Let me just say this place is not safe. Walked into the restroom and the door fell on me and my daughter. The manager Mario took forever to even check on me and chuckled when I told him what happened. I feel he did not handle this situation well at all even the servers were more concerned. I told him if he's a manager it should be his job to ensure a SAFE establishment for his customers, he just said I would get a discount. Clearly the money is the only important thing to him I feel bad for the employees to have an inconsiderate man like him in charge. read more

It's hard to write a review for this place as I come here often but I guess that answers that. I keep coming back. Sometimes the service is great sometimes it's not. It really depends who you get as a waiter. I come here so often that the manager knows my family. We don't get special treatment. We keep coming back not because of the location but because of Denny's. The food is fantastic and so are the prices. We just come to this particular place because it's the closest Denny's to where we live. I give it four stars because how often we come but not five stars because service depends on when and what time you go here. read more

This Denny's is a lot more modern than the ones I usually go to. The place seemed pretty clean and despite it being a holiday, and a busy day (lots of people, but it appeared somewhat understaffed) the server (Jaylon) was friendly and very attentive and the food came out fast, hot, and accurate! We just picked up my brother from the hospital and thought Denny's would be perfect for breakfast. Unfortunately our visit was probably the worst restaurant experience we've ever had. We dine out a couple of times out of the week. I've worked in the serving industry for 8 years and still work. Apon arrival we were semi-greeted with "How many? Your name?" We sat and waited for about two minutes and were then walked to a dirty table by the manager and then moved to a clean six top table. Since there were only three of us, we insisted on splitting the table in half so they could use it for another party. We waited for long amount of time with not even a hospitable "I'll be right with you". At least four servers passed us and didn't even make eye contact with us. I got up and asked the manager if he could please at least get our drink order. He took our drink order and then never came back although we saw him walk around and help other people. Two tables were sat about five minutes after us and were greeted promptly. They had drinks on their tables and were already getting their food orders taken. I made a loud comment along the lines of "Do we smell? Or does no one want to take care of us?" A waitress heard me and FINALLY asked us what we wanted to drink after she slammed her things on a counter with attitude as if we were a burden. We told her that we were waiting for the manager for our drinks and that our service was extremely poor. We expressed our frustrations with her and she immediately got defensive. She was the rudest waitress I've ever had. She had the nerve to say "You know what? I'm just going to have him take your order because I'm not going to do this!" That's when my fiance said "Fine, we'll just go eat somewhere else" and her reply as she walked away was "ok bye!" I could not believe it! I asked for her name and she darted to the kitchen. On my way out I could hear her tell the manager that she refuses to serve us. I walked back to the manager to tell him how disappointed I was in our visit. I will never dine at that location ever again. Very unprofessional staff. I give this Denny's one star only because zero stars isn't an option on Yelp. read more

Came here for a waffle they said it was u plugged it would take over half an hour. I asked for a refund the guy said he couldn't do it because a manager was not in. Then he offered me to call his manager when that's his job and didn't do it right away. read more

I stopped by this dennys last night, we walked in and were seated right away like at around 10. We were a party of 5. After 10 to 15 mins, they came over to get the order on drinks. Drinks come out in 5 mins, our waiter just walks away and ignores us for about 15 mins. We had to track an employee down to come and take our order. He was like, "oh, u guys r ready." So he takes our order. While we are waiting for our food there was 2 partys, one of 4 and one of 5, that were seated after us, and were already eating their food, before we even got ours. So at around 1045, which is 45 mins after being seated, they bring out our onion rings. We wait another 15 mins to finally get some of our food, at this point the other 2 partys are already done eating, 1 already paid and left. We then had to let our waiter know that there was food missing. When we finally got our food, it either came out extremely hot or undercooked. 3 of us were unsatisfied with our meal, we requested a discount. The manager had an accent, so we thought he was giving us 50% off, instead our tab showed only 15%. We ended up getting 1 free meal, and 30% off on 2 other plates. It was a nice jester, but for that service we got, we deserved everything for free. When we asked what had happened, all the manager said was that the cook had just got there. Which doesnt make sense because other tables were getting their food. I honestly think they forgot about us or something. This was my worst dinning experience ever. read more

Came in a few days ago and I have to say the servers do a great job. Can't say the same about the male manager. I come about twice a month and they always deliver great service but this time after they had served me my coffee they told me they weren't accepting debit cards because the system was down. Where was the manager to tell us upon entering? Had to leave and I was already sitting down with my cup of coffee. read more

This is the worst dennys I ever been too I go to dennys a lot this one is closest to my house everytime I go there the staff is rude they never have soup available and the last time I went I ordered the soup and salad 30 minutes later the waitress comes out and says there is no soup would I just like the salad I told her no I will just order something else she said ok well if u still want the soup it will just be a few minutes to make more I told her ok that's fine one hour later no soup my waitress left no one served us for that hour then the manager was rude when we were paying for the meal now we have too drive 3 miles out to go to a diffrent dennys read more

I pre-ordered 20 minutes before my lunch break today to eat at this place. I oredered a Club Sandwich. I asked for no mayo nor bacon and seasoned fries. I told the person that took my order that I was going to be be there by 1pm. I got there a little before 1pm, told the person who was at the front that I had already placed an order, I was seated, wasnt asked if i wanted something to drink, then 15 min later one of the waiters asked me if I was ready to order? o.O. After that i knew that the order hadnt been placed. I heard the lady place my order right on front of me. I finally received my order and it was all wrong. =/. The person that took my order was the manager. She did not even take the time to apologize. She made me waste my time. Everytime she passed by me she looked at me and knew she effed up. The staff was really nice, but they need new management. To top it off, she had a stinky attitude when I got there. Geeze, someone needs a customer service check. read more
