The staff at this Denny's are always friendly and welcoming. I ordered the appetizer sampler, and it was more than enough for a full meal. You get to choose three items, and I picked the sliders, mozzarella sticks, and wings. The portions were huge! The sliders were filling on their own, and I ended up taking the rest home it became my dinner and lunch for the next two days. This is my favorite Denny's location because it's always peaceful, and the staff consistently provide great service. They all deserve raises! read more

My husband and I stopped by here for an anniversary breakfast. Our first date was at Dennys and it had been over a year since we had them so we stopped in. The service at this location is really quick. With Tina and Leah as our servers everything was great. The food was fresh and satisfying. So I actually found this on the maps under 'The Meltdown' - I didn't realize it was a Denny's, not sure if it is a prep kitchen situation or what but I was looking for some late night food and didn't wanna do drive thru and was pleasantly surprised! Our waitress was nice and my grandson loved the robot who served food. We use to go because it wasn't over priced but that has changed. Why go to Denny's when you can go to a nicer restaurant for the same price and better tasting food. My husband and I ordered coffee. The cups had coffee stains all over them. It was kinda disgusting. They brought new cups but by then we no longer wanted coffee. They just said sorry. That's probably our last visit there. I know there are robots in other restaurants. read more

We were happy to get this new Denny's in the Sun Lakes area! The food is always on point. Their staff is super friendly and very efficient. What I thought was funny. I was on my way to the restroom and I keep hearing this beeping behind me and they have one of those robots that deliver your food so it was chasing me.! lol so I picked up my speed. UPDATE: We were charged twice! Domingo lied. He and the other woman also lied about their boss not working any of those days. Daughter finally went in and asked to speak to manager by name, and he said he had never been told about any of this. He did tell her he would reverse the charges, but it Never happened. It's been almost a year since we first came to this Denny's. Our first visit, Domingo was our server and he was very friendly and attentive. He kept our coffee bottomless, the food was great, and he had a smile everytime he came to our table. To this day, he still is our favorite server. Over the past year, we have watched him wait on several tables at one time when he was the only server on duty. We've watched customers be rude to him, unnecessarily, and he never lost his professionalism, smile, attentiveness, nor calm. The few bad reviews I've seen about him must be people having a bad day and wanting to vent. There's cameras so management can see what really happens. Domingo is a great asset to Denny's. read more

Finally opened the Denny's near the majestic my favorite theater in town. This Denny's was built from scratch so everything is new. On a recent visit to the Phoenix area, my husband was in the mood for breakfast-for-dinner. My dad had mentioned that the local Denny's had robots serving the food so we thought we would check it out. The place was nice and clean. The decor is retro-happy, very cheerful. My mashed potatoes came out steaming hot. Cold potatoes are a deal breaker for me. However, the very best part of the experience was our server. Dallas really knows the menu. She helped my husband get everything he wanted on his Grand Slam. She answered all our questions with knowledge, and with patience. She also watches out for the store. At one point, I overheard her say something to another server about how they needed to do something (I didn't hear what) so that nothing went to waste. As a waste not-want not person myself, that is exactly the kind of employee I would want working for me. Dallas was friendly and very attentive.
