I ended up getting the Oscar Filet let me tell you my steak was done to perfection medium rare it was so tender the potatoes reminded me of my grandma!! Cooked with a crisp well seasoned and the asparagus was asparging lol everything was delicious!!! My friend said their meal was 20 outta 10!! The only complaint was the lemonade it tasted like left over water I've become a drink connoisseur since I do not really drink alcohol.... The lemonade made me sad until I bite into my steak lol that steak made me forget all my problems temporarily soooooooo good!!! I did have the shrimp cocktail it was fresh and the lemon and horseradish made it perfect!! Great happy hour! So many options and the little Christy is the perfect size for dinner and there are several other options for appetizers. I can personally vouch for the mussels and shrimp cocktail. My Sister took me to Delmonico's for my birthday recently. The ambiance was great and the food was excellent! I had the Delmonico Ribeye and it was cooked to perfection even though I like my steaks on the well done side, it was not dry or overcooked and promptly served. My server Marcus was amazing! He was so attentive to our needs and regularly checked in and provided prompt, personable service. Good service is sometimes hard to find these days so we were so pleased with Marcus's serving skills. I will sit in his section again when I come back. Visited Delmonico's for takeout on 5/20/24. I ordered 3 meals @ approximately 2:26pm for dinner for a family members birthday. We had visited this establishment some years ago and they were so pleased with the meal, they wanted to order again. Mind you, at that visit we dined in. I was a little deterred as to the amount of times the wait staff approached us to inquire about our satisfaction of the meals. Every time we took a bite, or tried to have a conversation, they would appear again. I decided to just request a doggie bag to take out left over meal home. I decided then that I did not want to return at any point in the future. But my family member wanted to try again for their birthday this year. I ordered (1) app and (2) sides to share in addition to the meals. My total bill amounted to $160.00 including tip. When approaching the bar for take out I announced that I was picking up and stated my name. The bar keep stated that the meal was ready and that we were only waiting for bread and butter. The wait was not more than 5 minutes and she (bar keep) brought in the bags before collecting my bill and payment and proceeded to cash me out. The total time it took for the meals to be ready was only 25 minutes from ordering, which was excellent. But when returning home and opening the purchase, the bag of bread and butter included (6) hardened/stale slices of bread and a small cup of butter. I know that italian bread is a hearty bread, but in no instance should it be as hard as croutons. Maybe, just maybe she needed to see her customers before deciding what bread she should include in the order. The rest of the food passed, but this point of the bread was so disappointing, I was afraid at what would have been hidden inside the rest of the meal. We know that PRIME sirloin is not a desirable steak, but at the price I rested with it. The Delmonico Ribeye worked at medium. I sincerely believe we just were not welcome as a people of color. Otherwise why would you serve me bread such as you did. My money is no good at Delmonico's. Thank you for showing me that I will never, ever elect to spend my hard earned monies in this establishment again. Passing the word to family and friends. Two bad experiences says that I do not need a third, at these prices. read more

To start off their location is great! Near all of the nice hotels and their valet guys are great once you get there :) They have nice outdoor, bar, and restraunt seating. One of my gfs got put on glutton free by her Dr. Her and I split a slice of glutton free chocolate cake and it was out of this world! Very fudge like and perfect. We had a reservation at this restaurant and waited about 30 minutes to be seated. They're identity is as a fancy steakhouse but I would give the steaks a 4/5 based on flavor. Went here for lunch a few days ago and was disappointed. I've gone her plenty of times for business meetings and it's normally pretty good. It seemed busy and like they were overwhelmed. First we were seated in a room close to the patio, which was nice because it was bright and sunny. On the flip side, the two of us were seated at this very awkward long table and couldn't have been further apart making conversation difficult. The bread and butter was good and on par with other steak places. I ordered the steak Christopher medium well. The steak came out medium rare.I know it can happen, but it shouldn't happen at a restaurant that specializes in steak. I've been to Delmonico's several times for both dinner service and happy hour, and it's always a good experience. More frequently, I'm here for happy hour (M-F 3pm-6pm) where they have some high quality menu items as a discount. The Meatball Hoagie, Little Christy, and Flatbread (daily special) are some favorites food wise. The happy hour drink menu is also strong as the $6 Manhattan/ Old Fashioned is my go-to drink order. They also have other cocktails, beer, and wine options. While there is a good amount of bar seating, there's also a first come, first serve high top seating area, as well as booths that can be used during happy hour. Outside of the food/drinks, customer service is always great, and there's a good amount of parking directly outside the restaurant.There's even valet parking if that's your thing. I read through the other reviews before posting this. I will never go back, but let me point out the good things, too. Overall, this restaurant fell well below average for this price point. The service was excellent and the food was worthy of my garbage can. I didn't even eat half of it. They did offer to replace it, but I've never had a replacement of something that I hated that was suddenly magically good, so I declined. The lobster bisque had about three times too much salt in it, even though the base flavor was nice. The steak was literally caked in some kind of cheap pepper paste. And it was impossible to scrape enough of it off the steak to be able to taste the steak itself. I like pepper, but not when it's so thick that you can't taste what you're eating. And then if that weren't enough, the au poivre sauce i ordered literally had a quarter inch of that same pepper on top of it. Why? The broccoli was way under-cooked and... I. don't even know how this is possible... completely flavorless. (I do prefer al dente but this was still quite hard and difficult to cut through.) The mashed "garlic" potatoes had little hint of any garlic. They had a really, really strong "grassy" taste... the kind you find in some cheeses. Some people like the flavor, some don't. But I have never tasted it in mashed potatoes before and it wasn't for me. The wine selection was really good. The atmosphere was quite nice. Other than the perfectly-cooked steak, everything was either warm or slightly warmer than cold. Afterward I called my sister and told her about my experience. She, too, had been here once and said she will never be back. It's too bad, because this place really has potential. On a side note, I read a number of reviews regarding "racial profiling." I saw absolutely none of that. It can be easy to assign something hateful to bad service or being overlooked... it happens to EVERYONE. Maybe it really happened, but I saw zero evidence of it that night. I skipped dessert in total fear that I would have to write about it in the review. If I had to guess, I'd say the kind of cooking done here is absolutely not taught by any cooking school anywhere. Hello, My husband and I frequently dine with several of your hospitality brand establishments to include kingfish and blue point grill. Both we have enjoy fully on many occasions. Today was suppose to be a day for celebration due to our 25yr anniversary so we decided to indulge in delmonico's. We expected the same excellent prepared entrees as well as service. The end resulted in us leaving after our first bite of the champagne filet surf and turf. My husband and I ordered exactly the same entrees. The problems with quality began with the wedge salad which lacked all quality ingredients. No blue cheese crumbles nor real bacon topped the salad. Merely imitation bacon bits and a creamy dressing were on the salad. I was very disappointed with the low quality ingredients when I have come to expect high quality from your brand. The bread was served at the same time our meal was also served and the butter was a imitation oil base margin quality taste and consistency. I am a foodie and know quality from imitation and cost cutting. The meal was presented and initially cutting into the filet (sirloin) was like sawing through a board. The steak was raw and bloody inside while the outside was charred and cooked to well well done. This happens when. A filet is not taken done to room temperature and was placed on the grill partially frozen. This was not a handcut filet. This was a petite sirlion posing as filet and was a terrible imitation as well. The steak bite i had was chewy with a hint of hamburger flavor rather than a deep earthy beef flavor.. We did not consume any other food on our plates and immediately requested to leave. When We attempted to explain the low quality ingredients as well as disappointed in the meal the manager immediately cut me off and defended the products he we had ordered. The manager made us feel belittled and ignorant to the food quality we know and expect from your brand. The manager never once apologized for our disappointment and rather charged us for the salads and even our beverages. We paid the bill and left completely disappointed considering the high quality ingredients, attention to details, and flavors we have grow a custom to from kingfish, rosewood, and blue point grille. I would advise you to close down this dinosaur of a resterant and continue on with your finer dining establishments. I have a copy of my receipt from our terrible experience at delmonicos and if you request I will produce it. I was appalled that the manager charged us for our uneaten salad and a ice tea when delmonicos ruined our celebration evening by cutting corners on quality and then debating my complaints. I will post this message on every social media site so others know that delmonicos is a less than worthy resterant in a hospitality brand establishment and does not qualify as a fine dining experience. read more

This is a popular steak place. Unfortunately the two best items I tried at this place was not the surf and turf meal I ordered but a side of truffle mac and cheese and their lobster bisk. If those were the only two things I ate here they would have way more stars. I instead also had the filet with lobster tail and asparagus. The filet was not seasoned and if it was had a lack there of. The lobster wasnt melt in your mouth and flavorful like you would think but instead also bland and non flavorful. Tried their calamari, fried artichokes and crab cakes for appetizers, yuck. Was not impressed at all. The service was great otherwise it would be a one star. Talking to people after going I was informed the food is hit ir miss. For the price you pay here it should always be a home run and never a strike. I have had way better steak for way less. The staff, service, food and atmosphere were great! We don't often splurge on meals but this was one we were very happy to have experienced. The food was excellent. There was a very comfortable clean intimate atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and genuinely seemed to enjoy being there. We had veal meatballs, steak Christopher, creme Brulee and wild mushrooms. Not a single thing was a disappointment! Another amazing meal at Delmonico's last night. My husband and I come here for special occasions, because filet mignon isn't cheap - but if you're going to spend the money on a fine cut of steak, it's worth going somewhere they cook it absolutely perfectly every time. Medium rare (warm red center) for me, rare (cool red center) for my husband, seasoned well and so beautifully cooked. I can also rave about the Caesar salad and the lobster bisque, but I'll save the rest of my applause for the waitstaff, who are unfailingly polite, accommodating, and efficient even on a busy Friday night.
