What stood out most was how attentive they were during such a busy rush. The line was out the door, orders were flying, and they still took the time to make sure I was completely happy and that both of my burgers had everything exactly the way I wanted them. Josh and Adrian were friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about customer service. It's rare to see that level of attentiveness during peak hours, and it definitely deserves recognition.
