We did curbside pickup. The bags were sealed assuring no extra hands in it. The food was still hot even after bringing it back to the hotel. Order was perfect. Plenty of condiments given. Only took 10 minutes after ordering to get the food. Fast service! read more

My son and I come in to this Denny's almost every weekend to have Breakfast together. I've been to several Denny's in the past however, I have never found a Denny's with great service and great food quality. Every time I come in we are greeted by a very nice young lady (Sumer) who is always smiling and on top of things. Even after seating us, she always comes by to check on us. Denny's and restaurants in a whole need people Like Sumer. Food we always get the same thing because it always taste the same. Consistency is key for me so that is one of many reasons why we continue to dine here. The other waiters and waitresses are always in a good mood and here to serve as well. I really not understanding how orders are not not being met. Especially for out of town guests. I specifically ordered the Ultimate Omelet with pico de Gallo on the side and Tabasco sauce. This is my second time here at this restaurant, and first time my cup was dirty so the lady apologized and went ahead and grabbed me a new drink , this time I came in again because since they are are my nearest Denny's to home and once again my orange juice cup was dirty again ... this time with a hair and I know it was from the waiter because it was his length , and he didn't even apologize..... I don't know but the cleanliness here is very poor . They need to be more careful and more aware of the dishes being handed out to the customers. read more

This location is pretty good. Last weekend, my group of friends (a total of six people) came in around midnight. There was a group of ten ahead of us, so I thought we would never get a chance. Luckily, I was wrong. We were seated within ten minutes. Service was surprisingly quick with that many people inside. The turkey bacon tasted great. read more

Worse customer service ever! We were give a 20 minutes time but employees' friend who came after us got seated first. When complained to manager, Maria, she put her hand on face and I said "Don't be rude or stupid by putting your hand on my face." Maria threaten to call the police on me. 12/25/19 Just walked out of this place after a 40 minutes wait When me and my family got there, we where told that the waiting time was tops 40 minutes. Several people that was waiting there when we got there left, so i went to check with the host if we could be seated, that was when I got told that I had to wait another 30 minutes to an hour. I asked to talk to the manager, manager came out (couldn't catch her name since there was no name tag on her) short girl about 190 pounds or so about 23 years old and I asked her why my waiting time was pushed longer, her excuse was because her kitchen monitors where completely full??? Several tables (maybe 5 to 7 tables empty) Definitely unacceptable... I told her that after that long wait I had to leave, my family was starving, she just said "yes leave, thank you" Definitely not the right person for the manager position in any way, neither for being ready for this type of night nor to talk to guest. read more

I had the worst experience at this Denny's last night. We usually go there at least twice a month. Last night we had Debbie as a waitress. Horrible service. She forgot a lot of the drinks & food, brought me my coffee in a dirty mug. She kept rolling her eyes at us. We complained to the manager but all she said was they were short on people in the kitchen which I understand with the food taking long but it does not give her a right to be rude & ignore her tables. My family and I decided to go for breakfast after a doctor visit! We went in and right away got greeted very friendly I believe she is the manager Silvia! Very nice lady with great customer service! Silvia took us to our table as we walked with her she recommended a few plates for breakfast! We decided to go with the grand slamwich, pancakes, country fried steak and eggs, orange juice! Have not been to a Dennys in years but being Norms is not open late night anymore and the fact that I just wanted to sit down somewhere thought I would give it a try. I Had the french toast slam bacon was flimzy and tough like rubber and not hot the french toast was soft and under cooked cold as well the bread is very thin the sausage and hash browns were ok however the portions size of hash browns is a joke 20 dollars later and I am still hungry. The waiter was kool no problem their that was the only upside. It did take forever just to get the order from the kitchen to the table the place wasnt empty but it was not totally packed either. Should have gone to fast food would have got more 4 less money and better quality now I remember why I hate Dennys. The food taste terrible and the texture of it was like eating prefab cold cardboard. read more

They just let anyone work there huh so sad that it stays having 2 and a half starts for years now I wonder why??? The service is complete trash and they just don't care about the guest and that's literally their job like they have one job and they Can't do it?? I've been here many times and I must say that today SHOULD be the last time. The service is horrible. Last time they gave me the wrong food but I was so hungry I just took it and didn't make a problem of it. Today the food took a long time to come out. Once I get it the waiter disappears and I literally do not see him again until my food is cold. I literally just ate a bit of it just so I wouldn't be dishonest when I say my food is cold from waiting for so long.
