Horrible service. Had 1 bad experience, let it go. 2nd time did it for me. 1st time: the lady that seemed to be a manager (she gave orders) was the cashier and she did not have a pleasant expression on her face. I order then sit down. While I waited I watched the manager eat right where she was taking orders. No one was in line but there was no discretion on her part. A customer later walks in and this manager is talking to some employee, trying to show her something on her phone. The customer stood there for about 45 seconds, the manager saw he was there the entire time but finished her phone demonstration before helping the customer. 2nd: I go thru their drive thru at about 12am, order, pull up to the window and pay. I had to ask the lady 3 different times for a cup of water. She never once acknowledged what I was asking bc she was really involved in a conversation with another employee. She ended up giving me a cup of water, no ice. Didn't ask for ice but I've always gotten it that way from other Del T's. BTW Del Taco water with no ice is gross. So if you want the people taking your money to treat you at the bare minimum "nicely", don't come here. Food is fine, but the service overshadows it by far. My personal opinion: go to the one on state college, between chapman/commonwealth. Never had a problem there, they're always nice read more

Today I ate their chicken tacos and got sick. This afternoon, I bought six chicken tacos and shared it with two of my children. Soon all three of us began to have stomachaches. By evening, it caused severe stomachaches and diarrhea. When I called the store to warn them, I found out that their phone is disconnected. Maybe they were trying to avoid complaints from other sick customers. This is very irresponsible customer service. I hope they have taken proper actions to prevent anymore food poisoning. read more

This is one of the few privately owned Del Tacos. Try wrapping fries in your spicy jack quesadilla and add a little mild sauce. Nothing beats this taste at 2am! read more

Very rude employee. I ordered thru the drive thru yesterday and they were repaving their parking lot so a very rude girl was at the window taking the money and handing the food bag to my car since I could not get close enough to get the bag myself. I was handed my strawberry lemonade that had strawberry juice all over the outside so I asked if she could please clean it and she grabbed it from me and cleaned it and then gave it back abruptly and said HERE! She handed me one bag and I was missing an item so I told her and she said I need to see the bag and it was confirmed I didn't have the item so she rudely told the girl inside the building and she put the missing item in the next bag. She then gave me the next bag and I asked for ketchup and she threw it in my bag dropping some in my car and I said you dropped ketchup all over and she just made s face at me and told the other girl oh she's mad that I dropped ketchup in her car all rudely. The worst customer service ever and to make matters worse the food was awful and cold!!! This Del Taco won't be getting my business again read more

Extremely slow service every time I come to this particular del taco. Have waited 20+ minutes in line during off hour times. It's in a convenient spot on my way home but will probably stop coming here unless they can improve. read more

The drinks here are always out of syrup. The Pepsi doesn't taste like Pepsi same with their sprite. I also have had several issues with the manager with the wig on. He's passive but still a dick who's messed up my order several times. It sucks because I can't ask for a higher up than this manager and he sucks. The next del taco the next city away. read more

I ordered a meal deal...number 6?...i don't remember. Anyways, it came with a burrito...but they forgot to fill one half of it with ingredients. The first two bites was pure tortilla...and no it wasn't all packed at the bottom. It was only a 4 bite burrito, anyhow. For 6 bucks i expected better. I usually eat here a couple times a month. I'm lactose intolerant. I ordered 2 bean burritos with red sauce and NO cheese. I got NO red sauce but cheese which I can't eat! I shouldn't have to open my burrito while I'm sitting in my and check! read more

OK, I don't normally review fast-food places, but here goes... The food here isn't any more amazing than any other Del Taco, but the service sets it apart. At busy rush hour times there are two people outside taking orders and money which keeps the line moving quickly. Inside, the restaurant is amazingly clean and service is great. They make great efforts to get your order right. On each table is a little basket filled with a variety of hot sauce packets. Employees come through on a regular basis to take trays and keep tables clean. read more

This was the cleanest Del Taco I have ever been to. The employee at the register was incredibly nice. Each table was clean, organized with sauces in a basket, and swept throughly underneath. This place is a good place with a good price every time. Try the macho taco or the deluxe taco. I love the chicken soft taco or the original crunchy taco. The tacos are really good but the burgers are delicious and juicy. The French fries are amazing as well, the service is ok definitely not as good as the food though. read more

We always come here and are very happy with the service and food. Today my husband tried the new JackedUp burrito and I got the double Del classic. I took a bite of his burrito and he shared my burger. I don't know which one is causing nausea and stomach aches on both of us. I hope we didn't just get food poisoning. I don't know about this dell taco. This is my 2nd time coming and both experiences not that great. The first time in ordered two tacos and some nachos and not enough cheese on any of the items. I tried coming a 2nd time today and ordered cheeseburger fries and a drink. Look, I get this is not a burger joint but when o got my food, it reminded me of a happy meal burger. The fries were over cooked. I was going to ask for another order but when I looked in cooker from where i sat, they didn't look any better. AWESOME! I get a Bean burrito NO CHEESE, add rice, they always taste amazing. I love getting their tostadas, also with no cheese, i am never disappointed with the food, but sometimes they do unfortunately get my order wrong. Overall i do love del taco and eat there multiple times a week! read more

8 layer veggie burrito without cheese and sour cream is vegan. Specifically asked for no cheese or sour cream because I do not support animal cruelty or murder. Lived in the area for 15 years so I come to this del taco often. However I got an egg and cheese burrito and 2 tacos on Monday at 9pm, at 3am I woke up and began to vomit my brains out and it continued for the next 2 days. The guy at the register was really nice even though it took me a while to decide what i wanted. Since it was Thursday i got the 3 chicken tacos for $2. They were really good. The fries were so good i almost got up and got another order. Part of our order they got wrong, but they took it back right away and fixed it for us. i will definitely be returning here for sure. read more

The Epic Burrito was great. I was highly disappointed in the French Frys. They had a funny taste like they had used the same oil from a fried fish. Some of the Frys were old and hard. I have always love Del Taco frys, but the last two times I got them from this place they were not good. read more
