would order it again. It's not my favorite of their soups. But they are super friendly and they have daily specials that are always appetizing. My co-workers and I love to frequent this place for lunch. So I will definitely be going back soon! read more

Had a little time before my hair appointment and decided to grab some lunch. I ordered The Beacon which is a beef and cheddar with au jus and a horseradish aoli that came w chips. It was great. Although busy because of lunch rush the wait times weren't long. The dining area isn't the biggest and was full but eating at noon downtown... Hey its bound to happen. The turnover was pretty quick and by the time I ordered my food, I found a table. The cashier was super nice and helpful and the guy bussing the tables was quick and friendly as well. The menu isn't overwhelming and they have some great options. I highly recommend. And I will for sure be back! read more

I got the California Wrap and it was okay. Nothing amazing. The lobster bisque was good, though. This place also makes its own chips, which is cool. You can even buy bags of them to go. They also have a fridge with things you can grab and go (pre-made sandwiches, wraps, and salads). The restaurant space is really nice and sunny. I ended up ordering a seasonal item that I had seen while reading someone else's review on yelp and even though it wasn't on the menu anymore, they still went out of their way to make sure that I got what I wanted. I believe it would be impossible to have a bad meal at this wonderful deli! The food is ALWAYS incredibly fresh and delicious! The herb-flavored chicken is wonderful on anything/everything, and their salads are to die for. Their sandwiches are beyond yummy, and despite what you might read in other reviews about "wishing they would toast the bread," they most likely will if you simply ASK, if that's your preference! Their service and friendliness are amazing too. I don't know why they call the Reuben a McFarlan but as long as it tastes the same, who cares? It was delicious. The pickles have a bit of a zing to them, like they've been spending too much time with the jalapeño peppers. I don't say whether that's a good thing or not because it's a matter of preference. The place is small but the food is good, the staff are nice and the restaurant is clean. Nearly all reviews are for the original Deco Deli which recently reopened under new management, summer of 2019. New restaurant bears little resemblance to the original. First time I went in July, prices were hiked for a chicken breast sandwich that used to be a whole breast on a croissant with pesto mayo and avocado. New version was chunks of precooked chicken in salty pesto on a panini. Basically a Quiznos sandwich for double the price. Since then, they've changed the menu to say that half sandwiches are available and "prices vary." Didn't see any salads on the chalkboard. Walked out recently when it was clear nothing had improved since the last time. Every time I walk by, number of customers has plummeted compared to what it used to be. read more

I had searched long and hard here in Tulsa for a Cuban sandwich that comes close to what you get in Florida. I'm happy to say that the "Atlas" sandwich did a really good job of filling that need. Also, their broccoli salad side is really good. It has some nice ingredients and is really delicious. I would also like to say that the owner and staff are very friendly and inviting. The atmosphere is very laid back. Overall, the prices are very fair and the menu offers a wide variety of sandwiches, side options and other items. I was going to Tulsa on business and a friend told me to be sure to go to the Deco Deli and try "The Kennedy". He said it was the best sandwich he had ever tasted. I thought, "Okay, right".' Well, I went there. It was nice and clean. It was also in a neat location, with great windows overlooking a major downtown street with lots of foot traffic. The owner was working the counter and was very nice. I told him I was instructed to come there and eat the best sandwich in the world: The Kennedy. He chuckled and said he thought I would like it. I grabbed a table by the window and the sandwich arrived with homemade chips. It was better than advertised! I know that taste is subjective, but I must admit that this was the BEST sandwich I had ever eaten. Before leaving, I told the owner how much I enjoyed "The Kennedy". I have never written a review before, but the sandwich was so good, I felt compelled to share my thoughts. If you are in Tulsa, go to the Deco Deli. Popped in for lunch. So much to choose from! Smoothies, sandwiches, wraps, salads, soups. I chose the 320 sandwich. It looked like a plain ol' sandwich, but after taking a bite, I was like - shut the front door! This was so stinkin good that I don't care what else they have on the menu! The grilled chicken was a bit smokey...the croissant, avocado, and OMGEEEEEEEEEE, the aioli. It was just perfection on a plate.
